Gene expression dataset of the blood clam Anadara kagoshimensis in relation to anoxic stress
No full textAnadara kagoshimensis is a bivalve inhabiting coastal seafloors and has long been commercially harvested as a fishery resource. In Ariake Bay, a major production area for A. kagoshimensis in Japan, the catch has significantly declined due to marine environmental degradation, including seasonal oxygen depletion in bottom waters. This article presents the transcriptome dataset of gill tissues from A. kagoshimensis under anoxic and normoxic conditions. Anoxic treatment resulted in 894 upregulated and 903 downregulated deferentially expressed genes (Padj < 0.05). The expression of HIF-1α, a key regulator of the hypoxia responses, and genes associated with anaerobic metabolism was upregulated, while genes related to aerobic metabolism and hemoglobin expression showed a notable decrease. These RNA-seq data offer valuable insights into the adaptation mechanisms of A. kagoshimensis to anoxic environments and are accessible from the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) database under BioProject accession number PRJDB19614.論文(Article)[Notice]

A 2024 Study of Developmental Coordination Disorders as a Comorbidity of Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorders
Full text link本研究では、2024年に発刊されたADHDに併発症としてのDCDに関する論文の内容について検討した。生理学的研究からは、ADHDとDCDの神経心理学的および神経画像学的調査を、磁気共鳴画像検査、脳波スペクトルパワー、潜在的バイオマーカー（生物学的指標）を使用して脳神経系の問題を探ることがなされ、小児期の運動障害が中年期の認知機能障害と関連する可能性がある。心理学的研究からは、粗大運動技能とADHD症状との関連性、公的資金で支援された家族中心の協働的ケアアプローチ、DCDを有する学生におけるADHDやASDに関連する困難の早期発見と支援、道路安全教育について自立性と安全性のバランスを保つこと等が重視される。運動学的研究からは、DCDの併存で微細運動技能とバランスにおいて、ADHD児の運動機能に有意な影響を及ぼし、両群共運動発達遅滞のリスクがある。ADHDはDCDが併存しなくても運動問題と関連している。粗大運動発達の評価は、不注意と多動性に関連する変数に焦点をあて、全体的発達をモニタリングする有用なツールである。親には運動障害を5領域（診断、活動/参加、教育、療法、社会/感情的健康）に要約すると家族の困難への洞察を提供できる。これらのことが示唆された。論文(Article)journal articl
Trainee Teachers' Knowledge and Practical Skills of Developmental Disorders at Elementary School.
Full text link小学校教育実習を履修した学生を対象に，特別支援教育への関心や発達障害に関する知識，実践的知識について調べた。その結果，調査参加者の56％が特別支援学校教諭免許状の取得を希望していること，58％が教育実習中に発達障害児の対応をしたことが明らかになった。さらに発達障害の基礎知識について特別支援学校教諭免許状を希望する学生は，希望しない学生よりも有意に高い理解度であることが示された。今後，免許状の非希望者を含めた学生全体の知識や実践力向上のための授業改善が必要であることが示唆された。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape

Full text link佐賀県の小学校教員の採用者数と受験者数における倍率は年々減少傾向である。様々なニーズに応えながら、新規採用者が成長し、ベテランの教員とよりよい環境をつくっていく一つの方途として、「授業力チェックシート」の活用を提案する。本チェックシートの特徴は、①チェック項目の設定に授業者の現在地を加味することができる、②数値化により簡易的・客観的に情報を共有することができる、③チェックシートをさらによりよく改良しやすい点にある。参観者が短時間の参観でもチェックすることができ、授業者及び学習者もチェックすることで、さらなる授業改善につながることが期待される。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
Designing Science Lessons that Cultivate Student Agency : Developing Unit Structures with a Focus on AAR Cycle
Full text link本校理科では、「エージェンシーを育む理科の授業づくり」をテーマに、単元を通してAARサイクルをまわすことのできる単元構成を検討している。AARサイクルとは、見通し、活動、振り返りのサイクルのことで、単元を通して、このAARサイクルを繰り返し回しながら学ぶことで、エージェンシーを育んでいきたいと考えている。また、１単位時間あたりの授業においても、生徒がAARサイクルを回すことで試行錯誤しながら課題解決できる題材の検討も行なっている。今回は、第３学年の単元１「運動とエネルギー」において、AARサイクルを意識した単元構成を行った。論文(Article)departmental bulletin pape
