No full textThe research deal with the role of the quality of banking services in attracting customers, A case study of Al-Tadamon Islamic Bank in the period from 2016-2021 AD. The research problem was that the banking services provided are below the level required by customers and of low quality, but the process of improving and developing the quality of services provided must Adopted according to the desires and needs of customers, and accordingly, the problem of study is the trying to identify the level of evaluation of the bank’s customers for the quality of services provided to them by the bank. The research tested the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between the quality of banking services and customer attraction, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the tangibility of banking services and customer attraction, and the research followed the descriptive analytical approach and the case study method. The research reached several results, including: Banking services help in providing benefits provided by one party to another, which are intangible and do not result in the transfer of ownership, and the banking service contributes to the development of customers' sense of belonging to the bank, the research recommend with several recommendations, including: Working to keep pace with developments using Modern techniques to avoid the negatives in banking work, training workers in the banking sector and acquiring the skills of the art of dealing with the public, and this is reflected positively on maintaining customers and attracting more of them

The research problem was represented in answering the main question: To what extent does time management affect the achievement of control effectiveness?, The aim of the research is to highlight the role of time management functions in achieving control effectiveness. The research used the descriptive, analytical and historical method.
The research hypotheses were limited to: There is a statistically significant correlation between the principles of time management and achieving control effectiveness. There is a correlation relationship of statistical significance between the functions of time management (planning, organizing, recording and analyzing) in increasing the effectiveness of control. There is a correlation relationship of statistical significance between training in the field of time management and achieving effectiveness of controlling.
The research reached a number of results, including: The time analysis process provided information that helped achieve the effectiveness. The completion of the work on the specified dates facilitates the control process. The company's management’s keenness on continuous training for employees led to the effectiveness of control. The research presented a set of recommendations, including: The need to pay attention to developing the capabilities and skills of the human cadre in the field of time management. A research entitled: (The Effectiveness of Animation in Enhancing the Child’s Linguistic Culture by Application on the MBC3 Channel in the Period 2012-2013AD).
- This study aims to define the effectiveness of animation in promoting the child's linguistic culture in application on the mbc3 channel, and to reach results that help researchers and the community to ways to support and enhance the child's linguistic culture to develop his abilities in dealing with the requirements of social life.
The problem of the research was how to deal with the intellectual methods affecting the minds of children through animation, and here lies its danger, as it sometimes works to transfer the child to an environment other than his environment, which may create in the child incompatibility with the life around him because it contradicts his convictions.
- Most of the previous studies have concluded that most of these fees are imported from non-Arab countries, as they carry values that do not match the values of Arab and Islamic countries, and that their impact on children is great and very dangerous, with its pros and cons.
- Here, the role of the family and the school emerges in avoiding these negatives and reducing their danger.
- Therefore, this study came as an application on the mbc3 channel
The method used in this research is the descriptive method and the analytical method.
- The research contains four chapters according to the nature of the subject. The research included (4) chapters, representing the first chapter in the methodological framework and the second chapter on the impactful construction of animation, and the third chapter on socialization and building the absorptive capacities of children through watching, and the applied study came in the fourth chapter .
Among the most important search results:-
1- Animation is beneficial in many aspects, as it introduces the child to innovative ways of thinking and behavior, provides the child with cultural information, nurtures his abilities, and satisfies him with many instincts such as curiosity, competition and competition.
2- The child is presented with a standard Arabic language that he does not find in his family environment.
3- You put the child in the role of the recipient only, because he deals with everything that is presented to him, and is not a participant.
4- It reduces the degree of interaction between family members.
The most important recommendations of the research were:
1- Paying attention to all the programs offered to the child, and focusing on good language (Classical).
2- Imported animation should be subject to research and study.
3- Since animation is an attractive means for the child, he must work on using it in programs that benefit the child scientifically, culturally and religiously.
4- The necessity of training the specialized technical competencies of Arab painters, artists and directors, so that they can produce Arabic drawings suitable for Arab and Muslim children and compatible with their culture

No full textThe research done under the title (Relationship between School administration and local community, its role in activating educational process). Importance of this research emerges from that its results may make school's directors and teachers get benefit in activating the relationship between school administration and local community.
The researcher adopted the descriptive method which bases on analysis as a research method, besides, questionnaire as a tool of gathering data. The study applied on a sample that consisted of (65) member of educational council, (13) director and (62) teacher. The researcher has reached a number of results that may lead to activation between the school and the local community. Among these results: The good relationship between the school and the local community leads to the provision of a sound educational environment for the school. Providing the local community with an appropriate and healthy environment for the school helps to raise students ’achievement, does not work. The local community to overcome the difficulties facing the teachers, the school does not work in coordination with the community to provide reinforcement lessons to raise the level of student achievement, the local community does not inspect the school’s needs and work to provide them, the Educational Council does not work to search for means of support for the school.
The study came up with several recommendations, including: strengthening the relationship between the school and the local community through various meetings and events, and the need to train teachers in the skill of individual and group communication, and to look for other means of support for the school by establishing some properties in it to return its income to the benefit of the school.The research concluded to address some suggestions that may activate educational process through the relationship between school administration and local community that can be summarized as follows: Trends of teachers and guardians towards the relationship between the school and the local community, obstacles that hinder this relationship in Basic Stage at Khartoum West Unit

