Twisted Fusion Products and Quantum Twisted -Systems
No full textWe obtain a complete characterization of the space of matrix elements dual to the graded multiplicity space arising from fusion products of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules over special twisted current algebras defined by Kus and Venkatesh, which generalizes the result of Ardonne and Kedem to the special twisted current algebras. We also prove the conjectural identity of -graded fermionic sums by Hatayama et al. for the special twisted current algebras, from which we deduce that the graded tensor product multiplicities of the fusion products of Kirillov-Reshetikhin modules over special twisted current algebras are both given by the -graded fermionic sums, and constant term evaluations of products of solutions of the quantum twisted -systems obtained by Di Francesco and Kedem.The author would like to thank Phillipe Di Francesco and Rinat Kedem for their helpful clarifications and illuminating discussions throughout the project. No full textThe article examines the interaction of leadership, group dynamics, and self-management as key factors in enhancing the competitiveness of entrepreneurship and considers the conceptual and categorical framework of these components and their synergistic effect. Special attention is given to leadership as a factor of strategic development, group dynamics in forming effective teams and coordinating actions, and self-management as a tool for self-organization, responsibility, and decision-making. It is established that the interaction of these components contributes to increased flexibility, innovativeness, and resilience of the enterprise in a volatile market environment.У статті розглядається взаємодія лідерства, групової динаміки та самоуправління як ключових факторів підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємництва, а також розглядається концептуально-категоріальний апарат цих компонентів та їх синергетичний ефект. No full textThe problem of optimizing a control system for an object created to fulfill several purposes is considered. Such a system has limited resources, determined during the administration process, based on the real capabilities of the developer. When optimizing the system, it is necessary to take these restrictions into account without violating them. This explains the presence of so-called «red lines», approaching which is undesirable or completely unacceptable. The optimization problem contains optimization arguments that deliver the extremum to the objective function.Розглянуто задачу оптимізації системи керування об’єктом, створеним для кількох цілей. Така система має обмежені ресурси, які визначаються в процесі адміністрування з огляду на реальні можливості розробника. При оптимізації системи необхідно враховувати ці обмеження та не порушувати їх. Цим пояснюється наявність так званих «червоних ліній», наближення до яких є небажаним або зовсім неприпустимим. Barriers and drivers of strategic management of social responsibility consolidation at industrial enterprises in Ukraine
No full textУ статті розглянуто проблематику стратегічного управління консолідацією соціальної відповідальності на промислових підприємствах України в умовах сучасних трансформаційних процесів. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена зростанням ролі корпоративної соціальної відповідальності (КСВ) у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності бізнесу, формуванні позитивного іміджу підприємств, зміцненні довіри з боку стейкхолдерів та підвищенні рівня сталого розвитку економіки країни. Особлива увага приділяється виявленню бар’єрів, що ускладнюють інтеграцію принципів соціальної відповідальності у стратегічні рішення промислових компаній, а також аналізу драйверів, які можуть стати каталізаторами цього процесу.
Визначено, що ключовими бар’єрами виступають: обмеженість фінансових ресурсів, відсутність довгострокових стратегій у сфері КСВ, недостатня нормативно-правова підтримка, низький рівень корпоративної культури та опір змінам з боку управлінського персоналу. Важливою перешкодою є також нерозвиненість інституційної інфраструктури та слабка мотивація підприємств до запровадження соціально відповідальних практик через невизначеність економічних вигід у короткостроковій перспективі.
Серед основних драйверів стратегічної консолідації КСВ виокремлено глобалізаційні тенденції, інтеграцію України у міжнародні ринки, зростання суспільного запиту на прозорість та підзвітність бізнесу, посилення ролі екологічних стандартів, розвиток соціального партнерства, а також впровадження інноваційних управлінських інструментів. Підкреслено, що додатковим стимулом для промислових підприємств стає можливість зміцнити позиції у сфері міжнародної кооперації та підвищити інвестиційну привабливість.
