In the absence of explicit theories, the teaching tradition relied on the transmission of knowledge in the framework of these artistic disciplines through the use of poetics and ways of doing drawn from a canonical repertoire of works endorsed and legitimized by historiography, specialized critics or public appreciation. However, in the same way that the repertoire is the result of a socio-cultural arbitrariness that identifies and privileges certain artistic objects according to variable criteria in different contexts and historical periods, the communicative model on which the pedagogy of these artistic objects was based lacked a critical theory of education that would provide students with the necessary competencies and tools for the autonomous construction of knowledge and artistic practice
Multi-rate multicasting aided NOMA for addressing the multiuser diversity in beyond 5G
The envisaged fifth-generation (5G) and beyond networks offer unprecedented breakthroughs in media service delivery, stringent requirements, and challenging use cases. In such context, point-to-multipoint communications have proved to be highly efficient in delivering high-quality multimedia services over wireless networks. For the upcoming Beyond-5G (B5G) system releases, the Multicast/Broadcast Services (MBS) capability is an appealing feature that addresses the ever-growing traffic demands, disruptive multimedia services, massive connectivity, and low-latency applications. This paper addresses the multicast users’ channel quality diversity throughout multi-rate multicasting aided non-orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) over B5G MBS use cases. We propose a tailored radio resource management (RRM) strategy aided by K-Means subgrouping to deal with such diversity. We characterize and identify conditions for an effective coexistence of the benchmarks conventional multicast scheme (CMS) and subgrouping based on OMA (SOM) with the proposed subgrouping based on NOMA (SNOM). The proposed solution is assessed under a wide range of users’ distributions, throughput requirements, and network conditions of an MBS use case recreated through link-level millimeter-wave (mmWave) simulations

El mañana, un vasto repertorio de identidades. Presentación
This text presents the monographic issue ‘Future identities”. It addresses the relationship between identity and future time. Although academic scholars have paid little attention to that issue, our futurocentric society speculates intensely on the future of identities; indeed, future identities abound in fiction and public discourse. The papers collected here focus on just a few of the expressions of futurible identities (ethnic, women’s, parental, extraterrestrial, class and individual) and although different perspectives are taken, the technological revolution appears as an important variable in all of them. The issue features contributions by Lena Kugler, Ezequiel Gatto, Jimena Escudero Pérez, Lidia Merás, Esther Marín Ramos, and Massimo Leone. Two critical papers by Javier Callejo and Lautaro Cossia complete the issue.; Este texto presenta el número monográfico “Identidades futuras” que aborda la relación entre identidad y tiempo futuro.

Varieties of normativity and mental health. An enactive approach.
In recent years, (autonomy-centered) enactivism has been used to provide an integrative and relational account of mental conditions. A significant advancement lies in its naturalized and pluralistic treatment of normativity, which transcends traditional objectivist and normativist dichotomies. This article explores the varieties of normativity within this paradigm and their implications for understanding mental conditions. We address purported challenges associated with the integration of social normativity into the enactive naturalistic framework of cognition, particularly concerning mental conditions. Drawing upon the distinction between the constitution problem and the status problem, we conceptualize mental conditions as intersubjectively constituted with an intersubjectively negotiated status. Adopting a participatory sense-making perspective, we address three challenges posed by social movements: (1) Hermeneutical dilemmas related to the ontological openness of mental health categories. (2) The difficulties and urgency to mitigate epistemic injustices. (3) The complex attribution of (social) responsibility in psychological wellbeing. In conclusion, this perspective prompts a reevaluation of epistemological assumptions, advocating for a second-person and engaged perspective on mental conditions.Open Access funding provided thanks to the CRUE-CSIC agreement with Springer Nature.

