No full textThe aims of the research is to identify the concept of risk management and its impact on the effectiveness of the performance of banks and to demonstrate the extent of the impact of risk identification on the effectiveness of the performance of Sudanese banks by application to Gulf Bank and to clarify the extent of the impact of risk analysis on the effectiveness of the performance of banks and to know the extent of the impact of risk assessment on the effectiveness of banks ’performance in addition to highlight The extent of the impact of risk monitoring and follow-up on the effectiveness of banks ’performance.
The research assumed that there is a statistically significant relationship between risk identification and the effectiveness of banks’ performance, and that there is a statistically significant relationship between risk analysis and the effectiveness of banks ’performance and the existence of a statistically significant relationship between risk assessment and the effectiveness of banks’ performance in addition to the existence of A statistically significant relationship between risk monitoring and performance effectiveness.
The research followed the historical method, the descriptive analytical method, and the case study method depending on the primary and secondary data.
The research concluded on several results, the most important of which is that the risk management works to ensure the extent to which employees have the competence, experience, skill and training to perform their jobs. The bank can detect the risk because it has the necessary means for this. The risk identification procedures include studying lists of potential events and their potential impact on the effectiveness of banks ’performance. Risk Management reviews the techniques used to achieve risk and purpose.
Based on the results, the research recommends monitoring and following up the risks, increasing the effectiveness in order to lead to improving the performance of banks and for the risk management to adopt an effective plan in dealing with all risks, and for the risk management to use statistical quantitative methods in discovering risks before they occur

No full textThis study aims to link the relationship between rural and urban areas so that there are no differences between them, knowing the problems of migration from the countryside to the cities, highlighting them, supporting those with information to put a stop to immigrants and how to assimilate them into the urban community and fight the phenomenon of uncivilized random housing so that it does not invalidate the health of the environment and the host community. This study used four analytical, comparative and field descriptive approaches through a questionnaire to collect data by the researcher to find out the real motives behind migration to cities And its effects on the urban community. The questionnaire was filled out by 70 individuals as a study sample from immigrants and residents of neighborhoods near slums. The study found that the motives for migration to cities are the search for security in cities due to tribal and armed conflicts and the search for job opportunities, sources of income and basic services are better in cities. Slums are a source for criminal gangs that threaten the security of society and neighboring neighborhoods. Random immigrant neighborhoods are a source of environmental pollution and an obstacle to the urban planning process in cities. . The study recommended the need to develop comprehensive policies for the phenomenon of migration to cities and to regulate them, and to establish a specialized commission to resolve conflicts between tribes and promote social peace. Establish development and production projects in regions that export immigrants to reduce the phenomenon of migration to cities, fight desertification by raising environmental awareness to confront drought, as one of the causes of migration to cities is the provision of services Infrastructure and enabling infrastructure in the countryside will help in the stabilization process

The problem also lies in how and ways to protect rights. There is also a problem in defining the type of abuse that is among the infringement of intellectual property.
I suppose the researcher that there is a problem in protecting intellectual property rights. That there is a problem in defining the rights that are protected by law from others that are not protected by the law, how and ways to protect rights. The researcher followed the inductive and comparative approach to arrive at the results of the study.
The researcher reached many results, the most important of which is that intellectual (intangible) rights of all kinds are a type of ownership, which have acquired significant financial values in custom, the absence of clear and specific, medium or long-term policies for countries to deal with intellectual property rights, except what is rare. The policies preclude the best use of intellectual property rights.
Based on these results, the researcher put forward several recommendations, the most important of which is that international protection of intellectual rights must be activated, to be safeguarded from tampering, and be protected from fraud, tampering, manipulation and disgraceful theft. Intellectual property of all kinds must be encouraged, and it should provide discretionary and encouragement to its owners and provide it with protection and preservation What leads to the advancement of states in the scientific, industrial and commercial fields, there must be material and moral incentives that encourage intellectual property owners to continue to innovate to ensure the continuity of research and development and motivate creators. No full textThe Aim of the research is to identify the Relationship between behavioral and Emotional Disorders and self-esteem of children in Accommodation. The researcher followed the correlational descriptive approach, and the sample of the research reached (56) children and girls from shelter institutions in Khartoum state, whose ages range between (16-12) years. The researcher used the behavioral and emotional disorders scale, and the self-esteem scale prepared by the researcher, and she analyzed the data through the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program using the following methods: Pearson correlation coefficient, half segmentation coefficient, Fakronbach coefficient, (T) test for a community and one, (T) test for two unequal samples, the one-way analysis of variance test. The following results were reached: Behavioral and emotional disorders are characterized, within their dimensions, aggression, anxiety, depression, and hyperactivity among children in Accommodation, and the self-esteem of children in Accommodation is characterized by high, and there is an inverse correlation. Between behavioral and emotional disorders and self-esteem of children in Accommodation There are statistically significant differences in behavioral and emotional disorders and according to the gender variable in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences in behavioral and emotional disorders within dimensions (aggression, anxiety, and increased activity) according to the variable of age, Except after depression, there are differences in favor of age (12 years), and there are no statistically significant differences in behavioral and emotional disorders in the class level variable, and at the conclusion of the research the researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are:Work on the establishment of more houses for children within the state of Khartoum, and to prepare and qualify them psychologically and academically in order to be able to play the desired role and achieve the goal

