Language, humour and the female character in the judeo-catalan epithalam Piyyuṭ na’eh

giudeo-catalani, conservati in due manoscritti (Gerusalemme, Biblioteca Na-
zionale Universitaria, ms. 8° 3312 e Oxford, Bodleian Library, ms. Lyell 98)
risalenti a metà XV secolo e provenienti da ambiente provenzale. Tra questi,
una particolare attenzione spetta a piyyuṭ na’eh, un ‘canto festivo’ pensato per i
festeggiamenti che seguono il rito nuziale. Questo canto è una parodia, dai toni
umoristici e dalle forti allusioni erotiche, che si presenta in forma di dialogo
tra i due sposi, un vecchio e una ragazza. L’interesse di questo testo riguarda
innanzitutto il linguaggio, e in secondo luogo la sua forma letteraria. Per quanto
riguarda il linguaggio, esso un prezioso testimone linguistico di una fase poco
attestata, perché alquanto antica, del giudeo-catalano parlato. A livello lette-
rario, piyyuṭ na’eh è un testo assai ricercato, i cui toni ‘popolareggianti’ sono
ottenuti attraverso un sapiente uso del linguaggio ‘colloquiale’, della metrica,
della caratterizzazione stereotipica dei personaggi. In questo saggio, presento
innanzitutto l’analisi semantica della componente ebraica, approfondendo le
varie categorie linguistiche e/o stilistiche in cui possono essere fatti rientrare gli ebraismi del testo, per mostrare come questa dinamica riproduca ed esasperi
per intenti comici la prassi linguistica quotidiana degli ebrei catalani dell’epoca.
In secondo luogo, mostro come piyyuṭ na’eh sia stato composto da un autore
dotto che disponeva di fonti letterarie ebraiche e romanze e propongo una
contestualizzazione di questo tipo di testo nell’ambito del genere letterario
romanzo della pastorella e della canzone di donna, in cui la figura femminile
costituisce l’occasione della scenetta umoristica e la giustificazione del ricorso
a un codice mistilingue.To date, Five Judeo-Catalan epithalams are known to the scien-
tific community. They are preserved in two manuscripts (Jerusalem, National
University Library, ms. 8° 3312 and Oxford, Bodleian Library, ms. Lyell 98)
dating back to the mid-15th century and coming from a Provençal Jewish
milieu. Among these, a particular mention deserves piyyuṭ na’eh, a ‘festive
song’ designed for the celebrations following the wedding ceremony. This
song is a parody, with humorous tones and erotic allusions, which is pre-
sented in the form of a dialogue between the two spouses, an old man and a
girl. The interest of this text concerns firstly the language, and secondly its
literary form. As for the language, piyyuṭ na’eh is a precious, early witness
of an almost unattested phase of spoken Judeo-Catalan. On a literary level,
piyyuṭ na’eh is a highly refined text, whose ‘popular’ tones are obtained
through a skilful use of ‘colloquial’ language, metrics, and the stereotypical
depiction of the characters. In this article, I will deal in detail with the seman-
tic analysis of the Hebrew component, deepening the various linguistic and
/ or stylistic categories into which the Hebrew words can be included. The
aim is to show how this dynamic reproduces and exasperates, for comic pur-
poses, daily linguistic practice of the Catalan Jews of that time. Secondly,
I will show that piyyuṭ na’eh was composed by a learned author who had
both Hebrew and Romance literary sources at disposal. I will also propose a
contextualization of this type of text in the context of the Pastorella literary
genre, and ‘women’s song’, in which the female figure constitutes the occasion
for the humorous skit and the justification for the use of a ‘mixed-language’

Emotions, skills and intra-entrepreneurship: mapping the field and future research opportunities
Get PDFEmployability, and especially entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship, is a topic attracting the
interest of researchers in recent years. Although knowledge about creating and managing a company is
essential (hard skills), the importance of other competencies such as soft skills and emotional intelligence
has also been highlighted in recent years. This study analyzes documents related to Emotional
Intelligence, Soft Skills, Hard Skills and their relationship with (intra)entrepreneurship. The
methodology used was bibliometric analysis, followed by a bibliographic coupling and identification of
thematic areas within this field of study. A total of 121 documents were analyzed, following the PRISMA
protocol. The results showed an upward trend over the last five years in the production of works in this
field, accounting for approximately 75% of the total number of articles found. Seven different sub-themes
were identified. The theme with the most significant impact, which generates the most interest among
the scientific community, encompasses personal relationships, emotional intelligence, and the positive
work climate for a company's growth. Finally, a series of implications and future lines of study are

