The influence that handicapped person independence support law gives management such as small factory

Not only it but also this system gave a supplier of a business and the service big influence. As for the shift to the independence support business, a dual circulation period of five years is almost set by a conventional social welfare institution and business. However, it is predicted that the juridical person finance changes greatly when welfare of handicapped persons businesses shifted to an independence support system. The manager of the welfare of handicapped persons business is assigned to a problem how ride out a change in the management. About the solution, I consider welfare for mentally disabled as an example

Desirable Learning Attitude of Nursing Students that Faculties Expect before Engaging in Practical Training in Home Nursing : Study by the Community Nursing Group in the Aomori Prefecture Nursing Education Workshop
No full textpublisher青森市国立情報学研究所の「学術雑誌公開支援事業」により電子化されました。本研究の目的は、効果的な在宅看護実習を展開するために、学生に実習前に身につけさせたい態度について、教員はどう捉えているか明らかにすることである。研究方法は、北東北3県の教育機関34校に所属する在宅看護実習担当教員を対象に郵送法による無記名式自記式質問紙調査を実施した。調査の結果、13名から回答(回収率は38.2%)が得られた。回答者の臨床経験年数は平均7.0年、教員としての経験年数は平均10.4年であった。実習前に、学生に身につけさせたい態度として293コード抽出され、『対象者の生活様式・価値観にあわせた行動ができる』、『信頼関係形成に向けた行動ができる』、『礼節を重んじることができる』、『学生自身の自立した生活ができる』、『主体的に学ぶことができる』、『医療人としての倫理性を遵守できる』の6カテゴリーとなった。在宅看護実習では、学生は生活者である療養者を援助する者として、『学生自身の自立した生活ができる』ことが基盤となる態度であり、全てのカテゴリーのベースになっていることが考えられた。在宅看護は療養者とその家族の多種多様な生活事象の理解をした上で、健康問題や生活課題をアセスメントし、生活条件やQOLの向上、維持を図る看護について「生活モデル」での援助を展開する必要がある。在宅看護において看護師は訪問者としての立場で支援関係を成立させて、限られた時間で看護を展開するという特徴があるため、『対象者の生活様式・価値観にあわせた行動ができる』ことが重要である。そのためには『信頼関係形成に向けた行動ができる』、『礼節を重んじることができる』態度が在宅看護実習では必須である。また、今後ますます求められる『医療人としての倫理性を遵守できる』ことや、『主体的に学ぶことができる』態度を形成するための教育内容が必要であることが示唆された。
The purpose of this study is to clarify the expectation of nursing faculties on desirable learning attitude of nursing before they engage in practical training, which is aimed at providing an effective learning experience for students in practical hom nursing. The mail survey was conducted with an anonymous self-administered questionnaire send to faculty members, who supervised the practical home mursing training at 34 educational institutions located in the three prefectures of northern Tohoku region of Japan. As a result, 13 faculty members responded to survey (collection rate of 38.2%), regardeing the expected learning attitude of nursing students before engaging in practical training, the following 6 categories were formed : "Act with respect for lifestyle and sense of values of the care recipients", "Work to establishing mutual trust with care recipients", "Treat care recipients with utmost courtesy", "Live a student's self-reliant life", "Be a self-derectde learner", and "Always adhere to ethical standards as a healthcare professional"
