    Integrating Google BERT Semantic Features in LSTM Recurrent Neural Network Modelling for Sentiment Analysis of Food Comments

    [[abstract]]在網路服務快速的發展,人們之間的交流也開始慢慢地轉移到了網路平台上,使用者會自發性的在網路上分享個人的想法,隨著行動裝置的普及,人們無法做決定時,都會去參考網路評論對於店家的評價,透過關鍵字的搜尋,取得店家的評論,這些網路上的主觀評論意見,就能夠作為消費前的參考依據。在這些評論中有些帶有個人情緒與主觀思考,因此透過情緒分析提取評論中的特徵,來分析人們的意見、評價、態度以及情緒走向,並且結合計算語言學、人工智慧、機器學習、深度學習、資訊檢索與資料探勘等技術,來做更多關於情緒分析的研究。Google Maps 是其中一個公開於網路上的評論平台,其評論大多屬於簡短文句,文本組成結構相較於專業的影評文章較為簡單,情緒特徵較為明顯,因此本研究使用Google Maps 上的美食餐廳評論作為實驗的資料來源。在機器學習領域,常見的深度學習架構有多層感知器MLP (Multilayer Perecptron)、卷積神經網路CNN (Convolutional Neural Network)、遞迴神經網路RNN (Recurrent Neural Network)、長短期記憶LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory),本研究挑選傳統的貝氏分類器、LSTM遞迴神經網路與Google BERT,來互相做比較,並觀察不同的機器學期模型在訓練與測試上的表現。從實驗結果中發現BERT+LSTM模型在二分類情緒分析的實驗中正確率最高。[[abstract]]With the rapid development of network services, people's communication has gradually shifted from face-to-face interaction to online messaging via network platforms, and users will spontaneously share their personal ideas on the Internet. With the popularity of mobile devices, when people would like to purchase some merchandise, they will refer to the corresponding evaluation from online public comments. Although many comments on the Internet are subjective, they can be used as valuable references before consumption. Online comments convey emotional and subjective thoughts. Therefore, sentiment analysis can extract the features of comments to explore consumers’ opinions, evaluations, attitudes and emotional trends, and more deep research integrates various techniques based on computational linguistics, artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, information retrieval, data mining, etc.Google Maps is one of the most popular opinion platforms on the Internet. In general, its comments are mostly short sentences, whose text composition structure is simpler so that the associated emotional characteristics are easier to identify. This study uses the food restaurant comments on Google Maps as the experimental data source. In the field of machine learning, well-known deep learning architectures include MLP (Multilayer Perceptron), CNN (Convolutional Neural Network), RNN (Recurrent Neural Network), LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory), and so on. In this thesis, traditional Bayesian classifier, LSTM recurrent neural network and Google BERT are applied to compare the performance of sentiment analysis in both training and testing phases. According to the experimental results, the BERT+LSTM model achieves the highest accuracy in the experiments of dichotomy-based sentiment analysis

    [[abstract]]當一個系統使用者遇到問題時,長久以來是透過電話詢問客服,但使用人工的客服服務,需要時間訓練人員了解可能的問題及其解決方式,卻常因訓練不足或人員流動頻繁缺乏問題的經驗,造成客戶的問題無法解決。因此,智慧客服被視為重要的企業工具,一方面可以解決人工客服成本高的問題;另一方面又可以即時解決使用者的問題。新一代的智慧客服系統(chatbot)包含自然語言理解(Natural Language Processing)、對話管理(Dialogue Management)、問題推理技術(Case Based Reasoning)。然而,目前的智慧客服系統都需要先建立問答知識的資料集來訓練一個機器學習的模型(machine learning model),所以建構一個智慧客服,如何把使用者可能的問題轉換成智慧客服所需的問答知識資料集是一大挑戰。因此本研究希望藉由建立智慧客服所需的訓練資料集(training set),提供問題理解以及問題的解答,強化智慧客服的功能以提高其滿意度。本研究將建構的人事問答知識庫運用Google Dialogflow 技術,以自然語言處理(Natural Language Processing)、機器學習(machine learning)等,快速地理解分析使用者提出的問題,精準、正確答覆解決問題,使人事專家知識藉由科技技術得以整合與被應用。