Наукова новизна роботи полягає у систематизації бар’єрів і драйверів стратегічного управління консолідацією КСВ, а також у розробці рекомендацій щодо посилення впливу позитивних чинників і нейтралізації перешкод. Практична значущість дослідження полягає у можливості використання його результатів керівниками промислових підприємств для вдосконалення стратегій корпоративного розвитку, побудови партнерських відносин зі стейкхолдерами та формування довгострокових конкурентних переваг.
У підсумку зроблено висновок, що ефективне стратегічне управління консолідацією соціальної відповідальності є важливим чинником підвищення стійкості промислових підприємств України до сучасних викликів та ключовою передумовою їх інтеграції у глобальний економічний простір.The article addresses the issue of strategic management of corporate social responsibility (CSR) consolidation in industrial enterprises of Ukraine under the conditions of current transformational processes. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing role of CSR in ensuring business competitiveness, building a positive corporate image, strengthening stakeholder trust, and enhancing the sustainable development of the national economy. Particular attention is given to identifying barriers that hinder the integration of CSR principles into the strategic decisions of industrial companies, as well as to analyzing the drivers that can catalyze this process.
The study highlights the main barriers, which include limited financial resources, the absence of long-term CSR strategies, insufficient regulatory and legal support, low levels of corporate culture, and resistance to change from management personnel. Another important obstacle is the underdeveloped institutional infrastructure and the weak motivation of enterprises to implement socially responsible practices due to uncertainty regarding short-term economic benefits.
Among the key drivers of strategic CSR consolidation are globalization trends, Ukraine’s integration into international markets, growing societal demand for transparency and accountability, the strengthening of environmental standards, the development of social partnership, and the adoption of innovative management tools. An additional incentive for industrial enterprises is the opportunity to strengthen their positions in international cooperation and increase investment attractiveness.
The scientific novelty of the paper lies in the systematization of barriers and drivers of strategic CSR consolidation, as well as in the development of recommendations aimed at reinforcing positive factors and mitigating obstacles. The practical significance of the research is the possibility of applying its results by industrial enterprise managers to improve corporate development strategies, build stakeholder partnerships, and create long-term competitive advantages.
In conclusion, the study emphasizes that effective strategic management of CSR consolidation is an important factor in enhancing the resilience of Ukrainian industrial enterprises to modern challenges and a key prerequisite for their integration into the global economic environment

Strict Quantization for Compact Pseudo-Kähler Manifolds and Group Actions
No full textThe asymptotic results for Berezin-Toeplitz operators yield a strict quantization for the algebra of smooth functions on a given Hodge manifold. It seems natural to generalize this picture for quantizable pseudo-Kähler manifolds in the presence of a group action. Thus, in this setting, we introduce a Berezin transform which has a complete asymptotic expansion on the preimage of the zero set of the moment map. It leads in a natural way to proving that certain quantization maps are strict.We are indebted to the referees for various interesting comments and for suggesting several improvements. Module Categories of the Generic Virasoro VOA and Quantum Groups
No full textIn this paper, we prove the equivalence between two ribbon tensor categories. On the one hand, we consider the category of modules of the Virasoro vertex operator algebra with generic central charge (generic Virasoro VOA) generated by those simple modules lying in the first row of the Kac table. On the other hand, we take the category of finite-dimensional type I modules of the quantum group (₂) with determined by the central charge. This is a continuation of our previous work in which we examined intertwining operators for the generic Virasoro VOA in detail. Our strategy to show the categorical equivalence is to take those results as input and directly compare the structures of tensor categories. Therefore, we are to execute the most elementary proof of categorical equivalence. We also study the category of ₁-cofinite modules of the generic Virasoro VOA. We show that it is ribbon equivalent to the category of finite-dimensional type I modules of (₂) ⊗ ~(₂), where and ~ are again related to the central charge.The author is grateful to Kalle Kytölä, Eveliina Peltola, and Ingo Runkel for fruitful discussions.
