Consumer Behavior Models in the Context of Digital Transformation: Trends and Prospects
No full textСтаттю присвячено дослідженню моделей поведінки споживачів у контексті цифрової трансформації. Метою статті є аналіз моделей поведінки споживачів та дослідження впливу цифрової трансформації на зміну споживацької поведінки.
В статті розглянуто моделі поведінки споживачів у контексті сучасних змін, викликаних цифровою трансформацією, розвитком технологій і зміною споживчих цінностей. В дослідженні представлено огляд економічної, психологічної, соціальної та комплексної моделей споживчої поведінки, що формуються під впливом міждисциплінарного підходу, який об’єднує економічні, соціологічні та психологічні аспекти. В дослідженні обґрунтовано важливість застосування економічної моделі, яка базується на раціональності споживачів та враховує такі чинники, як ціна, доходи і альтернативи. Наведено ключові особливості психологічної моделі, яка фокусується на внутрішніх чинниках, зокрема потребах, мотивах, емоціях та попередньому досвіді. Обґрунтовано, що соціальна модель поведінки підкреслює вплив зовнішніх факторів, таких як культура, соціальні групи та сім’я, на споживчі рішення. Визначено, що комплексна модель інтегрує всі перелічені аспекти, дозволяючи аналізувати поведінку споживачів у складних ринкових умовах.
Виявлено основні тенденції поведінки споживачів в умовах цифрової трансформації, зокрема персоналізацію, вплив соціальних медіа, поширення мобільних додатків та розвиток онлайн-оглядів. Дослідження сучасних моделей дозволило виявити зміну споживчих пріоритетів залежно від поколіннєвих особливостей: від традиційних підходів покоління Baby Boomers до високої цифрової адаптованості покоління Z. Дослідження показало, що за сучасних умов господарювання особлива увага приділяється сталому споживанню та мультиканальності. Показано, що екологічна свідомість споживачів визначає їх вибір на користь брендів, які дотримуються сталих принципів. Мультиканальна поведінка, яка включає інтеграцію онлайн і офлайн-взаємодії, стає ключовим викликом для підприємств.
Дослідження показало значущість багатофакторного аналізу поведінки споживачів для створення ефективних маркетингових стратегій та прогнозування ринкових тенденцій в умовах цифрової трансформації.The article is devoted to the study of consumer behavior models in the context of digital transformation. The purpose of the article is to analyze consumer behavior models and examine the impact of digital transformation on changes in consumer behavior.
The article considers consumer behavior models in the context of modern changes driven by digital transformation, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer values. The study provides an overview of economic, psychological, social, and integrated models of consumer behavior shaped by an interdisciplinary approach that combines economic, sociological, and psychological aspects.
The importance of applying the economic model, which is based on consumer rationality and considers factors such as price, income, and alternatives, is substantiated in the research. Key features of the psychological model, which focuses on internal factors such as needs, motives, emotions, and previous experience, are highlighted. The social model emphasizes the influence of external factors, such as culture, social groups, and family, on consumer decisions. The integrated model synthesizes all these aspects, enabling the analysis of consumer behavior in complex market conditions.
The primary trends in consumer behavior under digital transformation are identified, including personalization, the influence of social media, the proliferation of mobile applications, and the growth of online reviews. The study of modern models reveals shifts in consumer priorities depending on generational characteristics: from traditional approaches of the Baby Boomers generation to the high digital adaptability of Generation Z. In modern business conditions, special attention is paid to sustainable consumption and multichannel behavior. It is shown that consumers' environmental consciousness determines their preference for brands adhering to sustainable principles. Multichannel behavior, which integrates online and offline interactions, poses a key challenge for businesses.
