Exploring the Impacts of Relationship Marketing and Quality on Customer Loyalty
[[abstract]]本研究主要貢獻在於同時使用對稱與非對稱之資料分析方法探究關係行銷、品質、知覺價值、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之關聯性。具體而言,對稱資料分析方法旨在驗證六項研究假說以分析研究構面關聯性之淨效果,非對稱資料分析方法則著重於以模糊集合概念確認由關係行銷、品質、知覺價值與顧客滿意度等前置變數所組成可導致高度顧客忠誠度之集合。本研究之主要研究對象為具有消費經驗之一般消費者,運用立意抽樣且使用Google表單蒐集實證資料,共計回收268份有效問卷。多變量分析方法依序使用敘述性統計分析、因素分析、信度分析、結構方程模型(即對稱資料分析方法)與模糊集合質性比較分析法(即非對稱資料分析方法)等。結構方程模型之研究結果顯示提升關係行銷與品質皆可有助於改善顧客知覺價值與滿意度,且提升顧客知覺價值與顧客滿意度可進一步提升顧客忠誠度。模糊集合質性比較分析法之研究結果顯示存在三組導致高度顧客忠誠度之充份條件,第一組充份條件為品質、知覺價值與顧客滿意度均高、第二組為關係行銷、品質與顧客滿意度均高,且第三組為關係行銷、品質、知覺價值與顧客滿意度均低。
This study contributes to identify relationships among relationship marketing, quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty based on symmetric and asymmetric thinking in data analysis. Specifically, symmetric approach focuses on investigating net effects between research constructs and testing hypotheses. Asymmetric method further attempts to combine relevant antecedents (i.e., relationship marketing, quality, perceived value, and customer satisfaction) into various causal recipes to explore the configurations for achieving high customer loyalty. This study employs an Internet-based (i.e., google form) questionnaires surveys based on anonymous approach and obtains a final valid sample of 268 respondents from the general customers by using purposive sampling. The methods of data analysis in this study including descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). In terms of symmetric approach, results of SEM indicate that both relationship marketing and quality can enhance perceived value and customer satisfaction. In addition, enhance perceived value and customer satisfaction can further improve customer loyalty. With asymmetric approach, intermediate solutions of fsQCA show that there are three causal configurations found to be sufficient for high customer loyalty
Estimation of Cut Off Point for Mini-BESTest and Short FES-I Survey by Center of Pressure
[[abstract]]由於現代社會逐漸高齡化,許多老人相關的問題也漸漸浮出水面,而有關於老人疾病的問題大多都與平衡能力相關,本研究主要目的在了解老人平衡數據與簡易自評跌倒關注程度量表及迷你平衡評估系統之間的關係。數據為公共資料庫所提供的人體足部壓力中心訊號為基礎。每位受試者分別以閉眼、睜眼在軟板、硬板上60秒的平衡數據,計算出兩個不同軸向的人體足部壓力中心訊號,再經由經驗模組分解函數分析出的前6個本質模組函數。使用人工智慧決策樹演算法,輸入人體足部壓力中心訊號參數,針對簡易自評跌倒關注程度量表與迷你平衡評估系統,以量表不同切點分數進行分類。分類結果計算出正確率,以及利用接收者操作特徵曲線;估算不同切點分數的接收者操作特徵曲線下面積數值,進而找出最合適的切點分數。
預測結果顯示為此決策樹演算法對於迷你平衡評估系統正確率較高,問卷切點分數為21分時,分類正確率76% (AUC=0.76),簡易版自評跌倒關注程度量表因接收者操作特性數值過低,所以不推薦使用決策樹預測。
Due to the gradual aging of modern society, many problems related to the elderly have gradually emerged. Most of the problems related to the elderly diseases are related to the balance ability. The main purpose of this study is to understand the balance data of the elderly and the Short Falls Efficacy Scale International ; short FES-I and Mini-Balance Evaluation Systems Test ; the relationship between Mini-BESTest.
The data is based on the COP ( center of pressure ) provided by the public database created by Damiana A Santos and Marcos Duarte.
Each participant calculated the COP ( COPx, COPy ) in different directions with the balance data of eyes closed, eyes open on the soft board and hard board for 60 seconds, and then decomposed the IMF of grade 6 by EMD.
Decision tree of R Code is used to predict with different scores of Short FES-I and Mini-BESTest, and then AUC evaluation of each model is performed. Finally, all kinds of evaluation results are summarized.
The prediction results show that the decision tree algorithm has high accuracy for Mini-BESTest, and can predict 21 points with 76 % accuracy ( AUC = 0.76 ).