lugares donde la comunidad de la Corona de Aragón en Roma practicaba la
asistencia caritativa a finales del siglo XV y principios del XVI. Usando pruebas
documentales inéditas, procedentes de diversos archivos de Roma, Ciudad del
Vaticano, Madrid y la propia institución, revisa e incrementa el conocimiento
precedente, el cual había focalizado en los hospitales de San Nicolás y en
aquél promovido por Tomás Borja y Gabriel Robuster. Revela la existencia de
otros dos cerca de Corte Savella, localización actual de los Establecimientos
Españoles en Roma. Para finalizar, también reflexiona sobre el interés que
esta hospitalidad despertó en el rey Fernando el Católico y cómo contribuyó a
consolidar su imagen en la Urbe; así como la importancia que dichos hospitales tuvieron para la cofradía de Nostra Dona de Montserrat, materializada en
particular a través de sus generosas donaciones en especie y en metálico a fin
de ayudar a construirlos y equiparlos.This research fills a void in the studies about the places of care of
the community of the Crown of Aragon in the late 15th- early 16th century. It
uses unpublished documentary evidence from the archives of the Vatican City,
of Rome, of Madrid and of the own institution, in order to revise and increase
the previous knowledge, focused exclusively on the hospital of San Nicolás
and on the hospital promoted by Tomás Borja and Gabriel Robuster. It reveals
the existance of other two, located near Corte Savella, in the space nowadays
occupied by the roman Establecimientos Españoles. Finally it analyses in what
way this hospitality awaked the interest of the King Ferdinand the Catholic, and
contributed to consolidate his image in the city; and the importance that these
hospitals had for the brotherhood of Our Lady of Montserrat, particularly how

Validity of Heidegger's notion of cybernetics
Get PDFCon este trabajo persigo tres objetivos. El primero es ofrecer
una aproximación a la noción de cibernética en Martin Heidegger.
El segundo es considerar si esta noción sigue vigente. El tercero es
llevar la noción de cibernética a un ámbito concreto, el del derecho. Me
ocupo de lo que se ha denominado “informática jurídica”. Para lograr
estos objetivos presento lo que Heidegger escribió o dijo sobre el tema
y sobre algunas nociones cercanas como las de ciencia, técnica y el
principio de razón. Para perseguir el segundo objetivo, si la cibernética
según Heidegger sigue vigente, me pregunto si la causalidad todavía es
el saber perseguido por la inteligencia artificial. Por último, para lograr
el tercer objetivo, presento algunas reflexiones sobre informática jurídica
a partir de la doctrina iusfilosófica.With this paper I pursue three objectives. The first is to
offer an approach to the notion of cybernetics in Martin Heidegger.
The second is to consider whether this notion is still valid. The third is
to carry out the notion of cybernetics to a specific field, that of law, to
what has been called "legal informatics". To achieve these objectives, I
present what he wrote or said on the subject and on some related notions
such as science, technique and the principle of reason. For Heidegger,
cybernetics is a new fundamental science that replaces philosophy. To
pursue the second objective, if cybernetics according to Heidegger is still
valid, I wonder if causality is still the knowledge pursued by artificial
intelligence. I conclude it is, causality is still pursued for utility reasons.
Finally, to achieve the third objective, I present some reflections on legal
informatics based on the iusphilosophical reflections of some authors.Filosofí
Efectos del cambio climático sobre los mamíferos marinos
Get PDFEl cambio climático representa uno de los desafíos más significativos y urgentes que enfrenta nuestro
planeta en la actualidad. Los ecosistemas acuáticos, en particular, se encuentran bajo una creciente
presión debido a los impactos que está causando el cambio climático, siendo los mamíferos marinos
especies especialmente vulnerables a estos cambios ambientales. Los mamíferos marinos desempeñan
un papel crucial en sus respectivos ecosistemas y constituyen un reflejo de su estado de salud, por lo
que su declive podría acarrear consecuencias para otras especies y para el medio ambiente en general.
En consecuencia, determinar las respuestas de estos organismos a los cambios definidos por el nuevo
contexto ambiental resultará esencial para adoptar medidas de gestión adaptativas y eficientes.
El presente estudio tiene como objetivo proporcionar un análisis exhaustivo de los efectos del cambio
climático en los mamíferos marinos a través de una revisión de la literatura existente. Se han
examinado los principales impactos a los cuales se enfrentan los mamíferos marinos a raíz del cambio
climático, destacando sus respectivas influencias, así como el potencial efecto sinérgico que puede
existir entre los impactos de origen climático y los impactos de origen antrópico, evaluando así mismo
aquellas especies de mamíferos marinos que, según la literatura actual, presentan una mayor
vulnerabilidad. Se han observado y pronosticado efectos sobre la distribución, el hábitat, la fisiología y
la fenología de los mamíferos marinos; no obstante, se requiere de una mayor investigación para poder
estimar con precisión los mecanismos subyacentes de estos impactos y sus implicaciones a largo plazo.Climate change represents one of the most significant and urgent challenges facing our planet today.
Aquatic ecosystems, in particular, are under increasing pressure due to the impacts caused by climate
change, with marine mammals being especially vulnerable to these environmental changes. Marine
mammals play a crucial role in their respective ecosystems and serve as indicators of their overall
health, making their decline potentially consequential for other species and the environment as a
whole. Consequently, determining the responses of these organisms to the changes defined by the new
environmental context will be essential for implementing adaptive and efficient management measures.
The present study aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the effects of climate change on marine
mammals through a review of existing literature. The main impacts faced by marine mammals as a
result of climate change have been examined, highlighting their respective influences, as well as the
potential synergistic effects between climate-induced impacts and anthropogenic impacts. The study
also evaluates those marine mammal species that, according to current literature, exhibit greater
vulnerability. Effects on the distribution, habitat, physiology and phenology of marine mammals have
been observed and predicted. However, further research is required to accurately estimate the
underlying mechanisms of these impacts and their long-term implications.Ciencias del Ma