[[abstract]]When a system user encounters a problem, it has been consulted by telephone for a long time, but using manual customer service requires time to train personnel to understand possible problems and solutions, but often due to insufficient or lack of experience in the flow of personnel, customer problems can not be solved. Therefore, intelligent customer serve as a tool for important enterprises. On the one hand, it can solve the problem of high salary of personnel who work for manual customer service; on the other hand, it can also solve user problems immediately. (Chatbot) includes Natural Language Processing, Dialogue Management, and Case Based Reasoning. However, the current smart customer service system requires the establishment of a data set of question and answer knowledge to train a machine learning model, so to construct a smart customer service, how to convert the user's possible questions into the questions, and answers required by the smart customer service Knowledge data, collection is a big challenge. Therefore, this research hopes to build up the training set required for smart customer service, provide problem understanding and answer to questions, and strengthen the function of smart customer service to improve its satisfaction. This research uses Google Dialogflow technology to quickly understand and analyze the questions which raised by users through Natural Language Processing (Natural Language Processing), machine learning, etc., and answer and solve the problems accurately and correctly.     Research on Experience of Popular Music Single with Interactive Lyrics and Composition

    [[abstract]]近年來免費聆聽流行音樂管道眾多、音樂產製門檻降低,網路與行動裝置普 及之下,數位串流音樂已成為流行音樂閱聽族群主要管道。加上互動藝術的發展 以及互動電影實際進入電影院的靈感發想。本研究第一部分參考創新擴散理論開發創製一「具詞曲互動功能的流行單曲」,運用非線性敘事方式設計其音樂錄影帶與分歧點,且創作多個音樂版本,將影音結合後供閱聽者互動點選。其中,採 JavaScript語言撰寫網頁互動程式作為載具整合呈現,開發未見於市場的流行音樂呈現模式作為研究對象。第二部份,為瞭解本研究對象為閱聽者帶來哪些異於過往的體驗,以Rogers創新擴散理論與消費者創新性作為理論基礎,將華語流行音樂閱聽族群作為母體,抽樣體驗本研究開發作品後進行問卷實測。在確認問卷信效度後進行量化分析,並輔以專家訪談質性研究。得知,閱聽眾對於本研究對 象具有高度採用意願;在相對優勢、相容性、複雜性、功能與享樂性、社交性、認知性六個構面上都對採用意願具有正向影響與創新擴散理論相呼應,且在相對優 勢構面上影響最大;另外,開發作品中的「再看一次」功能,能夠引起閱聽者高度 興趣,是過去流行歌曲呈現模式所未見的特性;在相容性構面的感知上,有付費聆聽流行音樂經驗的族群也大於無付費經驗的;且25~34歲年齡層與國高中學歷 者認為本開發作品「複雜性」較低,可優先作為行銷推廣目標。建議後續運用上述發現,加速此模式之擴散效率,營造流行音樂領域更多創新契機。[[abstract]]In recent years, there are many channels for free listening to popular music, the threshold of music production has been lowered, and the popularity of Internet and mobile devices has made streaming media the main channel for popular music listening groups. Coupled with the development of interactive art and the inspiration for interactive movies to actually enter the cinema. The first part of this research refers to the innovation diffusion theory to develop and create a " Popular Music Single with Interactive Lyrics and Composition ", using Nonlinear Narrative methods to design its music videos and divergent points, and create multiple music versions, combining audio and video for reading and listening Interactive click. And use JavaScript language to write web interactive programs as a vehicle for integrated presentation, and develop popular music presentation models that have not been seen in the market as the research object. The second part, In order to understand the different experiences that the subject of this study brings to the readers and listeners, we use ''Innovation diffusion theory'' and ''Consumer innovativeness'' as the theoretical basis, taking the Chinese pop music listening group as the parent body, after sampling, experience the research object and fill in the questionnaire. After confirming the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, conduct quantitative analysis, supplemented by expert interviews for qualitative research. I know that the audience has a high willingness to adopt this research object. The six dimensions of relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, function and hedonicity, sociality, and cognition all have a simple linear regression positive correlation to the willingness to adopt, which echoes the innovation diffusion theory, and is in the construction of relative advantage. The biggest impact on the surface; In addition, the "look again" function in the development works can arouse