The Interaction Effect of Biographical Fertilizer, Organic Fertilizer and Inorganic Fertilizer on the Growth and Results of Red Onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) in Dry Land
Shallot cultivation in dry land must integrate measures to improve the soil's physical, chemical and biological properties and not rely on using inorganic fertilizers with high enough doses. This study aimed to determine the interaction effect between natural fertilizers with organic fertilizer doses and inorganic fertilizer doses on growth and yielded onion (Allium ascalonicum L.) on dry land. This research was conducted on dry land in Labuhan Lombok Village, Pringgabaya District, East Lombok Regency, NTB, from June to September 2022. The design used is Factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) 3 factors: doses of organic fertilizers, doses of biological fertilizers, and doses of inorganic fertilizers. The quantity of organic fertilizer (O) consists of 2 levels, namely 5 tons/ha (O1) and 10 tons/ha (O2). The biological fertilizer treatment consists of 2 groups: without natural fertilizer (H1) and with biological fertilizer 1 kg/ha biological fertilizer (H2).In comparison, the dose of inorganic fertilizer consists of 3 levels, namely 100% dose (D1), 75% dose (D2) and, 50% dose (D3), 25% dose (D4). Each treatment was combined and added with one control to obtain 17 treatments. Parameters observed included a) Shallot plant growth, including plant height, number of leaves per clump (strand) and number of tillers per clump (saplings); b) Shallot plant yields included wet tuber weight and dry tuber weight. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). For natural treatment factors, a further test would be carried out with Duncan's Double Distance Mean Difference Test with a level of 5%. The interaction of biological fertilizers with doses of organic and inorganic fertilizers increased the growth and yield of shallots in dry land. The use of organic fertilizer doses of 5 t/ha can reduce the dosage of inorganic fertilizers by 50% and, if accompanied by biological fertilizers, can reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers by up to 75% of the recommended dosage
Modern Cognitive Approach to Learning Translation
In the lingo-cultural environment, the language landscape of the world is a means of expression of cultural stereotypes, symbols and standards that shape society. The national mentality is one of the main aspects of language thinking. Therefore, studying the transmission of national-cultural characteristics of the original text in the translation process plays a crucial role in intercultural communication. The breadth of theoretical concepts and research methods characterizes modern translation studies. Especially in recent years, there has been an increasing interest in translation. Traditional translation has long been influenced by structural linguistics. In modern times, new perspectives on translation creativity have emerged. Cognitive approaches, in particular, have gained popularity among researchers in recent years. The development of translation studies demonstrates that translation, like any form of transfer, can never be flawless. Consequently, no translation can be the same as the original. This indicates that the translator should be concerned with interpreting the source text and its creation in the translated language.Translators should not limit themselves to just familiarizing themselves with the vocabulary of the target language but should also study the ethnocultural and psycholinguistic aspects of language carriers. In doing so, they will encounter fewer problems and avoid embarrassing situations. Usually, gross errors appear in machine translation, mainly when translating personal names as common nouns rather than anthroponyms
Personal Guarantee as Legal Protection as a Result of Debtor Default in Credit Agreements
This study analysed the liability of personal guarantees and legal protection for personal guarantees due to debtor defaults in credit agreements. This normative legal research examined primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Legal materials were collected by document study and analysed normatively and prescriptively. Forms of legal protection for personal guarantees include, such as the guarantor can ask for a return from the debtor in the condition of compensation for all losses that the guarantor may suffer as a result of non-fulfilment of obligations by the debtor; the guarantor only serves as a companion to the debtor, in the sense that as long as the debtor is current, there are no problems in the loan instalments until they are paid off. There are efforts to save credit or credit restructuring before the execution of particular collateral objects belonging to the debtor or collateral belonging to personal guarantees. The bank, as the creditor, should provide an understanding to the prospective guarantor about his function and position as a guarantor to avoid the risk of loss on the part of the guarantor. The debtor should determine if the guarantor is adequate in finances and understands his position as a guarantor. The guarantor should have good faith in helping the debtor in the event of default so that the implementation of the credit agreement can run smoothly until the credit is repaid so that, in the future, it can carry out all responsibilities to the fullest. Further, in the personal guarantee agreement, it is best if the heirs of the personal guarantee are notified in advance when the deal takes place to avoid inheritance disputes

In the 90s of the last century, the status of discourse analysis was determined as an interdisciplinary science. In all fundamental research, the central theme is the concept of discourse as a derivative of social practice and its connection with the social structure