The study highlights the significance of multifactorial analysis of consumer behavior for developing effective marketing strategies and forecasting market trends in the context of digital transformation
Institutional support for employment of graduates of higher education institutions in the context of challenges and threats
No full textУ статті досліджено інституційне забезпечення працевлаштування випускників закладів вищої освіти України в умовах довоєнних та воєнних викликів і загроз. Здійснено аналіз нормативно-законодавчої бази та основних подій, які вплинули на працевлаштування випускників ЗВО та призвели до трансформації ринку праці у контексті розвитку цифровізації, нестандартних форм зайнятості та змін у пріоритетах роботодавців.
Досліджено проблеми працевлаштування випускників ЗВО на ринку праці України в умовах довоєнного, воєнного та повоєнного відновлення, які на погляд автора, доцільно проводити в контексті виявлення викликів та загроз, що притаманні даному процесу.
Визначено, що виклики потребують відповідної реакції від суб’єкта господарювання і, у разі її відсутності, поступово переростають у загрози для його стабільності чи розвитку.Wartime conditions radically changed the situation on the Ukrainian labor market, especially for young people who have completed their studies at higher education institutions. Graduate employment is becoming more difficult due to infrastructure destruction, reduced economic activity, changing regional job availability, and security threats. At the same time, young professionals remain an important resource for rebuilding the state. In this context, it is extremely relevant to analyze the main problems that arise when they enter the labor market and find ways to overcome them.
The article examines the institutional provision of employment for graduates of higher education institutions in Ukraine in the context of pre-war and wartime challenges and threats. An analysis of the regulatory framework and key events that influenced the employment of graduates of higher education institutions and led to the transformation of the labor market in the context of the development of digitalization, non-standard forms of employment, and changes in employers’ priorities was carried out.
Effective implementation of institutional support requires a combination of efforts by government agencies, higher education institutions, businesses, the State Employment Service, international organizations, and public institutions. It is this interaction that ensures the formation of a comprehensive organizational mechanism that includes monitoring labor market needs, updating educational programs, developing partnerships, and creating targeted youth support programs.
Therefore, institutional support for graduate employment in the context of challenges and threats should be considered a strategic priority of state policy, which will contribute to the restoration and modernization of the Ukrainian economy, increasing the competitiveness of human capital, and creating the prerequisites for sustainable development of society

No full textThe article reveals the conceptual foundations of labor resource security, its essence, role, and significance within the structure of Ukraine’s economic security under conditions of protracted war and post-war reconstruction. The study substantiates the need and importance of ensuring the resilience of labor resource security for the effective functioning, recovery, and development of the national economy. Particular attention is paid to the problem of an acute labor shortage caused by human losses and migration processes resulting from the war. The necessity of a deep and comprehensive integration of labor resource security into the system of economic security components of the state – namely, its macroeconomic, financial, scientific and technological, production, social, demographic, and regional subsystems – is justified. Strategic areas for overcoming threats in the labor sphere based on the principles of resilience are proposed. The authors recommend that labor resource security should be integrated into the framework of fundamental policy documents, including the Strategy of Economic Security of Ukraine until 2030 and the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Resilience System.У статті розкрито концептуальні основи безпеки трудових ресурсів, її сутність, роль та значення в структурі економічної безпеки України в умовах тривалої війни та повоєнної відбудови. У дослідженні обґрунтовано необхідність та важливість забезпечення стійкості безпеки трудових ресурсів для ефективного функціонування, відновлення та розвитку національної економіки. Особлива увага приділяється проблемі гострого дефіциту робочої сили, спричиненого людськими втратами та міграційними процесами, що виникли внаслідок війни. Обґрунтовано необхідність глибокої та всебічної інтеграції безпеки трудових ресурсів у систему складових економічної безпеки держави, а саме: її макроекономічну, фінансову, науково-технологічну, виробничу, соціальну, демографічну та регіональну підсистеми. Запропоновано стратегічні напрямки подолання загроз у сфері праці на основі принципів стійкості. Автори рекомендують інтегрувати безпеку трудових ресурсів у рамки основоположних програмних документів, зокрема Стратегії економічної безпеки України до 2030 року та Плану дій щодо впровадження Національної системи стійкості