high interest from the audience, which is a feature that has not been seen in the presentation of popular songs in the past.; In terms of compatibility, the groups with paid experience in listening to popular music are also greater than those without paid experience; 25-34 years old and middle school education believe that this development work has low "complexity" and can be prioritized as a marketing promotion target. It is recommended to use the above findings in the follow-up to accelerate the diffusion efficiency of this model and create more opportunities for innovation in the field of popular music

    Research on Manufacturing Technique of Functional Protective Gear and Its Design Application and Property Evaluation

    [[abstract]]科技蓬勃發展為人們的生活帶來極大的便利性,但許多研究指出在使用電子通訊設備過程中,所產生的電磁波會危害生物體健康,因此為降低電磁波對人體的危害,本研究利用不鏽鋼絲(芯紗)與竹炭尼龍紗(包繞紗)運用電子包紗機,進行複合包繞紗上下(S、Z撚向)包繞加工,製成不鏽鋼/竹炭尼龍複合包繞紗,再將不鏽鋼/竹炭尼龍複合包繞紗(包繞紗),加入彈性絲(芯紗),運用轉筒式加撚包繞機進行第二次包繞加工處理,製成複合雙層結構的彈性包繞紗。將此雙層結構的彈性包繞紗,再增加竹炭尼龍紗做為面紗,結合吸濕排汗紗、氧化鋅抗菌紗與彈性紗做為底紗,利用全電腦自動縫合提花織襪機(緯編織機),製備複合電磁屏蔽/保溫/吸濕排汗/抗菌彈性針織物,接續進行複合針織物之機械性質與物性評估,測試包含最大斷裂強度與伸率、彈性回復率、剛軟性、電磁屏蔽效益、遠紅外線放射率、負離子含量、吸濕性能及抗菌性測試,最後求出最佳化複合功能性針織物,使具有多種功能性與永久抗電磁波之防護功能,並進行功能性保健護具設計應用。本研究分為三階段進行,第一階段為複合包繞紗的製備,第二階段為複合針織物的製備,最後第三階段是複合針織物於護具的設計應用,綜合前兩階段結果顯示複合針織物之最大斷裂強度可達453.45 cN,最佳伸率為539.614 %,電磁屏蔽效益可達38.3 dB值。變化包繞數15 turns/cm之複合織物有最佳的透氣度數值,遠紅外線放射率效果均達0.8 ?以上,電磁屏蔽效益在織物經圈方向低頻區段278 MHz時可達49.19的dB值,屏蔽率達到99.99 %。均達到民生用途之20 dB以上的屏蔽效益數值。遠紅外線放射率在變化包繞數12 turns/cm的時候有較佳的放射率為0.84 ?,包繞數在12 turns/cm的織物有最佳的負離子含量為516 counts/cm3。由上述研究結果得知,在改變包繞數12 turns/cm 可達到平均最佳的數值,故第三階段護具設計應用,在針織物組織設計部分,再利用最佳之複合包繞紗參數,進行變化織紋組織設計,分別為平紋、網紋1*1及網紋2*2的複合變化組織複合針織物織造與測試比較。第三階段護具設計應用之變化組織測試結果顯示,平紋組織有最佳的負離子含量488 counts/cm3最佳彈性回復率81.56 %、76.16 %數值、經圈與緯圈方向時,均有最佳強力分別是453.45 cN強力與343.69 cN強力數值,及最佳伸率分別是539.61 % 伸率與555.23 % 伸率數值。網紋組織1*1有最佳的遠紅外線放測率0.86 ?,單層電磁屏蔽經圈方向最高達到57.35 dB值,雙層經圈方向最高到達44.13 dB值。網紋組織2*2有最佳透氣度10.11 cm3/s/cm2數值,彈性回復率在經圈方向有76.96 %的數值,單層電磁屏蔽緯圈方向最高達到41.59 dB值,雙層45?/0?最高達到45.16 dB值,雙層90?/0?最高達到32.98 dB值。本研究在設計防護產品之防護腰帶及防護托腹帶兩種腰部防護用品,依照最佳測試數據之複合針織物 (平紋、網紋1*1、網紋2*2),進行護腰帶、托腹帶設計應用與製作,最後設計研發完成具電磁屏蔽/保溫/吸濕/抗菌/彈性時尚防護腰帶及托腹帶產品,使用時可達到兼具設計與多重防護及功能性的保健護具。[[abstract]]With the development of technology, the electronic communication equipment brings a lot of convenience to human life nowadays. However, electromagnetic waves have been proven that they may be harmful to human health in many studies; therefore, the electromagnetic shielding and electrostatic protection are necessary. The purpose of this study is to reduce the harm of electromagnetic waves to humans. First, stainless steel wires are used as the core and are wrapped in bamboo charcoal yarns along the S- and Z-direction with different wrapping counts via an electrical covering machine, thereby forming stainless steel (S)/bamboo charcoal (B) wrapped yarns. The wrapped yarns are then examined for tensile strength and elongation to obtain the optimal parameters. Next, S/B wrapped yarns (the wrap material) and spandex fibers (the core) are twisted at different twisting counts and twisting speeds into bi-layered elastic wrapped yarns via a rotor twister. Last, the bi-layered elastic wrapped yarns and bamboo charcoal yarns serve as the face yarns, while antibacterial yarns, cross-section wicking yarns, and spandex fibers are used as the ground yarns. A computer jacquard hose machine is used to form these materials into elastic, functional complex weft knits. The influences of wrapping counts on the mechanical and physical properties of the knits are tested in order to make the functional complex knits. The tests include maximum tensile strength elongation, elastic recovery, rigid flex, electromagnetic shielding effectiveness, far-infrared emissivity, negative ion content, moisture absorption and