No full textThis research aims to know the English language book for the first class of secondary school and its achievement of objectives of the subject. This research begins in (2020 – 2021). The researcher wants to identify the research problem and which represented in the following question:
What are points of strengths and weaknesses of English language course for first class students of secondary school in Omdurman Locality?
The research community consists of English teachers in secondary school of Omdurman Locality. The researcher chooses (42) teachers as research sample. The researcher uses descriptive approach as questionnaire an instrument for English teachers.
The researcher concluded to a number of findings, the most important of which are:
1- The English language course for the first class students of secondary school achieves its objectives.
2- The evaluation continuity from beginning of school year till the end of the year.
3- Dependence on oral tests.
4- The lack of techniques for teaching the English language.
5- Does not put into account individuals differences among the students.
The researcher recommends the following:
1- Holding of a training course for teachers of secondary schools.
2- Evaluation methods including various types, daily notes, and students records.
3- The book reference in terms of errors and permissible writing, clarification of handwriting and coloring of pictures

This paper seeks to answer the main question of the problem:
What is the reality of Islamic education in East Africa and Malawi?
The study aimed to identify the reality of Islamic education in East Africa for nineteen countries, taking Malawi as a model for the whole of East African countries, with emphasis on the history and role of Islamic schools in Malawi and highlighting the challenges they face. And its experience in terms of coping with existing volume systems, mentioning the specificities that are unique to these schools and their impact on the Malawian society and the role of Islamic organizations in supporting Arab-Islamic education, with some recommendations for improvement of Islamic education.
The researcher used the descriptive method using the interview as a tool.
The research attained a number of results the most important of which is that the curriculum of Islamic education does not reflect the culture and environment of the learner moreover, the worse stand of teachers pertaining to financial and ill training. Also, the weakness of administrative Performance and the shortage of finance. In addition to that there is no good coordination between the organization and institution. Despite all that, there is still acceplalite education between schools and government institutions

Get PDFخلفية الدراسة: وحدات عناية الاسنانِ في مستوى مراكزِ الرعاية الصحيةِ الأولية هي ضروريه جداً لتنمية مجتمع صحّي. هذه لأن الأسنانَ يَجِبُ أَنْ تَكُونَ في أعلى المعاييرِ الصحّيةِ.
في السَنَوات الأخيرة، قضية الجودة والإدراكِ مِن قِبل المرضى كَسبا أهميةَ كبيرةَ بين مقدمينِ الخدمات الصحيةِ؛ لذا، رضى المريض هو مؤشر جيد على الامتثال للعلاج و إلتزامِ طبيبَ الأسنان أو مقدمِ الخدمةَ
اهداف الدراسة: هذه الدراسةِ لتقييم فعالية وحداتِ الأسنانِ في مستوى الرعاية الصحيةِ الأولية ورضى المرضى في ناحيةِ الخرطوم.
علاوة على ذلك، معْرفُه السياساتَ وإستراتيجياتَ المركز الصحيه الأولية في وحداتِ الأسنان.
منهجية البحث: أُجريت هذه الدراسة من خلال وسيلة عرضية وصفية على مرافق وحداتِ الأسنانِ في الخرطوم، في الفتره 2020-2021. على عدد 170 مُشاركُ في هذا البحثِ.
إعتمدت الدراسه أُسلوب جَمع البيانات من خلال إستبيان مكتوب ذاتياً, يحتوي على(5) أقسام الأقسام مُلِأت مِن قِبل المرضى، قائمة تدقيق على الأجهزةِ و قائمة تدقيق المقابلةِ مَع الأشخاصِ الرئيسيينِ مَلأتُها بنفسي.
النتائج: أظهرت دراستنا أنّ (62.7 %) من المرضى كان إنطباعَهم العامَّ راضي حول الخدمة المقدمه لعيادات الاسنان، ومن جه أخرى، أكثر من الرُبْعِ (25.7 %) منهم الى حد ما و(11.6 %) غير راضيين من الخدمه المقدمة.
الخاتمة: كَشفتْ الدراسةَ الحاليةَ بأنّ المرضى لديهم إنطباعُ ورضاءُ إيجابيُ حول خدماتِ عيادةِ الأسنان، في الوقتِ نفسهِ لَديهاُ الكثير مِنْ النَقْصِ، لِذلك، يَجب على صُنّاعَ سياسات الصحةَ والمسؤوليين أَنْ يعْملَو على زيادة التمويل و تَحسين الإستراتيجيات.
