It was owned and operated by Anna Maria mayor Ernie Cagnina, during which time it was known as the Anna Maria IGA Foodliner. After Cagnina's death in 1994, the store was operated by Frank Albano. The store closed in 1999. In 2000, it was converted into an antique mall and art gallery. In 2009, the location has been home to Ginny and Jane E's Cafe, a popular restaurant and shop

Restoration on Ca'd'Zan
No full textRestoration being completed on Ca'd'Zan by Kvaerner Construction of Tampa. In 1999, the company won the "Craftsman of the Year Award" from the American Institute of Architects Florida Chapter, for their work on the building's stained glass windows and terra cotta doors and tiles. Restoration work began in 1997. Ca' d'Zan, also known as the John Ringling Mansion, is a Mediterranean revival home built in 1926 by John and Mable Ringling to serve as their winter residence. The Ringlings continued to visit the home until their deaths. The home was uninhabited from 1936 to 1946, but then was opened to the public as part of the John and Mable Ringling Museum of Art estate

The building has also been known as the Manatee River Bank Building and is located at 1206 Manatee Ave W in downtown Bradenton. It was first home to a grocery store, then it housed the Manatee River Bank from the 1920s to 1960. After the bank moved, the building housed Butler's Bootery shoe store, then law offices. The original bank night deposit box can still be seen embedded in the wall on the left