antibacterial properties. Finally, an optimized composite functional knitted fabric is found to have multiple functions and permanent electromagnetic wave protection functions, and the design and application of functional health care equipment are carried out.This research is divided into three stages. The first stage is the preparation of composite wrapping yarn; the second stage is the preparation of composite knitted fabrics; the third stage is the design and application of composite knitted fabrics in protective gear. Summing up the first two stages, the results show that the maximum tensile strength elongation of the composite knitted fabric can reach 453.45 cN; the best elongation is 539.614 %, and the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness can reach 38.3 dB. The composite fabric with 15 turns/cm of wrap number has the best air permeability value. The far-infrared emissivity effect is above 0.8 ?. The electromagnetic shielding effectiveness can reach a dB value of 49.19 in the low frequency section of the fabric wale direction at 278 MHz, and the shielding rate can reach 99.99 %. Both reach the electromagnetic shielding effectiveness value of more than 20 dB, which is qualified to be used as standard commodities. When the wrapping number is changed to 12 turns/cm, the far- infrared radiation rate has better emissivity, which is 0.84 ?. And the fabric with the wrapping number of 12 turns/cm has the best negative ion content of 516 counts/cm3.According to the above research results, the average best value can be achieved at the changing wrap number of 12 turns/cm. Therefore, in the third stage of the design and application of the protective gear, in the knitted fabric structure design part, the best composite wrapping yarn parameters are used to compare and test the weaving of the complex changing structure of composite knitted fabrics, which are respectively the plain weave, the net weave 1*1 and net weave 2*2 . In the third stage, the test results of the changing structure of protective gear application and design show that plain weave has the best negative ion 488 counts/cm3; and the best elastic recovery rate is 81.56 %, 76.16 %. Its best strengths in the wale and course directions are 453.45 cN strength and 343.69 cN strength values, and the best elongation is 539.61 % elongation rate and 555.23 % elongation value. The net weave structure 1*1 has the best far-infrared emission rate of 0.86 ?. Its single-layer electromagnetic shield in the wale direction can reach the highest value of 57.35 dB, and the double-layer electromagnetic shield in the wale direction can reach the highest value of 44.13 dB. The net weave structure 2*2 has the best air permeability value of 10.11 cm3/s/cm2; the elastic recovery rate has a value of 76.96 % in the wale direction. Its single-layer electromagnetic shield is up to 41.59 dB in the course direction, and the double layer of 45?/0? reaches the maximum value of 45.16 dB, and the double layer of 90?/0? reaches the maximum value of 32.98 dB.This research focuses on designing two kinds of waist protection products: protective belt and protective abdominal support belt. Based on the best test data of the composite knitted fabric (plain weave, net weave 1*1, net weave 2*2), the application and production of waist protection belt and abdominal support belt are proceeded. Finally, the research and development for designed fashionable protective belts and abdominal support belts with electromagnetic shield/heat preservation/moisture absorption/antibacterial/elastic are completed; the health protection gear can achieve both design and multiple protection and functional when used

