No full textpublisher青森著作権は著者および日本ヒューマンケア科学学会にあります。本研究は,「看護師の技能は,先輩看護師に由来するOJTにより高められる」ことを前提に,看護師の技能とその伝承について一般病棟の看護師の事例を通じて明らかにした。
まず,看護師の技能について,〔患者・家族に対する直接看護能力〕と〔看護を支える能力〕に分類し,それぞれの技能とその段階について検討した。そして,〔看護を支える能力〕のうち,《個人としての力を支える能力》として〈指導・育成〉の技能を,《チームとしての力を支える能力》として〈報告・連絡・情報共有〉の技能に着目した。
調査はナーススティション内における看護師間の言葉のやりとりを中心とした参加観察とインタビューである。
結果,看護師の〈指導・育成〉技能および〈報告・連絡・情報共有〉技能のレベルは,実例により検証された。
さらに,看護師の技能の伝承は,看護師間のかかわりの中に存在し,看護師は看護師間のかかわりによりその技能を向上させていることが明らかになった。
今後,看護師の技能形成促進の為には,看護師間のかかわりによる技能伝承を再認識することが重要である。
This research clarified the premise that nurse's skills are improved by OJT from senior nurses by using the example of nurse's skills and their conveyance in a general hospital ward.
First, nurse's skills were divided into "Direct nursing skills to patients and their families" and "Nursing support skills," and the various skills and their level examined. Amongst "Nursing support skills," the skills were classified into different types, and attention was paid to "educational" skills and "reporting, communication, and information-sharing" skills.
Data were collected by observation of interactions within the Nursing station and based on interviews.
As a result, the level of "educational" skills and "reporting, communication, and information-sharing"
skills were verified by examples.
Furthermore, the conveyance of a nurse's skill occurred by interactions between nurses, and it became clear that a nurse improved her skills by these interactions between nurses.
From now on, for promotion of development of nurse's skills, it is important to re-appreciate the process of skill conveyance by interactions between nurses

No full textpublisher青森旧約聖書では、天候不順とその結果の飢饉は神の摂理、すなわち、人間の不服従を罰し、神の栄光を啓示し人間を神に立ち返らせるものとして描かれている。一般的危機としての飢饉を回避し、飢饉がおそった場合にできるだけその被害を少なくするための人間的努力について、創世記では興味深い記述をしている。記者が実際に体験したのではないかと思われる記述が続く。それほど飢饉は西アジアから地中海南沿岸に大規模な被害をもたらしたのであろう。その中で、制限された内容にせよ、貧困に対する国家救済が記述されていることは注目すべきであろう。神話的描写ではあるが、ここには、現代社会保障制度のほとんど全ての機能と国家=国民関係が具体的に記載されている。
アポクリファでは、慈善に対する考え方が旧約とは若干異なっている。慈善は、自らに利益をもたらし、反対に不正な業すなわち貧困への同情のない行いは地獄への道という主張が旧約よりも強調される。また、貧困はそれだけで憐れみを受ける資格があり、その求めに応じ富者は慈善を行うことが要求される。但し、慈善を施す相手は善人でなければならない。慈善を行う者は、神の御心にかなうものとなり、信仰の証とされる。こうした思想は、そのまま新約聖書の世界に受け継がれる。
Unseasonable weather and the famine of the result punish a fate namely human disobedience,and it is described in the Old Testament as a thing letting I reveal glory of God, and a human being bring back to God. With the avoidance of the famine as the general crisis, I do an interesting description with the Genesis about a human effort to reduce the damage as much as possible when famine attacks it. The description that it seems that a reporter may have really experienced it continues. The famine would bring the large-scale damage like that at the underground Hainan coast from west Asia. Make it contents limited in that, and it should pay attention that national relief for the poverty is described. It is mythical description, but the almost all functions of the modern social security system and national = nation relations are listed concretely here.
In the Apocrypha, some ways of thinking for the charity are different from the old promise. The charity brings oneself profit, and, as for objection does not have the sympathy to the unjust work namely poverty, performing it, the claim called the way to the hell is emphasized than an old promise. In addition, the poverty has a qualification to receive pity with that alone, and that I meet the demand, and the wealthy perform charity is required. But a partner giving charity must be a good person. I become, and it is assumed that the person performing charity matches a heart of God with proof of the faith. Such a thought is just inherited in the world of the new contract
