La transizione digitale dei servizi sociali
Full text linkIl progresso tecnologico e lo sviluppo della telematica hanno influito in modo incisivo sulla sfera giuridica, oltre che su quella economica. Con riferimento all’apparato amministrativo, un interessante punto di osservazione del processo di transizione digitale è quello dei servizi pubblici, e in particolare dei servizi sociali. Il contributo mira, pertanto, a interrogarsi su quale sia la dimensione della transizione, quali siano i sentieri impervi che potrebbero deviare il percorso di sviluppo, e quali le sostanze organiche che contraddistinguono il terreno, su cui edificare un Digital Welfare State. Si indaga perciò il fenomeno del digital divide e i principi di solidarietà, sussidiarietà e partecipazione. L’esame di questi elementi è inoltre condotto in modo trasversale, dal generale al particolare. Si analizzano, infatti, tre declinazioni dei servizi sociali: i servizi sanitari, i servizi scolastici e i servizi abitativi.Technological progress and development of telematics have had an incisive influence on the legal sphere and the economic one. An interesting point of observation of the digitalisation process is represented by online public services, in particular social services. Therefore, the contribution aims to question what is the dimension of transition, what are the impervious paths that can deviate the path of development and what are the organic substances that mark the ground on which a Digital Welfare State can be built. The phenomenon of the digital divide and the principles of solidarity, subsidiarity and participation are therefore investigated. The examination of these elements is also conducted transversally, from general to particular.

No full textThis study examines the creative processes within Italian architectural firms, focusing on the "idea journey" from initial concept to implementation. It frames architectural work as both creative and routine, exploring this duality through the lens of "social-symbolic work," which involves discursive, relational, and material elements. The research will use semi-structured interviews with architectural studio leaders, supplemented by observation and archival data, to understand how they balance creativity, practicality, and stakeholder interests. Grounded theory will be employed to analyze the Italian language transcripts. The aim is to uncover how roles and responsibilities are defined to foster creativity, providing insights into the everyday work life of these studio leaders
Economia dei dati e imposizione fiscale. La prospettiva del costituzionalismo digitale
Full text linkÈ ormai un dato acquisito che i dati sono il “nuovo petrolio” nei processi produttivi delle economie avanzate. Ma diverse questioni di teoria e politica del diritto restano aperte: come redistribuire la ricchezza prodotta dalla data economy in modo compatibile con i principi del costituzionalismo moderno? Quali obiettivi regolatori perseguire attraverso la leva fiscale nell’economia digitale? È giuridicamente ammissibile e politicamente possibile “tassare” i dati, soprattutto in un’epoca di forti frizioni geopolitiche? Combinando metodologie e orientamenti diversi, studiosi italiani e stranieri affrontano tali questioni e indicano possibili risposte all’interno del quadro di ciò che si è affermato come un nuovo “costituzionalismo digitale”
Empirical Investigation of a Sufficient Statistic for Monetary Shocks
Full text linkIn a broad class of sticky-price models, the non-neutrality of nominal shocks is captured by a simple sufficient statistic: the ratio of the kurtosis of the price change distribution over the frequency of price changes. We test the sufficient statistic proposition using data for a large sample of products representative of the French economy. We first extend the theory to allow for empirically relevant monetary shocks with a transitory predictable component. We then use the microdata to measure kurtosis and frequency for about 120 producer price indices industries and 220 consumer price indices categories. We use a Factor-Augmented Vector Autoregressive (FAVAR) model to measure the industries' response to monetary shocks, under alternative identification schemes. The estimated degree of non-neutrality correlates with the kurtosis and the frequency consistently with the predictions of the theory. Several robustness checks are discussed

No full textIl contributo si interroga circa la possibilità di utilizzare l’epigenetica e le neuroscienze ai fini dell’elaborazione di politiche criminali e sociali volte al reinserimento delle persone detenute. Dopo aver analizzato in breve le questioni etiche e giuridiche sul tema della rieducazione e risocializzazione del detenuto, si propone un approccio multidisciplinare e comparatistico del tema. Il fine è quello di valutare la compatibilità con il nostro ordinamento di metodologie di intervento incentrate sulle neuroscienze cognitive e sociali in grado di favorire forme di sviluppo sociale