The simple version of the International Fall Effectiveness Scale does not recommend the use of decision tree prediction because of its low AUC
Effects of Binaural Beat Technology Music and its Combination with Strobe Therapy for Reducing Anxiety of Daycare Center Staff During the COVID-19 Pandemic
[[abstract]]研究背景:焦慮是日間照顧中心工作人員(日照員工)在新冠肺炎 (COVID-19) 大流行期間的主要心理健康問題。近年研究指出,雙耳節拍 (BBT) 與閃光刺激介入能有效降低焦慮,然而在降低日照員工焦慮之成效仍然模糊。因此,本研究旨在探討BBT音樂與結合閃光刺激在COVID-19大流行期間降低日間照顧中心工作人員焦慮之成效。
研究方法:本研究為介入性研究,於2021年7月22日至11月10日在員林市某日間照顧中心進行收案。介入前,受試者進行前測:問卷訪談(包含個人基本資料、貝克焦慮量表、COVID-19恐懼量表)、心率變異度 (HRV)、腦波與血壓。接著同一位受試者隨機交叉參與三組介入方式:「BBT音樂」或「結合BBT音樂與閃光刺激」或「放鬆音樂」,計20分鐘。介入後,受試者進行後測:HRV、腦波與血壓。統計方法主要採用Fredman test分析三組介入前後在HRV、腦波與血壓之變化量差異。
研究結果:本研究共招募40名日照員工(女性24位、男性16位),平均年齡31.73 ± 8.83歲。結果顯示: 結合BBT音樂與閃光刺激相較於BBT音樂介入,全體日照員工血壓之舒張壓 (p<0.01) 顯著降低;中度焦慮日照員工HRV之 LF/HF 顯著降低 (p=0.021)。
研究結論:本研究結果指出,結合BBT音樂與閃光刺激可能有助於調節全體日照員工血壓及中度焦慮日照員工自主神經系統,作為日照中心工作人員預防/緩解焦慮的一種介入方式。然而,未来仍需更多相關研究來證實。
Background: Anxiety is the most important psychological problem for daycare center staff during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic. In recent years, although there are has been previous research about the effects of binaural beat technology (BBT) and strobe therapy on reducing anxiety, its beneficial influence on the alleviation of anxiety for daycare center staff has not been adequately addressed. Therefore, this study was designed to investigate the effects of BBT music, BBT music combined with strobe therapy, and relaxing music for reduce anxiety for daycare center staff during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Methods: This interventional study was conducted at a daycare center in Yuanlin between July 22 and November 10, 2021. Before the intervention, the participants underwent a set of pre-tests: questionnaire (including basic personal data, Beck Anxiety Inventory and The Fear of COVID-19 Scale), heart rate variability (HRV), brainwaves, and blood pressure. All paticipants undertook three interventions: BBT music, BBT music combined with strobe therapy, and relaxing music with a random sequence of participation for 20 minutes. After the interventions, the participants performed a post-test, namely HRV, brainwaves, and blood pressure. For statistical analysis, Fredman test was mainly used to determine the significance of changes in HRV, brainwaves, and blood pressure of the participants before and after the three interventions.
Results: The participants comprised 40 daycare center staff (16 males and 24 females) with a mean age of 31.73 ± 8.83. The results of HRV analysis showed that, compared with BBT music alone, BBT music combined with strobe therapy could reduce the diastolic pressure of all particpants (p<0.01) as well as alleviate anxiety in the moderate anxiety subgroup (LF/HF on HRV analysis, p=0.012).
Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that BBT music combined with strobe therapy may be used for reducing blood pressure and regulating autonomic nervous system among daycare center staff with moderate levels of anxiety to prevent/alleviate anxiety. However, further related research is warranted to support the findings

[[abstract]]本研究以行銷策略分析 4C理論架構作為理論基礎,進行對目標酒業代理商合作之三百家通路商進行分析,結果發現,對於實體通路商來說,因為酒類屬於高單價產品,具備良好地段的便利性、店面裝潢氛圍、即時送貨服務及優惠上,這些因素均屬於直接的實質影響,因此對於業績上具備顯著影響。
另外由於疫情影響,造成酒類通路商業績影響,傳統通路商在未來需要增加對小額消費者的重視,包含客戶意見回饋機制、實體酒類活動及相關宣傳文宣,最後從策略行銷分析上來說,因應消費者年輕化的趨勢,傳統通路商在網路社群媒體的經營上,必須投入更多的行銷資源。

Exploring The Impacts of Innovation and LMX in Biotechnology Industry
[[abstract]]二十世紀以來是一個生物科技時代,許多國家都極力發展於生物科技產業,是因為生物科技產業不僅有利於人類的生存更是因為它可以促進國家經濟的發展。生物科技產業不僅可以防止生物多樣性的喪失、飢荒、促進國家技術的改革、能源的開法,更是有助於醫療,因此本研究才會著重在生物科技產業。而近年來 AI 的崛起,許多行業都可以由機器人取代員工,但目前在生物科技產業中員工是無法被機器人取代的,因此生物科技產業公司應該注重思考員工的內在感受和整體表現,而在人力資源管理與組織行為相關研究中表示員工的整體表現應著重在工作績效,因此我們針對生物科技產業的從業人員來探討影響工作績效的先決條件和關鍵因素。具體而言,本研究調查了創新、上司部屬關係、任務衝突、工作滿意度及工作績效之間的關聯性。而為了評估此研究模型的適用性,本研究採用線上問卷調查並針對生物技術產業的從業人員收集主要數據,並且利用回收的資料進行對稱資料分析與非對稱資料分析後比對兩者之間的差異,本研究的對稱資料是利用結構方程式模型(SEM),而非對稱資料為模糊集定性比較分析(fsQCA)的結果。根據 SEM 結果顯示:創新和上司部屬關係對工作滿意度會有顯著的影響效果;上司部屬關係對任務衝突會有顯著的影響效果;任務衝突及工作滿意度會對工作績效有顯著的影響效果。根據 fsQCA 結果顯示:會有三組充分條件可以導致公司具有高度的工作績效。[[abstract]]Biotechnology can solve several global problems and prevent the loss of biological bi-odiversity, and it is receiving much attention from academics and practitioners in past two decades. However, employee differs greatly from robot. According to the resource-based theory, organizational behavior can play a critical role to sustain above-average performance. In the context of employee’s behavior, researchers in the fields of human resource manage-ment or organizational behavior theory have focused on job performance. Based on these regards, this study contributes to understand how employees can achieve job performance and focuses on identifying antecedents or determinants leading to employee’s job perfor-mance in biotechnology industry. Specifically, this study investigates the relationships among innovation, leader-member exchange, task conflict, job satisfaction, and job perfor-mance. To assess the applicability of this conceptual model, this study employs online ques-tionnaires survey and collected primary data from employees of biotechnology industry. Furthermore, to explore the gap between symmetric and asymmetric thinking in data analy-sis, this study attempts to compare results of structural equation modeling (SEM) and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA). Results of SEM show that both innovation and leader-member exchange have significant effects on job satisfaction, leader-member ex-change has a significant effect on task conflict, and task conflict and job satisfaction are re-lated to job performance. Results of fsQCA indicate that three causal configurations were found to be sufficient to meet the high job performance in biotechnology industry
Anti-apoptotic and Pro-survival Effect Of Exercise Training On Hypertensive Rat Cerebral Cortex
[[abstract]]Hypertension is a critical vascular risk factor for end-stage brain damage. Neural apoptosis was found activated in cerebral cortices from hypertensive animals. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the anti-apoptotic and pro-survival effects of exercise training on hypertensive rat cerebral cortex. The excised brain tissues from ten sedentary male Wistar Kyoto normotensive rats (WKY group), ten sedentary spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR group) and ten SHR rats undergoing treadmill exercise training 60 min/day, 5 days/week, for 12 weeks (SHR-EX group) were measured by TUNEL assay and Western Blotting. The SHR-EX groups showed lesser TUNEL-positive apoptotic cells compare to those in the SHR group. Protein levels of caspase-independent neural apoptotic pathway EndoG and AIF became decreased in SHR-EX groups compared with the SHR group. The expression levels of Fas ligand, Fas death receptor, Fas-associated death domain (FADD), activated caspase-8 and activated caspase-3 in Fas/FasL-mediated caspase-dependent apoptotic pathways and t-Bid, Bax, Bak, cytochrome c, activated caspase 9 and activated caspase-3 in mitochondria-mediated caspase-dependent apoptotic pathways were reduced in SHR-EX groups compared with the SHR group. Expression levels of Bcl2 family-related pro-survival pathways were significantly increased in SHR-EX groups compared to those in the SHR group. Exercise training appeared to decreased neural EndoG/AIF-related caspase-independent, Fas/FasL-mediated caspase-dependent, mitochondria-mediated caspase-dependent apoptotic pathways as well as enhanced Bcl2 family-related and IGF-1-related pro-survival pathways in the hypertensive cerebral cortex. These findings indicated a new therapeutic effect of exercise training in preventing hypertension-induced neural apoptosis in the cerebral cortex
Ecological Assessment of Chelongpi Irrigation canal’s Drainage Treatment Project in Wufeng District, Taichung City.