    Impact of Foresight Infrastructure Construction Plan on the StockPrice of Taiwan Green Energy Industry

    [[abstract]]本研究探討臺灣綠能產業之股價報酬率是否會受到前瞻基礎建設計畫宣告影響。研究者使用事件研究法,以前瞻基礎建設計畫之重要宣告日為事件日,在事件期間探討臺灣綠能產業公司的股票股價報酬率之變化。實證期間涵蓋自2016年10月至2017年4月為止。實證之結果顯示,本研究選擇的綠能產業,包括太陽能產業、LED產業、電動車產業。在前瞻基礎建設計畫的宣告下,太陽能產業及電動車產業的平均異常報酬率AR及累積平均異常報酬率CAR未能有較正向的顯著影響。但在LED產業部分,在累積平均異常報酬率CAR顯著報酬較多,有較正向的顯著結果。[[abstract]]This study explores whether the stock prices of the companies in Taiwan green energy industry will be affected by the announcement of Foresight Infrastructure Construction Plan proposed by Taiwan government. We use the event research method to analyze whether the changes of stock prices of the green-energy companies are significant after the event day, which is the announcement date of the Foresight Infrastructure Construction Plan. The study period covers from October 2016 to April 2017.The results show that the green energy industries selected in this study, including the solar energy and the electric vehicle industries, failed to have significant positive average abnormal returns and positive cumulative average abnormal returns after the announcement of the Foresight Infrastructure Construction Plan . But , we still found the CAR with significant positive correlation in the LED industry

    Pension financial planning for Taiwanese workers after retirement:Take Taichung City as an example

    [[abstract]]本研究主要的目的是希望透過這個研究知道勞工朋友們,在退休後針對退休金的理財規畫與運用,勞工退休後生活經濟如何得到保障,要如何做好退休金的理財規劃,來滿足退休生活的資金需求,及如何提升退休生活的品質品味,在在的展現退休金理財規劃的重要性。也能更清楚一般勞工對於投資理財的屬性,會是保守型、穩定型還是高風險高報酬的積極型。退休金的理財規劃和勞工退休後的生活品質成為正比,審慎評估自己退休後要過的生活品質,運用退休金的理財規畫,更能應付退休生活的種種開銷。以台中市已退休的勞工朋友為訪談對象來探討,並參考過去文獻及根據30位已退休勞工朋友所訪談的結果分析,找出退休勞工針對退休金的理財規劃為何。針對即將退休的勞工朋友們提出寶貴的建議,期望能對即將退休的勞工朋友的退休金規劃能有所助益。依據訪談的結果發現:以退休金作為生活開銷的有44%,有投資理財規劃的勞工屬於穩定型的比率有46%,積極型的投資,風險高投資報酬率亦高,比率為10%是比較少數的。[[abstract]]The main purpose of this research is to learn about the financial planning and use of pensions for workers after retirement. How to protect the economy of workers after retirement, and make financial planning for pensions is an important isssue. The financial needs of life and how to improve the quality and taste of retirement life are now showing the importance of pension financial planning. It can also be clearer whether the general labor's attributes for investment and financial management will be conservative, stable, or proactive with high risk and high return. The financial planning of retirement funds is directly proportional to the quality of life after retirement. Carefully assess the quality of life after retirement and use the financial planning of retirement funds to better cope with the various expenses of retirement. We ake retired workers in Taichung City as the sample, and refer to the past literature we analyze the 30 retired workers to find out what the retired workers’ financial planning is for their pensions. Provide valuable suggestions for workers who are about to retire, hoping to be helpful to the pension plan of workers who are about to retire.According to the results of the interview, 44% use retirement pensions as living expenses, 46% of workers with investment and financial planning are stable, and active investments have high risk and high return on investment, with a rate of 10%

    Equal Treatment of Foreign Players in Freedom to Transfer: The Need to Introduce Bosman Ruling into Indonesian Law, The Case of Damian Linzio and Bring The Case to The Court of Arbitration of Sport