deben tener un cemento según las características que propuso Grossman. El objetivo principal consiste en comparar el nivel de filtración entre dos técnicas de obturación.
En un primer grupo se obturará con un cemento biocerámico con gutapercha y en

sustanciales en la metodología de enseñanza y aprendizaje empleada hasta ese momento.
La no presencialidad del alumnado en las aulas obligó al profesorado a utilizar recursos que
facilitaran el proceso de aprendizaje en entornos digitales, recursos educativos online. El presente
monográfico presenta una experiencia pedagógica realizada con alumnado de 4º curso
de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria del colegio Sant Bertomeu de la población de Godella,
en la provincia de Valencia. Mediante el uso de la herramienta didáctica en línea Stories that
Move, el alumnado ha podido trabajar en el aula y aprender en torno al Holocausto y la persecución
nazi. La utilización de un aprendizaje combinado, el recurso narrativo Storytelling
y las rutinas de pensamiento propias de la metodología Visible Thinking que conforman la
herramienta, han permitido al alumnado indagar en sus propios prejuicios y en la lucha contra
la discriminación por motivo de raíz identitaria. Tanto la valoración por parte del alumnado
como el producto final de la experiencia educativa han sido muy positivas, y han puesto de manifiesto la importancia de propiciar la participación activa del alumnado y crear espacios
de conversación, debate y diálogo entre iguales.The appearance of COVID-19 during the 2019-2020 academic year caused
substantial changes in the teaching and learning methodology used up to that moment.
The non-presentiality of the students in the classrooms forced the teachers to use resources
that facilitated the learning process in digital environments, online educational tools. This
monograph presents a pedagogical experience carried out with students in the 4th year of
Compulsory Secondary Education of the San Bartomeu school in the city of Valencia. Through
the use of the online teaching tool Stories that Move, the students have been able to work
in the classroom and learn about the Holocaust and Nazi persecution. The use of blended
learning, Storytelling and thinking routines from the Visible Thinking methodology which are
part of the tool, have allowed students to explore their own prejudices and the fight against
discrimination based on identity. Both the evaluation by the students and the final product
of the educational experience have been very positive and have highlighted the importance
of promoting the active participation of the students and creating spaces for conversation,

Culture of peace and integral education at university: the lecturers’s perspective towards capabilities approach

la formación integral para la construcción de una cultura de paz, mediante la consulta a
docentes de una universidad pública mexicana. Optamos por una metodología cualitativa,
documental, con análisis de datos empíricos que fueron recabados mediante la estrategia del
focus group y empleamos el análisis de contenido apoyándonos en algunos elementos de
la teoría fundamentada. En los resultados, los docentes universitarios reportan la implementación
de estrategias formativas para desarrollar aprendizajes no solo para el desempeño
profesional sino para la vida, lo que condujo a identificar la necesidad de adoptar en este
tipo de instituciones, un enfoque formativo que aborde el desarrollo de capacidades humanas
en los estudiantes y coadyuve al establecimiento de mejores formas de convivencia para la
construcción de paz.In this article, we share the progress of a broader investigation in which we analyzed
the role of integral education as a pathway for construction of culture of peace, through
consultation with university lecturers from a Mexican public university. We used a qualitativedocumental
methodology with an empiric data analysis obtained by focus groups. We were aid
by a content analysis strategy with some guidelines of grounded theory. Within the preliminary
results, we found out in the university lecturer’s speeches putting emphasis on implementation of
training strategies to professional learning as also learning for life, which allowed us to identify
that is necessary to adopt a capacities approach to develop student’s human capabilities; that
