No full textУ статті досліджується взаємозв’язок між людськими ресурсами та технологічними інноваціями як ключовими компонентами ефективного використання ресурсного потенціалу регіону. Аналіз синергії між цими елементами дозволяє виявити механізми оптимізації процесів видобутку, обробки та повторного використання ресурсів із мінімальним впливом на довкілля. Особлива увага приділяється ролі кваліфікованих кадрів у впровадженні інноваційних рішень і адаптації до змін у зовнішньому середовищі, передусім, у сфері природокористування. Розкрито значення технологічного прогресу для зниження витрат і забезпечення екологічної стійкості. У підсумку наголошується, що інвестиції в розвиток людського капіталу та інновацій є необхідною умовою забезпечення сталого розвитку економіки та збереження ресурсного потенціалу регіону для майбутніх поколінь.The article explores the interrelation between human resources and technological innovations as key components for the efficient use of natural resources. The analysis of synergy between these elements reveals mechanisms for optimizing extraction, processing, and reuse processes of resources with minimal environmental impact. Special attention is given to the role of qualified personnel in implementing innovative solutions and adapting to changes in natural resource management. The significance of technological progress in reducing costs and ensuring ecological sustainability is highlighted. The study concludes that investments in the development of human capital and innovation are essential for sustainable economic development and the preservation of resource potential

Розглянуто вплив технологічного прогресу, цифровізації та автоматизації на структуру, зміст і організацію праці. Проаналізовано історичний розвиток теоретичних підходів до економіки праці від класичних економістів до сучасних концепцій, що враховують виклики четвертої промислової революції. Визначено основні тенденції зміни ринку праці, такі як розвиток гіг-економіки, платформної зайнятості, а також трансформація ролі людського капіталу в умовах автоматизації та впровадження штучного інтелекту. Підкреслено необхідність переосмислення традиційних моделей економіки праці для забезпечення ефективної адаптації до сучасних викликів і формування нових інституційних підходів. Стаття має на меті створити теоретичні засади для подальших досліджень та практичних рішень у сфері розвитку трудових ресурсів.The article examines the essence of the category of labor economy transformation in the context of new industrial stages. It explores the impact of technological progress, digitalization, and automation on the structure, content, and organization of labor. The historical development of theoretical approaches to labor economics, from classical economists to modern concepts addressing the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, is analyzed. Key trends in labor market changes, including the rise of the gig economy, platform employment, and the transformation of human capital roles amid automation and artificial intelligence integration, are identified. The article emphasizes the need to rethink traditional labor economy models to ensure effective adaptation to current challenges and to develop new institutional approaches. The study aims to establish theoretical foundations for further research and practical solutions in labor resource development

No full textЗасвідчено існування (описано і прокоментовано) нелінійного хвильового ефекту, який супроводжує класичний ефект утворення другої гармоніки гармонічної хвилі на виході з квадратично нелінійного середовища, коли на вході генерується перша гармоніка. Ефект полягає в несиметричному деформуванні профіля другої гармоніки, яке відбувається з моменту початку руху хвилі і виявляється в зміщенні нулів вліво та вершин вверх. В результаті поєднання двох ефектів — присутності другої гармоніки в другому наближенні і деформуванні її класичного профіля — отриманий за двома наближеннями профіль стає несиметричним.The problem under consideration belongs to mechanics. A specific type of waves (plane longitudinal waves) and a specific propagation medium (nonlinear elastically deforming according to the Murnaghan model) are selected and analyzed. The main goal of the analysis is to detect and comment on a new mechanical wave phenomenon. As a result, the existence of the nonlinear wave effect is certified (described and commented on) that accompanies the classical effect of forming the second harmonic of a harmonic wave at the output of a quadratically nonlinear medium when the first harmonic is generated at the input. The effect consists in asymmetric deformation of the profile of the formed second harmonic, which appears at the beginning of the wave motion and manifests itself in the shift of zeros to the left and peaks upward. As a result of the combination of two effects — the presence of the second harmonic in the second approximation and the deformation of its classical profile — the profile obtained in the two approximations becomes asymmetric

Підкреслено, що вирішальним чинником у появі сучасного глобального українства є розпочата 24 лютого 2022 р. повномасштабна фаза російсько-української війни, яка спровокувала п’яту хвилю еміграції з України у світ. Проаналізовано ідентифікаційну сутність глобального українства як фактора забезпечення єдності України і закордонних українців. Зроблено висновок про те, що глобальне українство стає важливим чинником досягнення перемоги українського народу в нинішній війні та перспективного відродження країни у післявоєнний період.The article examines a new planetary phenomenon — global Ukrainianhood, which for the fi rst time in the history of Ukraine and the world has closely united tens of millions of our compatriots from abroad with the Motherland. It is emphasized that the decisive factor in the emergence of modern global Ukrainianhood is the full-scale phase of the Russian- Ukrainian war that began on February 24, 2022, which provoked the fi ft h wave of emigration from Ukraine to the world. The purpose of the article is to analyze the identifying essence of global Ukrainianhood as a factor in ensuring the unity of Ukraine and Ukrainians abroad. It is concluded that global Ukrainianhood becomes an important factor in achieving the victory of the Ukrainian people in the current war and the promising revival of the country in the post-war period
