Wesley Fox Interview
COL Wesley Fox enlisted in the Marines on 4 August 1950 and served two tours with the 1st Marine Division in Korea. Commissioned a 2nd LT in 1966, he was first assigned to the 2nd Force Reconnaissance; he subsequently had numerous other assignments during his long and distinguished career. His many decorations include the Medal of Honor and the Purple Heart
Richard Marshall Interview
Richard C. Marshall, Jr. entered the Air Force in December 1966 and trained as an F-4 Phantom pilot. He served 3 tours of duty in Vietnam, where he was a forward air controller and also participated in rescue operations for downed pilots
Phillip Suydam Interview
Phillip A. Suydam served in the Air Force for 21 years as an Air Force Security Forces Officer. He provided security, police services, force protection planning and information security program management. His assignments took him to Germany for four years, Guam for two years, and the United Arab Emirates for one year. In 2004 he deployed to Joint Base Balad, Iraq as the Commander of the 332d Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM

Maury House renovation, 2010
VMI Faculty quarters known as the Maury House. This exterior view shows the 2010 renovation of the original 1852 residence, including the restoration of the front porch as it was originally conceived. The house was designed by Alexander Jackson Davis and was first known as the Gilham House, after the early faculty member who resided there. Matthew Fontaine Maury, the noted oceanographer, lived there from 1868-1873 while he taught at VMI. In 2010, the house was officially named for him. The building is the third oldest on Post
Jerome Leugers Interview
Lt. Commander (RET) Jerome Leugers commissioned in 1973 and spent his career as a naval aviator, flying the C-1, Saberline, C-9, and A-6. He served on active duty for ten years and subsequently in the reserves, retiring after 20 years