[[abstract]]為探討車籠埤排水治理工程對於周邊生態環境造成的衝擊,乃以生態檢核方式對於工程施作所造成的擾動進行。生態調查自2019年1月至2020年6月,以鳥類、爬蟲類、兩棲類、魚和水質檢測分別進行,因調查樣區內曾發現有一級保育類魚類巴氏銀鮈(Squalidus banarescui),基於生態友善之作法,施工期間所採集之原生種魚類均移置圈養於亞洲大學水域生態研究室。由生物相變遷反應本次治水工程對環境產生之影響,鳥類則因噪音與水道的擾動觀察到其活動範圍遠離渠道,兩棲爬蟲也有類似的情況;樣區鄰近馬路旁,缺乏生態綠帶是兩棲爬蟲類的路殺熱點。水域處,在半半施工未確實施行的情況下魚類受到較大的影響,從工程前期可捕獲到的13種魚種到工程後期僅剩下3種,只有耐受力極強之吳郭魚(Oreochromis sp.)、大肚魚(Gambusia affinis)、孔雀魚(Poecilia reticulata)得以在工程期間持續觀察並紀錄。由水質檢測顯示因水圳內有多處地下湧泉與水圳內多種物理性降解作用,能有效緩解河川汙染程度。而生態工法中的半半施工對臺灣較為窄小之河道是否真的能達到緩解工程所帶來的負面影響之目標還須多加探討。[[abstract]]The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of the Chelongpi regulation project on the surrounding ecological environment and adopt an ecological audit method to evaluate the disturbances caused by relevant construction works. Ecological survey was conducted from January 2019 to June 2020 on birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and the water quality. Because of the past appearance of a protected species, Squalidus banarescui, found in the area the native fish was collected and transferred to and reared at the Laboratory of Aquatic Ecology at Asia University as per the environmentally friendly considerations.The environmental impact of the water regulation project was reflected by biota changes. Due to noise and water channel disturbances, the activity range of birds was deviated; a similar observation was noted for reptiles and amphibians. Within the sampled area, a region lacking a green belt was identified as a roadkill hotspot for reptiles and amphibians. In the water region, as half-and-half construction was not realized, fish were impacted to a greater degree. At the early stage of the project, 13 species could be caught while at the later stage of the project, only 3 species remained. Only species with higher tolerance, including Oreochromis sp., Gambusia affinis, and Poecilia reticulata could be continuously monitored and recorded during the construction period. Water quality inspection revealed that because multiple underground springs are present in the aqueduct and that various physical degradation effects are observed, river pollution was effectively relived. Results show that the current construction still does disturb the local biota. Whether the half-and-half construction approach in ecological engineering can similarly mitigate the adverse effects of construction projects in narrower rivers still needs to be proven and discussed

[[abstract]]在目前全球化競爭的環境下,科技產業需以智慧財產權作為企業生存與發展的利器。智慧財產權中之專利權是企業間衡量評估研發能量、維持競爭力及排除競爭者的重要方法與工具。本次研究案為氮化鎵(GaN)在美國專利USPTO中,分別就HFET、HEMT、PN接面、SBD、材料、製程、功率電路、其它電路、封?、其它(非以上類別)等方面進行檢索,並且以專利號碼、所有人、所屬公司、所屬國家或地區及申請日期等加以整理,最後再以圓餅圖進行分析。在本次檢索的專利中,元件部分佔了51%,其次是材料與製程部分佔了33%,最少的是封裝佔了約1%。[[abstract]]In the current environment of global competition, the technology industry needs to use intellectual property rights as a weapon for the survival and development of enterprises. Patent rights in intellectual property rights are important methods and tools for companies to measure and evaluate R&D energy, maintain competitiveness, and exclude competitors. In this research case, gallium nitride (GaN) was searched in the USPTO on HFET, HEMT, P-N junction, SBD, materials, manufacturing process, power circuit, other circuits, packaging, and other aspects (not the above categories). It is sorted by patent number, owner, company, country or region, application date, etc., and finally analyzed with a pie chart. Among the patents searched this time, the component part accounted for 51%, followed by the material and process part accounted for 33%, and the least was the package accounted for about 1%
My Life-long Tangles with My Parents: A Domestic-violence-cycle-victim’s Reflections on Life Course
