Covid-19防疫期間社區老年人之社交孤寂感、恐懼感及其相關因素之探討
[[abstract]]研究目的:探討 COVID-19 防疫期間,社區老年人發生社交孤寂感與恐懼感情形,及 其相關影響因素。 研究方法:本研究採回溯性、相關性研究設計,針對符合收案條件之中部社區老年人, 收集基本屬性、慢性病數、社會環境因素、認知功能等資料,並使其回想自 2021 年 5 月三級警戒時至 2022 年 5 月近一年時間日常活動功能、自評身體健康狀態、憂鬱症 狀、特質焦慮程度、社交孤寂感、恐懼感等資料,共收集105 位個案。所收集資料採 皮爾森相關係數、線性迴歸進行統計分析。 結果:參與者為平均年齡 77.7 歲(±6.8)之社區老年人,依線性迴歸分析顯示教育程度、 疫情前社會活動參與頻率及疫情期間朋友支持度為 COVID-19 防疫期間產生社交孤寂 感之預測因子,整體模式解釋力(R 2)為39%;而性別及特質焦慮程度為 COVID-19 防疫期間產生恐懼感之預測因子,整體模式解釋力(R 2)為49%。 結論 : 本研究結果可提供給社區老年照護專業人員、社區關懷據點、鄉鎮區公所人員 或社區衛生單位作為參考,有助於後續研擬降低 COVID-19疫情期間社區老人社交孤 寂感及恐懼感之改善方案及方向
[[alternative]]Vaccine development for cross protection against pepper veinal mottle virus in Solanaceae crops
[[abstract]]番茄 (Solanum lycopersicum L.) 及番椒 (Capsicum annuum L.) (包括甜椒及辣椒) 為全球最重要之蔬果類茄科作物,全球種植總面積約3880萬公頃,台灣種植總面積逾1萬公頃。在臺灣,種植番茄及番椒時經常遭受蚜蟲傳播之Potyvirus屬病毒危害,如馬鈴薯病毒Y (potato virus Y,PVY)、辣椒斑駁病毒 (pepper mottle virus,PepMoV) 及辣椒葉脈斑駁病毒 (pepper veinal mottle virus,PVMV) 等,其中以PVMV最為常見。為了獲得對PVMV具交互保護能力的輕症病毒株,本研究以亞硝酸對野生型PVMV-Tn病毒株進行誘變,利用病毒會於奎藜 (Chenopodium quinoa) 葉片上產生明顯的局部壞疽病斑特性,篩選不會形成壞疽病斑之突變病毒株,並測試其交互保護效果。本研究共進行了十次亞硝酸誘變試驗,獲得1769個單斑,篩選出三個表現最為穩定的輕症突變株,代號分別為m4-8、m10-1和m10-11,可於奎黎葉片上產生不明顯的褪綠單斑,在菸草 (Nicotiana benthamiana) 和番茄上造成輕微的系統性感染。m4-8、m10-1和m10-11於菸草及番茄上之鞘蛋白 (coat protein,CP) 累積速率較野生型病毒株PVMV-Tn緩慢,m4-8則對野生型PVMV-Tn具有最佳的交互保護能力。經過基因組序列分析後得知m4-8突變株與野生型PVMV-Tn之間具有20個核苷酸的差異,導致有18個胺基酸的改變。本研究已於溫室條件下證實m4-8突變株對PVMV-Tn具有交互保護能力,未來將於田間測試其保護效果。[[abstract]]Tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum L.) and peppers (Capsicum annuum L.), including bell peppers and chili peppers, are the most globally important vegetable and fruit solanaceous crops, with a total annual planting area of about 38.8 million ha in the world, including over 10,000 ha in Taiwan. The cultivation of tomatoes and peppers in Taiwan is commonly affected by aphid-borne potyviruses, including potato virus Y (PVY), pepper mottle virus (PepMoV) and pepper veinal mottle virus (PVMV), among which PVMV is the most prevalent. To obtain mild virus strains with the cross protection ability against severe PVMV strains, nitrous acid-induced mutagenesis was performed in this study. The tomato isolate of PVMV (PVMV-Tn), inducing necrotic lesions on inoculated Chenopodium quinoa leaves, was used for mutagenesis. Attenuated mutants were screened based on milder host responses. Three stable attenuated PVMV mutants, denoted m4-8, m10-1 and m10-11, were selected from 1769 local lesions in ten nitrous acid treatments. The mutants induced inconspicuous chlorotic spots on C. quinoa leaves, mild mottles on Nicotiana benthamiana leaves and asymptomatic infection with lower accumulation in tomato plants. m4-8 showed the highest protective efficacy against wild-type (WT) PVMV-Tn in N. benthamiana and tomato plants in greenhouse experiments. Comparison of whole-genome sequences of m4-8 and WT PVMV-Tn indicated that twenty nucleotide substitutions leading to eighteen amino acid changes occurred in the m4-8 genome. Our results showed that m4-8 has great potential for protecting Solanaceae crops from PVMV. The protective effect of m4-8 in the field will be further evaluated
[[alternative]]Development and Design of Scar Treatment Products Using Negative Pressure Therapy
[[abstract]]疤痕通常是因為各種外傷、手術傷口、燒燙傷等因素在恢復後形成的問題,它不僅影響患者的外觀,還可能使得患者的心理健康和生活質量產生影響。疤痕的治療方法有很多,而負壓治療疤痕是其中一種經證實有效且不具有侵入性的方法,而合適的負壓劑量則可增加血流流量,促使血管增生等。人體疤痕因肢段不同,使得在使用負壓設備修復時,容易產生氣密性不足,導致負壓值無法逹到要求的情形發生。本研究假設透過「氣密罩」的連結,將負壓源與透明PVC膜連結;或負壓源與矽膠拔罐軟杯連結,使其提升皮膚微循環血流流量,並解決氣密性不足問題。本研究分四種測試,第一種是「皮膚接觸敷料負壓氣密性」測試;第二種是「氣密罩底端形狀設計」測試;第三種是「矽膠拔罐軟杯連接負壓源」測試;第四種是「評估負壓介面對皮膚微循環」測試。第一種「皮膚接觸敷料負壓氣密性」測試,分別測試吸盤、3M防水貼布、透明PVC膜。結果顯示透明PVC膜,最容易操作以及觀查負壓狀態。但最終出現水泡情形,因此修改氣密罩設計;第二種「氣密罩底端形狀設計」測試,使皮膚表層多了支撐作用,確實避免皮膚水泡的發生;第三種「矽膠拔罐軟杯連接負壓源」測試,將矽膠拔罐軟杯,在頂端使用打孔刀進行打孔改裝後與氣密罩連結,矽膠拔罐軟杯可以在不同肢段貼合不會脫落,表現出良好的氣密效果;第四種「評估負壓介面對皮膚微循環」測試,分別評估氣密罩配合「透明PVC膜」和「矽膠拔罐軟杯」。