    [[abstract]]Bosman Ruling係指運動員能夠在合約結束後自由轉隊而無須支付其原球隊任何費用,而在印尼依照2005年第3號法律關於國家體育制度,印尼法並無關於運動員契約自由之任何規定。事實上,印尼運動界不乏侵害球員契約自由的案例,其中最著名者為足球員Damian Linzio的案例,而也因為印尼沒有與Bosman Ruling相同之規制,Damian Linzio的問題也沒有辦法順利解決。 本論文採用論理研究法,指出印尼應該引進Bosman ruling的相關意旨與精神,落實於前揭之2005年第3號法律。本論文同時呼籲Damian Linzio案以及類似案例的解決應該提交國際體育仲裁法院,因為該法院針對體育相關爭議,相較於對類似球員契約自由權等付之厥如之印尼法,會是較有能力解決體育相關法律爭議之場所。[[abstract]]The Bosman ruling means that players could move/transfer to a new club at the end of their contract without paying their former clubs any fee. A players can now agree a pre-contract with another club for a free transfer if the players' contract with their existing club has six months or less remaining. Means that the Bosman Ruling as a pioneer in freedom of contract aspect in sport law. The problem in Indonesia according to Law Number 3 of 2005 on National Sport System in Indonesia there is no regulation regarding the freedom of contract for the sport member in Indonesia. There are cases that violate the Bosman Ruling against foreign football players Damian Linzio. Damian Linzio cannot solve his problems because in Indonesia there is no regulation related Bosman Ruling issues. This Research aim to adapted Bosman Ruling into Indonesian Sports Law based on law number 3 of 2005 concerning the National Sports System. Bosman Ruling is very important in sports law because it regulates the freedom of contract. The type of this research is a normative legal research. Normative legal research is a process to find a rule of law, principles of law, and the legal doctrines in order to address the legal issues faced Equal Treatment of Foreign Players in Freedom to Transfer: The Need to Introduce Bosman Ruling Into Indonesian Sports Law, Study Case of Damian Linzio and Bring The Case to The Court of Arbitration For Sport. The result of this research found that Indonesia need to applied Bosman Ruling as the pioneer of freedom of contract to Indonesian Sports Law. Bosman Ruling can be adapted in Law Number 3 of 2005 on National Sports System in Indonesia. For the case of Damian Linzio author to recommend bring the case to Court of Arbitration for Sport because they are more competent to resolve sports cases. Because in Indonesia there are no specific regulations regarding freedom of contract in the national sports law system

    [[abstract]]目前?性腫瘤為全世界關心的重要議題,依世界衛生組織 (World Health Organization, WHO) 統計於2008年全世界的頭頸部癌症患者大約在80萬名左右,則對於人們的健康產生嚴重威脅;頭頸癌常規治療除了化療外,常會合併放射治療,而放射線治療後引起的副作用會造成感官器官功能受到影響及組織傷害,會出現、睡眠障礙、張口困難、味覺、嗅覺、吞嚥、咳嗽、體重減輕、食慾不振、口乾、疲勞等症狀,這些可能都對生活品質產生負面影響。本研究目的主要了解頭頸癌患者放射線治療後口乾分數現況、分析病人放射線治療後不同時期口乾分數差異情形及探討其口乾分數對於口腔健康狀況與睡眠品質之影響。本研究對象為 2018-2020 年於高雄醫學大學附設醫院口腔病理科所蒐集之個案,收案人數為 120 人,收案條件為 20 歲以上成年人,因頭頸癌放射線治療後所引起口乾症狀之病人,排除條件為吸菸者、免疫疾病、精神病史、懷孕、非本國籍、有服用會引起口乾之藥物者。本研究結果顯示頭頸癌放射線治療後,刺激口水流速不足的患者,其睡眠品質較差,齲齒指數較高。而口乾分數與匹茲堡睡眠品質量表 (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, PSQI) 分數成顯著正相關。本研究結果可做為未來臨床醫師治療計畫之參考指標。建議針對口乾分數較高之患者進行預防齲齒及提升睡眠品質之介入,提高患者之生活品質。[[abstract]]Cancer is an important health issue that attracts extensive attention worldwide.World Health Organization indicated head and neck cancer threatens people's lives,and there are approximately 800,000 patients around the world. Chemotherapy combines with radiotherapy are common treatment methods to head and neck cancer.Radiotherapy will damage sensory organs and cause negative effects on quality of life like sleep disturbance, trismus, loss of taste and smell, difficulty to swallow,cough, lose weight, anorexia, xerostomia, and fatigue. This study aims to investigate the patients’ xerostomia score and the impact of days after treatment on the score.We also investigate the impact of xerostomia score on oral health status and sleep quality.This research enrolled 120 participants at the department of oral pathology,Kaohsiung Medical University Hospital Chung-Ho Memorial Hospital. We included native adults age above 20 who had dry mouth symptoms after head and neck radiotherapy. We excluded individuals who had smoking behavior, immune disease, mental disease, pregnancy, and medicine-induced dry mouth.The outcomes provided reveal patients with substandard stimulated salivary flow rate had poor quality of sleep and higher DMFT index. The xerostomia score was positively correlated to the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. The outcomes could provide the clinician as a treatment referral. Patients who have higher xerostomia scores should receive preventive intervention to improve the quality of life