[[abstract]]本研究以敘事研究法撰寫研究者自己的生命故事記錄文本,來探究研究者的成長歷程。透過應用文本資料,說故事資料收集,並在敘事故事過程中慢慢形成概念架構。故事文本做為資料分析的基礎,在生活情境中繼續循著文本概念架構書寫生命故事。本研究的目的有三個:1.透過研究者的生命故事探討研究者的家庭暴力歷程和受暴原因。2.兄弟姊妹作為受暴目睹兒與受暴者的心理影響和辛苦歷程。3.透過論文治療內心的傷痛,原諒父母,揮別過去。研究發現成長過程中引發家暴事件的源由,是來自於父母雙方原生家庭生活經驗與傳統觀念束縛而引發的,分別將父母原生家庭成長歷程每階段發生的事件作整理,母親婚姻中的婆媳問題、適應問題與衝突事件,與搬離夫家回到娘家的「近妻居」生活,生活壓力所衍生出的情緒與家暴事件,對父親與研究者家暴循環,探究其原因與目睹家暴/家暴對研究者的影響,與終止家庭暴力的循環,到最終返鄉與和解。本研究結論為因為傳統打罵教育形成家庭暴力與暴力循環,使得家庭暴力受害者身心受創,生命歷程備感艱辛,期待終結暴力循環,透過論文審視生命、解套心結,體諒父母,揮別過去,手足情感重新連結,彌補過去缺憾,希望用餘生補償過去錯過的。關鍵字:生命歷程、家庭暴力、受暴目睹兒、家暴循環、家暴受害者[[abstract]]AbstractThis research uses the narrative research method to write the researcher's own life story to explore the researcher's growth process. The research uses textual materials to slowly form a conceptual framework in the process of telling stories. The story text is used as the basis of data analysis and continues to write life stories in life situations following the conceptual framework of the text.The purpose of this research is threefold:1. Through the life story of the researcher, explore the researcher's domestic violence history and the reasons for the violence. 2. The psychological influence and hardship of the brothers and sisters as witnesses and victims of violence. 3. Treat inner pain through essays, forgive parents, and say goodbye to the past.The research has found that the source of domestic violence incidents in the process of growing up is caused by the original family life experience of both parents and the constraints of traditional concepts. The researcher separately sorted out the events that occurred at each stage of the parents' native family growth process. The main problems came from mother’s marriage of mother-in-law and daughter-in-law, adjustment problems and conflicts, and the life of a "near wife" who moved from her husband's house to her natal family. Furthermore, the emotions and domestic violence incidents derived from the stress of life cycle to the researcher and father. The researcher explores the causes and witnesses the impact of domestic violence on the researcher, and ends the cycle of domestic violence, and finally returns to the hometown and reconciliation.The conclusion of this study is that the traditional violence education has formed a cycle of domestic violence and violence, making the victims of domestic violence and gambling suffer both physically and mentally, and the life course is difficult, looking forward to ending the cycle of violence. The Influence of Free Travel to Taiwan for Chinese Passengers on Stock Returns on Related Industries
[[abstract]]本研究探討臺灣航運業、觀光產業、食品業、建材營造業以及百貨貿易業,這五種產業之股價報酬率是否會受到陸客來臺自由行宣告影響。我們以陸客來臺自由行的重要宣告日期為事件日,使用事件研究法分析事件期間,臺灣相關產業公司股票的股價報酬率變化。實證期間涵蓋自2008年6月至2019年6月止。實證結果顯示,航運業、觀光產業、食品業、建材營造業以及百貨貿易業的確會因陸客來臺自由行之重要宣告而有顯著的正向平均異常報酬率,正向累積平均異常報酬率更是顯著。[[abstract]]This study investigates whether the announcement of free travel to Taiwan for Chinese passengers would affect stock returns on five industries including shipping and transport industry, tourism industry, food industry, construction industry, and trading and consumer industry in Taiwan. We employ the important announcement date of free travel to Taiwan as the event day and use the methodology of event study to analyze the changes in stock return on related industrial firms in Taiwan during the sample period. The empirical period covers from June 2008 to July 2019.The empirical results show that the shipping and transport industry, the tourism industry, the food industry, the construction industry and the trading and consumer industry indeed have a significant and positive average abnormal return rate due to the free travel policy of Chinese passengers to Taiwan. Moreover, the positive cumulative average abnormal returns on those industries are even more remarkable