JEL: M11Q56[EN] This study aims to identify the main drivers that influence internal GSCM (Green Supply Chain Management) practices undertaken by companies in the textile-fashion sector in Spain. Additionally, it examines how these companies leverage these practices to enhance both economic and environmental performance. By using a survey-based methodology and applying the PLS-SEM technique, the analysis highlights that imposed regulatory requirements and company environmental awareness are not a direct precursor to product and process oriented internal GSCM practices. Instead, internal firm-level motivators are significant in internal GSCM practices. External stakeholder pressures are significant in internal GSCM practices and more influential in internal product GSCM practices (eco-design and green packaging). Furthermore, while process-oriented GSCM practices positively contribute towards environmental outcomes, they do not directly enhance economic performance. Conversely, product-oriented GSCM practices positively affect both environmental and economic performance. By distinguishing the effects of product versus process practices, this study provides nuanced insights on the literature regarding GSCM, particularly in resource-intensive sectors such as textile and fashion, where strategic decisions regarding green practices can lead to differentiated economic and environmental outcomes.[ES] Este estudio tiene como objetivo identificar los principales impulsores que influyen en las prácticas internas de GSCM (Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro Verde) llevadas a cabo por empresas del sector textil-moda en España. This study has been funded through the research project US-1264451 “Green Supply Chain Management and Its Impact on Environmental Performance Improvement in Andalusian In-dustrial Companies: A Capabilities Approach”, Proyectos I+D+i FEDER Andalucía 2014-2020.
Hidrogenoa erregai gisa itsas garraioko barneerrekuntzako motorretan: Jariakinen Dinamika Konputazionaleko simulazioen beharra eta etorkizuneko erronkak
Nazioarteko itsas garraioa munduko ekonomiaren bizkarrezurra da, ondasun materialen % 70-80 itsasoz garraiatzen direlarik. Berotegi-efektuko gasen (BEG) emisioei dagokienez, Nazioarteko Itsas Erakundeak (NIE) 2021ean egindako azterlanak ondorioztatu zuen nazioarteko itsas garraioak munduko CO2 emisioen %2.89 suposatzen zuela eta nazioarteko itsas garraioaren emisioak %130era arte hazi daitezkeela 2008.urtekoekin alderatuta. BEG murrizteko irtenbide bat karbonorik gabeko erregaiak erabiltzea da. Hidrogenoa (H2) ordezko erregai moduan erabiltzeak BEGen % 80-100eko murrizketa dakar. Itsas garraioaren kasuan, diesel-H2 ziklo dualeko motorrek interesa piztu dute azken urteotan, itsas garraioari nahi duten ibilbideak egiteko malgutasuna ematen diotelako (portuetan hidrogenoa eskuratu ezin bada, diesela erretzen jarraitu ahal duelako ibilbidean zehar), eta aldi berean BEG isuriak murriztu daitezkeelako. Hala ere, H2-aren errekuntzak zailtasunak ditu. Ikerkuntza lerro berria izanik, flasback (sugarraren propagazio azkarra), gar tenperaturen eragina, auto-piztea eta detonazioak dira erronka nagusiak, besteak beste. Hori dela eta, jariakinen dinamika konputazionalaren (JDK) bidezko simulazioak ezinbestekoak dira. Lan honetan, diesel-H2 ziklo dualeko motorretan H2-ak erregai gisa erabiltzeak dakartzan aukerak aztertzen dira. Honekin batera, prozesu horiek JDK bidez simulatzeko eta hidrogenoa bezalako erregai berriztagarrien erabilera aztertzeko, egun eskuragarri dauden softwareak eta modelizazio aldetik dauden erronka nagusiak ere aztertzen dira
Sri Lankan women reclaim the sea: surfing and the local realities of international gender equality frameworks
What does gender equality mean when it does not reach the shore? This thesis examines the disparity between Sri Lanka’s international commitments to advance gender equality and the everyday realities experienced by coastal women, particularly in the context of surfing. Although the country has formally aligned itself with frameworks like the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW), the Beijing Declaration and Platform for Action (BDPfA), and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), these commitments have rarely extended to include access to the ocean, recreation, or sport. While surf tourism grows, women remain excluded due to cultural norms, poor infrastructure, and weak institutional support. Adopting a multi-methods approach, this research is grounded in a case study of SeaSisters—a non-profit organisation that empowers Sri Lankan women through ocean-based activities. SeaSisters was selected because it uses surfing as a tool for social change and aligns with international gender equality goals. The study includes a content analysis of institutional policy reports (2015–2025), semi-structured interviews with national experts and SeaSisters staff, as well qualitative and quantitative secondary data from the organisation’s swim and surf empowerment programs. Drawing on Merry’s concepts of ‘legal transplants’ and ‘cultural translation’, the research examines how international gender equality frameworks are reshaped through local institutional logics, political priorities, and cultural values. Kabeer’s notion of ‘impact’ complements this by shifting attention from policy outcomes to the processes through which women gain access to resources, expand their agency, and achieve meaningful life changes. The findings highlight the persistent failure of institutions to translate global promises into local realities. In the absence of meaningful state action, grassroots organisations like SeaSisters have become a key driving force in advancing gender equality in ocean spaces. Through their programs, Sri Lankan women are reclaiming the sea as a space where they belong. However, this thesis argues that for change to be systemic and sustainable, the state must take a more proactive role. Its involvement is essential to achieving meaningful gender equality. The study emphasises the importance of translating international frameworks in both directions: from the top-down and the bottom-up, in ways that reach and resonate across all levels of society