    [[abstract]]糖尿病患者使用胰島素筆型注射器治療是逐年增加的趨勢,糖尿病患者需返家後自行使用針頭注射藥物,糖尿病患者若無先把針頭放在堅固容器的原則下,隨意丟棄的過程中有可能導致患者本身、家人和其他人遭受不必要的針扎風險,也可能增加社區感染的疑慮。 本研究之目的有五點,第一調查糖尿病患者因針頭棄置之針扎盛行率;第二瞭解糖尿病患者之針頭棄置的知識、態度與行為;第三分析糖尿病患者之不同人口學變項對針頭棄置的知識、態度與行為之關係;第四探討糖尿病患者之針頭棄置的知識與態度與行為的相關性;第五分析影響針頭棄置行為的主要因素。 本研究為橫斷式研究,非隨機立意取樣方式,採用自編問卷,問卷內容經專家效度分析,再經預試後,進行項目分析、因素分析以確立效度。知識量表Cronbach Alpha值0.66、態度量表Cronbach Alpha值0.81、行為量表Cronbach Alpha值0.79。問卷分成兩個部分,第一為人口學變項;第二為針頭棄置之知識、態度與行為量表。共有220位受試者在台中市澄清醫院中港院區收案完成,是以20歲(含)以上之糖尿病患者,且筆針頭注射胰島素超過一年(含)以上為收案條件。所有資料編碼與建檔於統計軟體 SPSS 25.0,進行t test、ANOVA、積差相關、線性複迴歸檢定針頭棄置之知識、態度及行為及其相關因素之分析。 研究結果顯示糖尿病患者針扎之盛行率為35.9%;在針頭棄置之知識、態度與行為有顯著差異的人口學變項為:是否刺傷他人、教育程度、醫療人員說明針頭棄置衛教、一個針頭使用次數、是否刺傷自己;而針頭棄置之知識、態度與行為均呈顯著正相關;一個針頭使用次數、醫療人員說明棄置的衛教、知識總分、態度總分為影響針頭棄置之行為的主要四個因素。 本研究發現患者的知識與態度會導致不正確的針頭棄置行為,進而發生針扎。因此,建議藉由各種衛教輔助宣導方式以提高患者對針頭棄置的認知及提供堅固的罐子以提高患者的積極態度,促進正確針頭棄置的行為。[[abstract]]Insulin pen therapy for diabetic patients is the increasing trend year by year. Diabetic patients need to use pen needles to inject insulin drugs by themselves at home. The process from the installation of the needle to the injection to the disposal of the needle, if there is a little error in the process, needle sticks and exposure to blood-borne pathogens may occur. In the classification of medical wastes of the Environmental Protection Administration of the Executive Yuan, the random disposal process may cause the patient himself, his family, and other people such as street cleaners and Garbage cleaning members, unnecessarily suffer the risk of needle sticks and the possible causes of the community infection, if diabetic patients do not put pen needles in a solid container first. The research objectives are following:1. Investigate the prevalence of needle sticks caused by needle disposal in diabetic patients.2. Understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of pen needle disposal in diabetic patients.3. Analyze the relationship between the knowledge, attitude and behavior of needle disposal by different demographic variables of diabetic patients.4. Explore the correlation between knowledge, attitude and behavior of needle disposal in diabetic patients.5. Analyze the main factors influencing needle disposal behavior. This study is a cross-sectional study and using a non-random purposive sampling method. It is adopted by a self-made questionnaires survey. Experts analyzed the content of the questionnaire and conducted the item analysis and factor analysis after the pre-test for the validity. The knowledge scale Cronbach alpha is 0.66, the attitude scale Cronbach alpha is 0.81, and the behavior scale Cronbach alpha is 0.79. The content of the questionnaire is divided into two parts, which are demographic variables and the investigation scale of the needle disposal knowledge, attitude, and behavior of the diabetic patients. A total of 220 cases were completed in the Cheng Ching Hospital Chung Kang Branch in Taichung City. The acceptance conditions are diabetic patients over 20 years old (inclusive) and used pen needles injecting insulin for more than one year (inclusive). All data of the questionnaire would be encoded and archived by SPSS 25.0 with t-test, ANOVA, the Product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis. This investigation verifies the related factors between the scores of the analysis