Army Interoperability Measurement System : AIMS.
To assess interoperability progress and inform resource allocation decisions, the Army developed an Army Interoperability Measurement System (AIMS) which measures interoperability levels among the U.S. Army and its partners. The AIMS is scalable, focused, strategic-to-tactical, linked to interoperability plans, and it has bilateral, cross component, and joint utility. With sound concepts, linkages, processes, and AIMS in place, the Army can design and implement training exercises that, foremost, train U.S. and MN forces while providing armies an opportunity to observe and measure if interoperability goals are achieved

Reflections on the Hungnam evacuation, Korea, December 1950.
After nearly 23 years, my general recollections of the Hungnam evacuation by the X U.S. Army Corps are vivid and in many cases detailed as to personalities and events. It will be well in these reflections to give background of the military operations which led up to this unique and very successful withdrawal from Hungnam which terminated December 24, 1950. Document contains maps including U.N. forces advance to the Yalu, North Korea/Manchuria, and X Corps situation (1 December 1950), a letter of appreciation, and multiple photographs (supplies and equipment, evacuation of refugees, Hungnam Harbor destroyed, admirals and generals, and Army and Navy commanders on the U.S.S. Mt. McKinley watching X Corps troops embark)