Der Einfluss der Eigentümerstruktur auf die Effektivität der Corporate Governance: in- und ausländische Erfahrungen

Визначено основні критерії для визначення ефективності управління різними суб’єктами господарювання. Представлено порівняльний аналіз вітчизняного та зарубіжного досвіду корпоративного управління, який зосереджено на балансі контролю та захисті інтересів акціонерів, різноманітності підходів до організації власності в умовах різних господарських структур. Акцентовано увагу на ключових відмінностях національної та зарубіжної моделі корпоративного управління. Окреслено основні принципи для формування моделі оптимальної управлінської структури.Academic developments in the field of corporate governance and ownership structure are summarized. A number of topics that are considered by domestic scientists and require further study are highlighted. The influence of a company's ownership structure on the effectiveness of corporate governance is considered, as well as the direct relationship between them. A list of the most common indicators for determining management effectiveness is provided. It is shown that the ownership structure has a direct impact on the effectiveness of corporate governance. An analysis of types of ownership, their advantages and disadvantages is carried out. The main criteria for determining the effectiveness of management of various companies are determined. A list of the main foreign and domestic methods for analyzing the effectiveness of corporate governance is provided. A comparative analysis of domestic and foreign experience of corporate governance in various sectors of the economy is presented. The emphasis is on the dominance of the concentrated model in domestic governance, highlighting its historical characteristics and weaknesses. It is noted that foreign management practice prefers combined models, which opens up greater opportunities for adaptation and improvement of management. The basic principles of developing a model of the optimal management structure and the need for their comprehensive application are outlined. Based on the analysis of the specifics of management of domestic enterprises, the best examples of the application of modern management methods, as well as successes and difficulties in building a management system that meets modern challenges and takes into account the interests of all stakeholders, are identified. The results of the study are summarized and directions for further scientific development of corporate governance, its key factors and taking into account the specifics of the economy of a particular country are provided
Pottery items from Bar town in the collection of the Vasyl Krychevskyi Poltava Museum of local lore: attribution and restoration

Бар на Поділлі, яке славилося своїми гончарями ще з XV ст. і стало осердям гончарного центру, маючи, проте, специфічні особливості формотворення та орнаментики. У статті наводиться повний перелік музейного зібрання, яке налічує 7 мисок. Розглянуто морфологічні та типологічні особливості посуду, акцентовано на особливостях декорування барських мисок. Виокремлено авторські роботи Павла Самоловича, коротко охарактеризовано його специфічні стилістичні прийоми. Особливу увагу приділено питанню реставрації барського посуду у майстерні Полтавського краєзнавчого музею імені Василя Кричевського, спираючись на значну історичну цінність та високий експозиційний потенціал.The article is dedicated to studying museum collection of pottery items that originate from Bar in Podillia Region, famous for its potters since the 15th century as it became the pottery center, which united neighbor villages. It is interesting that local pottery existed in two variants – guild and traditional that were rather different. Though guilds were declined in the 1900s, many local towns saved elements of their traditions. In the late 19th – early 20th c., nearly third part of inhabitants was involved in pottery. In 1920th co-operative «Chervonyi keramik» worked here, its production was very popular. In the 1930s Bar pottery started to fade because of spreading of plants and factories.
Complete list description of the gathering with new detailed scientific is given. It includes 7 bowls. Short review of history of Bar ceramic collection in museum forming is given. As during the Second World War (1939– 1945) most of fund documents were lost in the ruining fire, which almost destroyed the museum building and part of its collection, it is difficult to find out concrete source of each object coming. It can be concerned that they were brought by famous museum worker Kost Moshchenko after his expedition to Podillia Region at the beginning of the 20th c.
Morphological and typological peculiarities of dishes are observed. Peculiarities of their decorative patterns are described. Works of famous potter Pavlo Samolovych are chosen, his specific decorative techniques are mentioned.