The problem of this study is that people belief in salvation as the backbones in different cases and period, and that is let’s to shed light on it, also to check the reasons and actions of the cases in different doctrines and period, the reason let researcher to buy attention for this renewal topic.
Many equations have been asked: the conception of the salvation in different religions and ideologies? The hypothesis of this study is that: salvation is one of the renewal ideologies according to the problems that facing humans, Hindus and Christians believe in salvation as the doctrine so to gets happiness.
The methodology of this study depend on analytical, descriptive and comparative method, most importance of this study is as the follows:
Salvation doctrine in general is consider as the thought people used when facing problem so it promote to doctrine according to certain conditions, sometime it different to the logic and thought.
Salivation doing in hard way against to dignity and humanity and that why not be accept by Hindus religion, salvation in Christian done by joining and christening, that is only people belong to salvation.

No full textThis research aimed to identify the relationship between parental abuse and violence among primary school pupils in Karari locality, and also to identify to general characteristic of parental abuse and differences in abuse and violence according to the variables of gender, grade level, mother’s occupation, father’s occupation, housing, and school type.A sample of (n = 240) male pupils and (n= 240) female pupils were selected from the population through simple random sampling. The research followed descriptive correlational method, and used the following tools for data collection: basic data form, abuse and violence scales (prepared by the researcher).The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used for data analysis, applying the following tests: Pearson’s correlation coefficient, Cronbach’s alpha, and Mann-Whitney U test. The research revealed the following results: parental abuse and violence among primary school pupils in Karari locality were high. There were statistically significant positive correlation between abuse and violence. There were differences in abuse and violence according to the variables of gender, housing, school type, and father’s occupation in favor of females, rental housing, public schools, and freelancing respectively. There were no differences in the variables of grade level and mother’s occupation.The research concluded with a number of recommendations and suggestions

No full textIs aimed at highlighting ibn Ashour's personality and his approach to interpreting the Qur'an, and deriving jurisprudential judgments from the verses of the judgments from verse 26 to verse 75 of Surat al-Anfal through the interpretation of liberation and enlightenment collectively and study.
The research is based on the descriptive and inductive approach to investigate the part of Ibn Ashour's interpretation. Through his research, the researcher concluded that Ibn Ashur has a high scientific standing, as he excelled and explored various types of sciences, including the science of interpretation. And that his interpretation is a large scientific encyclopedia that a student of knowledge cannot dispense with due to the large number of useful sciences collected in it, and that Ibn Ashour took a comprehensive approach in his interpretation, through which he cared about the aspects of the Qur’an’s miracles and the fit of the verse to each other and among the purposes of the surah as he was concerned with analyzing words and clarifying the meanings of the vocabulary and deducing the benefits. He did not neglect the statement of the verses of the jurisprudential rulings except that he did not expand the presentation of the jurisprudential opinions in some of the verses, and he also concluded that the most important rulings mentioned in Surat Al-Anfal from verses 26 to 75 are to urge the piety of God Almighty and to indicate his bounty, the ruling on the repentance of the infidel, the necessity of fighting, the rulings on dividing the spoils and the disbursements The khums, etiquette and rules of fighting, the necessity of preparing the waiting period, the ruling on conciliation with the infidels, the warriors upon request, the necessity of loyalty to Muslims and hostility to the unbelievers, the rulings of prisoners, the rule of inheritance and the permissibility of abrogation the Qur’an by the Qur’an.
In the end, the researcher recommended studying the questions of belief, the objectives of the Sharia, the purposes of the Suras and their occasions, and expanding the study of the jurisprudential rulings that Ibn Ashour referred to in his interpretation, as well as the study of rhetorical, grammatical, morphological and linguistic issues through the interpretation of Ibn Ashour

The research included six chapters, each chapter contains three chapters. The first chapter dealt with the basics of the research and contains three chapters. The second chapter deals with previous studies and contains three chapters. The third chapter dealt with introducing the two imams and explaining their approach, and it contains three topics; In the fourth chapter, the research dealt with mentioning and directing the dispute between Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi and Imam Ibn Kathir for the verses of Surat Al-Imran, and it has three sections; In the fifth chapter, the research dealt with mentioning and directing the dispute between Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi and Imam Ibn Kathir for the verses of Surat Al-Imran, and it contains three sections.
In the sixth chapter, the research dealt with mentioning and directing the dispute between Imam Ibn Al-Jawzi and Imam Ibn Kathir for the verses of Surat Al-Imran and some verses from Surat Al-Nisaa, and it has three sections.

So that it does not incline towards harshness, harshness and harshness without justification, or inclination towards leniency and dilution of rulings, both of which are blameworthy, the Muslim nation, as much as it needs to extend bridges, and extend its compassionate hands towards the opposing nations; Because that brings interests and ward off evils, it needs at the same time strong curbs, to keep it from crossing red lines; What preserves for it its dignity, dignity and prestige is the permissibility of eating the sacrifices and fats of the People of the Book from the people of war and other than them, and the practice of the People of the Book.