above for the needle disposal knowledge, attitude, and behavior of diabetic patients. The results show the prevalence rate of needlestick injury in diabetic patients is 35.9%. The demographic variables with significant differences in needle disposal knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors are following: whether the needle stabbed people (others or yourself) or not, education level of diabetic patients, whether medical personnel explained the needle disposal health education or not, and how many times for a needle to use. The knowledge, attitude, and behavior of needle disposal are significantly positively correlated. The four main factors that influence the behavior of needle disposal are the following: the medical personnel explained the needle disposal health education, the number of usage times for a needle, the knowledge scores, and the behavior scores. This study finds that the patients’ knowledge and attitude would lead to incorrect needle disposal behavior, which occurs needle stick injuries. It recommends health education by a variety of propaganda ways to enhance needle disposal awareness of patients, and to provide a solid container to increase the positive attitude of patients and attain correct the behavior of needle disposal

    [[abstract]]長者健康識能的學習和實踐是預防健康問題的關鍵。然而,台灣針對高齡長者健康識能相關研究之重點至今仍偏向居住於大都市之長者;因此,本研究目的旨在瞭解台灣鄉村地區長者健康識能和網際網路使用現況,並探討健康識能與網際網路使用之相關性。本研究採用兩年期之「台灣年長者健康識能之前置因子及後果」研究計劃資料庫中的資料進行次級資料分析,該研究為橫斷性研究設計,採方便取樣。本研究擷取原始資料庫中符合收案納入條件之127名居住於鄉村地區之高齡長者進行次級資料分析。研究結果顯示,有80.3 %鄉村地區長者有使用網際網路的習慣;此外,31.5 %長者屬於低健康識能的程度。本研究結果亦發現,鄉村地區長者的教育程度與健康識能(χ? = 22.98, p < .01)及網際網路使用(χ? = 24.15, p < .01)間具有顯著差異;而健康識能總分(r = .423, p < .01)、次量表之「門診對話」(r = .322, p < .01)、以及「用藥資訊」(r = .429, p < .01)皆與網際網路的使用呈現顯著正相關。期望本研究結果能做為衛生相關機構推廣高齡長者網際網路使用的參考依據,以提高台灣鄉村長者健康識能程度,進而提升其生活品質,使鄉村長者實踐在地老化與健康老化之目標,進而邁向活躍老化的實務。[[abstract]]Learning and practicing of health literacy for older people is the keys to prevent health problems. However, the focus of research on the health literacy is still based on the Taiwanese older people who are living in metropolises. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to understand the current status of internet usage as well as the levels of health literacy among Taiwanese older people in rural areas, and to explore the correlation between internet usage and health literacy of Taiwanese older people in rural areas.This study was analyzed by using a secondary database from the &quot;The antecedents and consequences of health literacy in Taiwanese older people&quot; study, which was designed for the cross-sectional study design and the convenience sampling method. One hundred twenty-seven valid samples of older people who met the criteria for inclusion were screened and retrevived from the original database. The results of the study showed that 80.3 % of the older people in rural areas were internet users. In addition, 31.5 % of the older people presented a low level of health literacy. The results of this study also found that there were significant differences between the education level and health literacy (χ? = 22.98, p < .01), and internet usage (χ? = 24.15, p < .01) of older people in rural areas. The total scores for health literacy (r = .423, p < .01), “outpatient dialogue” (r = .322, p < .01) subscale, and “drug information” (r = .429, p < .01) subscale were all significantly to have positive correlations to the internet usage.It is hoped that the results of this study could be used as references for health-related organizations to promote the internet usage to enhance the health literacy of the Taiwanese older people in rural areas, thereby improving their quality of life to implement the goals of aging in place as well as healthy aging.