「透明PVC膜」對於皮膚微循環血流流量,測試前後僅微量增加 2.0%。而「矽膠拔罐軟杯」則明顯的呈現出增加7.5%優勢。矽膠拔罐軟杯配合氣密罩於105 mmHg的負壓刺激,能將皮膚微循環提升速度。本研究在學術上的貢獻為,設計負壓氣密罩,並改善底端形狀設計,可藉由矽膠拔罐軟杯,能確切將皮膚微循環提升其速度,增進疤痕的治療。[[abstract]]Scarring can occur after traumas, surgical wounds, burns, and other factors during the recovery process. In addition to negatively affecting the patient's appearance, it can also negatively impact their psychological well-being. A proven and non-invasive scar treatment method is negative pressure therapy (NPT). When negative pressure levels are appropriate, angiogenesis can be promoted. As a result of variations in body limbs, negative pressure devices for scar repair may not provide adequate airtightness. Researchers hypothesized that by connecting an "airtight mask" to a transparent PVC film or a silicone cupping cup, they could improve skin microcirculation and address inadequate airtightness.The study consisted of four tests: (1) "Airtightness of Skin Contact Dressing under Negative Pressure," (2) "Design of Airtight Mask Bottom Shape," (3) "Connection of Negative Pressure Source with Silicone Cupping Cup," and (4) "Evaluation of Negative Pressure Interface on Skin Microcirculation."In the first test, suction cups, 3M waterproof adhesive tape, and transparent PVC film were evaluated for their airtightness when in contact with the skin. The results showed that transparent PVC film was the easiest to handle and observe the negative pressure status. However, it eventually resulted in the formation of blisters, necessitating modifications to the airtight mask design. The second test focused on the design of the airtight mask bottom shape, which provided additional support to the skin surface and effectively prevented the occurrence of skin blisters. In the third test, the silicone cupping cup was connected to the airtight mask after being modified with a perforation at the top using a puncture knife. The silicone cupping cup demonstrated good airtightness and remained adhered to different body limbs without detachment; The fourth test evaluated the effects of the negative pressure interface on skin microcirculation using both the transparent PVC film and the silicone cupping cup. The transparent PVC film showed a marginal increase of only 2.0% in skin microcirculation before and after the test. In contrast, the silicone cupping cup exhibited a significant advantage, with a noticeable increase of 7.5%. When combined with the airtight mask under a negative pressure stimulation of 105 mmHg, the silicone cupping cup effectively enhanced skin microcirculation.The academic contribution of this study lies in the design of a negative pressure airtight mask and the improvement of its bottom shape. By utilizing the silicone cupping cup, skin microcirculation can be significantly improved, thus enhancing scar treatment
[[alternative]]Analysis and Research of International Design Competition Using the Concept of Sustainability—Taking Taiwan Colleges and Universities as an Example
[[abstract]]近幾年來,因世界環境迅速改變,聯合國於2015年發佈「2030永續發展目標」(Sustainable Development Goals, SDGs),呼籲國際間應相互協調合作與幫助,共同努力達成 SDGs 17項目標。然而早在20世紀,美國設計理論家威克多‧巴巴納克(Victor Rapanek)曾於書中提出一個理論:「設計應該認真考慮對地球資源有限的使用,設計應該為了保護地球的環境而有所作為。」可見「設計」與「永續發展」之間的關聯性極其密切。因此臺灣也逐漸地重視設計人才之培育,並發布許多相關政策,希望透過國內設計教育與國際設計競賽接軌,學生可藉由準備參與競賽過程中,了解國際重視之議題趨勢並拓展學生國際化視野,進而培育出「藝術與設計」之專業人才。 本研究將透過問卷調查法,以在臺灣修讀藝術與設計相關科系和具有參與國際設計競賽經驗之大專院校生為主要研究對象,再以德國紅點設計大獎和德國iF學生設計獎為研究競賽之範疇,欲探討2018年至2022年有和聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)結合之臺灣學生獲獎作品作為文獻分析資料,最後依據問卷內容數據及文獻資料之分析,將兩部分內容加以歸納分析,可得出以下結論:1. 許多國際設計競賽逐漸將競賽宗旨與聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)之理念結合,顯現出設計人才的需求在國際上佔了極為重要的角色。2. 現今臺灣設計教育除結合課程及辦理相關國際競賽活動外,可以再提供更多的資源與協助,將可培育出更專業的設計人才。3. 藉由分析與永續發展結合之獲國際設計競賽作品及學生參賽前後情形,可得知學生參與國際競賽不僅可以拓展自身國際觀,亦可藉準備競賽過程中更加熟悉聯合國永續發展目標(SDGs)。