Special attention is paid to restoration of Bar dishes by conservators from the Vasyl Krychevsky Poltava Local Lore Museum, minding their great historical value and expositional potential

Визначено теоретичні основи та сучасні практики застосування інтегрованого підходу стратегування бізнес-процесів з використанням фреймворків стійкості фінансової рівноваги в контексті бізнес-аналітики конкурентоспроможностіу безпековому вимірі та сталого розвитку. Сформовано підходи власного бачення особливостей розвитку бізнес-аналітики в контексті даного дослідження для потреб безпеки та конкурентоспроможності бізнесу на основі фреймворку форм прояву фінансової рівноваги у часі та просторі. Виконано аналіз наукових публікацій для розуміння питання дослідження проектного підходу стратегування бізнес-процесів з використанням фреймворків у безпековому вимірі та конкурентоспроможності в контексті потреби бізнес-аналітики сталого розвиткуна підходах багатогранності та різносторонності поглядів.The article is devoted to analyzing the peculiarities of using the framework methodology and management philosophy approaches from the perspective of defining the strategic goal of sustainable development based on minimizing losses in all business processes, focusing on consumer needsand reducing the negative impact on the environment. The article examines a range of aspects of the project approach to integrating sustainable development business analytics requirements into the process of business process strategizing and developing practical recommendations for economic entities in the context of security measurement based on the competitiveness of activities.
The theoretical foundations and current practices of applying an integrated approach to business process strategizing using financial equilibrium sustainability frameworks in the context of business analytics of competitiveness in the security dimension and sustainable development have been identified. Approaches to our own vision of the peculiarities of business analytics development in the context of this study for the needs of business security and competitiveness have been formed based on the framework of forms of financial equilibrium manifestation in time and space. An analysis of scientific publications has been carried out to understand the research question of the project approach to business process strategizing using frameworks in the security dimension and competitiveness in the context of the need for sustainable development business analytics on the approaches of multifacetedness and diversity of views
Optimization of the spatial deployment of unmanned aerial vehicles for Earth surface monitoring

Метою таких задач є максимізація покриття важливих ділянок на визначеній області земної поверхні областями спостереження БПЛА та мінімізація сумарної площі попарних перетинів цих областей, що зазвичай збільшує роздільну здатність покриття та зменшує дублювання спостереження. Розроблено метод випадкового пошуку з локальною оптимізацією.This paper considers optimization problems of the spatial deployment of drones for monitoring the Earth's surface. The objective of the optimization problems is to maximize the coverage of important areas of a defined region of the Earth's surface by the observation zones of drones and to minimize the total area of pairwise intersections of these observation zones, which usually increases the resolution of coverage and reduces observation duplication. A random search method with local optimization has been developed
The Regularity of ODEs and Thimble Integrals with Respect to Borel Summation
No full textThrough Borel summation, one can often reconstruct an analytic solution of a problem from its asymptotic expansion. We view the effectiveness of Borel summation as a regularity property of the solution, and we show that the solutions of certain differential equations and integration problems are regular in this sense. By taking a geometric perspective on the Laplace and Borel transforms, we also clarify why ''Borel regular'' solutions are associated with special points on the Borel plane. The particular classes of problems we look at are level 1 ODEs and exponential period integrals over one-dimensional Lefschetz thimbles. Rectangular Recurrence Relations in ₙ and ₂ₙ₊₁ Invariant Integrable Models
No full textA new method is introduced to derive general recurrence relations for off-shell Bethe vectors in quantum integrable models with either type ₙ or type ₂ₙ₊₁ symmetries. These recurrence relations describe how to add a single parameter to specific subsets of Bethe parameters, expressing the resulting Bethe vector as a linear combination of monodromy matrix entries that act on Bethe vectors which do not depend on . We refer to these recurrence relations as rectangular because the monodromy matrix entries involved are drawn from the upper-right rectangular part of the matrix.