[[abstract]]In recent years, due to the rapid changes in the world environment, the United Nations released the” Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)” in 2015, calling for international cooperation and assistance to achieve the 17 goals of SDGs. However, as early as the 20th century, American design theorist Victor Rapanek put forward a theory in his book: “Design should seriously consider the limited use of the earth's resources, and design should make a difference to protect the earth's environment. What we do.” It can be seen that the correlation between “design” and “sustainable development” is extremely close. Therefore, Taiwan has also gradually attached importance to the cultivation of design talents, and issued many related policies. It is hoped that through the integration of domestic design education and international design competitions, students can understand the trends of international importance and broaden students' international horizons by preparing to participate in the competition process, thereby cultivating professional talents in "art and design". This study will use the questionnaire survey method to focus on college students who are studying design-related departments in Taiwan and have experience in participating in international design competitions as the main research objects. The Red Dot Design Award and iF Student Design Award is the object of the research competition. [[abstract]]我國社區營造已有一長段時間,政府投入許多的政策資源但成果依然有限。許多社區更加仰賴政府資源,無法形成社區的自主獨立性。然而,社區營造的永續發展需要能夠發動在地的力量,尤其是在地企業的參與。本研究即聚焦於社區與其在地企業的夥伴關係,探討當中的合作模式與永續成效。五光社區近幾年開始發展與在地企業共同社造的豐富經驗,本研究期望進一步促進五光社區與在地企業合作發展的更大綜效,並探索發展社區與企業共伴發展之經營模式。本研究採用行動研究法進行田野觀察記錄與階段性成效的深入訪談。研究發現,五光社區經過該社區發展協會善用理念策略、組織策略、資源策略與行銷策略等四項,逐步開啟了在地企業參與社區發展的熱情與行動。共伴發展的結果產生「推進社區凝聚力」、「共創共榮成就感」、「營造社區獨特性」、「增加社區知名度」、「落實企業ESG」及「提升企業公益形象」等效益。歸結其運作模式包含「在地共同體意識」、「共創共榮成就感」、「社區文創活動力」「企業專業永續加值」以及「內外行銷來帶動」等幾項要素。[[abstract]]Community building in our country has been going on for a long time, and the government has invested a lot of policy resources but the results are still limited. Many communities are more dependent on government resources, unable to form the autonomy and independence of the community. However, the sustainable development of community building requires the mobilization of local forces, especially the participation of local enterprises. This research focuses on the partnership between the community and its local enterprises, exploring the cooperation model and sustainable effect. In recent years, Wuguang Community has started to develop a wealth of experience in co-creation with local enterprises. This research hopes to further promote the greater synergy of Wuguang Community and local enterprises in the development of cooperation, and explore the model of developing communities and enterprises in partnership..This study adopts the action research method to conduct in-depth interviews with field observation records and phased results. The study found that Wuguang Community has gradually opened up the enthusiasm and actions of local enterprises to participate in community development through the community development association's good use of four strategies: concept strategy, organization strategy, resource strategy and marketing strategy. The result of co-development produces benefits such as "promoting community cohesion", "creating a sense of co-prosperity and achievement", "creating community uniqueness", "increasing community popularity", "implementing corporate ESG" and "enhancing corporate public welfare image". Its operation mode includes several elements such as "awareness of local community", "sense of co-creation and co-prosperity", "community cultural and creative activities", "professional sustainable value-added enterprises", and "domestic and internal marketing to drive"
