The Effect of Social Intelligence and Adversity Intelligence of Students on Videographic Creativity
Get PDFHumans, since time immemorial, have carried out creativity. Without creative people, maybe the world would not be as it is now. Everyone has a fantastic gift for creativity. Everyone has the cultivation and development of creativity, but it needs to be identified and stimulated. This study aims to reveal the Effect of Social Intelligence and Adversity Intelligence of Students on Videographic Creativity. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a survey approach. The population of this study were all students at public and private Vocational High Schools (SMK) in the City of East Jakarta and Bekasi. The sampling technique uses stage random sampling. Research data were obtained from social intelligence instruments, adversity intelligence instruments and videographic creativity instruments. Before being used to collect research data, the device was tested for the validity and reliability of the instrument. Data analysis using regression analysis. Conclusion: 1) Social Intelligence has a direct positive effect on videographic creativity. 2) Social Intelligence directly affects Adversity Intelligence. 3) Adversity intelligence has a direct positive effect on videographic creativity

The problem of international migration is based on legal and illegal immigration into the territory of a nation. The focus of this research is contract workers, professionals or foreign workers. The study aims to analyse the arrangements for foreign workers after the enactment of law No 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. The research method, the normative legal research with a statutory regulation approach and a concept approach, uses primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials. Legal materials are processed and analysed in a coherent, systematic manner. Then a conclusion is drawn using the chosen theory. In conclusion, arrangements for foreign workers do not provide certainty, fairness and legal benefits because even law No 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation continues to apply until with improvements within a maximum period of two years, implementing regulations are not permitted to be issued, then the provisions in the Job Creation Law will become less functional
The Development of the Ideas About Syntactical Relations in English Grammar
Get PDFAs one of the most significant syntax elements, syntactical relations are vital in forming a phrase and a sentence in English. The formation of grammatical rules and regularities related to subordination and coordination in contemporary English did not happen suddenly. Reviewing individual works from the first English grammar to the most contemporary ones gives a reason to understand how this linguistic phenomenon has been formed in modern English grammar. Since the first English grammar was based on the Latin model, they focused more on the language's morphology. They extensively covered the explanation of parts of speech, and syntactical relations were neglected like other syntax issues. Although it is not fully compatible with the modern English language, in essence, each of the authors of prescriptive grammar managed to express different ideas concerning syntactical relations. Making some mistakes regarding determinations of the syntactical links and relevant systematizations does not reduce the historical importance of those grammars. In some way, reflecting such ideas in grammar led to introduction of more accurate and complete approaches to the subject in classical English grammar in the later period. The scientific basis of syntactical relations was developed in classical grammar, as in all grammatical elements. Finally, modern English grammar has completed the most comprehensive explanation of this topic. Syntactical ties have also been reviewed in detail, with most or all contemporary English grammar devoted to syntax

Get PDFThe article reveals the peculiarities of the digitalisation of the tax system and tax (legal) regulation in combating the shadow economy in Ukraine from a practical standpoint. It is found that organisational and legal support plays an essential role in introducing the digitalisation of the tax system, the transition to digital technologies and the resulting globalisation. It is found that the use of modern information systems and technologies in the tax sphere allows the state financial control bodies to monitor compliance with tax legislation effectively and optimise the process of managing the payment of taxes, fees, and obligations. It is determined that the introduction of modern information technologies into the tax system will ensure efficient collection, processing and analysis of tax information; in-depth and detailed analysis of taxpayers' tax data; improvement of the mechanism for building tax reporting and more accurate and precise display of tax information; electronic interaction of the State financial control bodies with taxpayers; improvement of the quality of taxpayer service; increase in the efficiency of tax administration; reduction of the time required to complete tax reporting.It is established that the shadowing processes in the tax sphere have negative and positive consequences for the stable functioning of the economy. It is determined that an essential reason for the existence of the shadow economy is the high tax burden and incomplete tax policy, so the State Tax Service of Ukraine should develop and implement various effective tax control measures to reduce the scale of the shadow economy, taking into account the experience of foreign countries.У статті розкрито особливості цифровізації податкової системи та податкового (правове) регулювання у контексті боротьби з тіньовою економікою в Україні, з позиції практичного аспекту. Виявлено, що важливу роль у запровадженні цифровізації податкової системи відіграє організаційно-правове забезпечення, перехід на цифрові технології та викликана цим глобалізація. З’ясовано, що використання сучасних інформаційних систем і технологій у податковій сфері дозволяє органам державного фінансового контролю ефективно контролювати дотримання податкового законодавства та оптимізувати процес управління сплатою податків, зборів і зобов’язань. Визначено, що впровадження сучасних інформаційних технологій у податкову систему дозволить забезпечити: ефективний збір, обробку та аналіз податкової інформації; поглиблений і детальний аналіз податкових даних платників податків; вдосконалення механізму побудови податкової звітності та більш точно та зрозуміло відображати податкову інформацію; електронну взаємодію органів державного фінансового контролю з платниками податків; підвищення якості обслуговування платників податків; підвищення ефективності адміністрування податків; скорочення часу проведення податкових перевірок та виявлення порушень при нарахуванні податків; запобігання шахрайству з обчисленням податків; зменшення витрат на утримання національних установ фінансового контролю. Встановлено, що процеси тінізації у податковій сфері мають як негативні, так і позитивні наслідки для стабільного функціонування економіки. Визначено, що важливою причиною існування тіньової економіки є високе податкове навантаження та незавершеність податкової політики, тому Державна податкова служба України повинна розробити і здійснювати різноманітні ефективні заходи податкового контролю з метою зменшення масштабів тіньової економіки, враховуючи досвід зарубіжних країн

Get PDFHybrid languages formed as a result of language contacts are called pidgin languages in the linguistic literature, and the problem of their study is solved by contactology (or creolistics), which is an integral part of sociolinguistics. These are mainly English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Russian. They are widely spread in South America, Southeast Asia, Oceania, and the northern and eastern regions of the Russian Federation. There are more than 50 Pidgin and Creole languages on Earth (Creole languages were formed due to the subsequent development of the Pidgin language). Creole languages are one of the most exciting fields of study not only from the point of view of linguistics but also from the point of view of history, cultural studies and other theoretical and applied sciences. This is because the number of people using Creole languages is millions. It is concluded from the article that pidgin has a strong influence on the world language landscape of users because not only languages but also their cultures come in contact. Pidgin is shaped by the direct participation of the culture of the contacting communities and serves to communicate because not only languages but also their culture come into contact.Гибридные языки, образующиеся в результате языковых контактов, в лингвистической литературе называются языками – пиджинами, а проблема их изучения решается контактологией (или креолистикой), которая является неотъемлемой частью социолингвистики. Это, в основном, английский, испанский, французский, португальский, а также русский языки. Они широко распространены в Южной Америке, Юго-Восточной Азии, Океании, а также в северных и восточных регионах Российской Федерации. Всего на Земле существует более 50 пиджинских и креольских языков (креольские языки образовались в результате последующего развития пиджинского языка). Креольские языки – одна из самых интересных областей для изучения не только с точки зрения лингвистики, но также с точки зрения истории, культурологии и других теоретических и прикладных наук. Потому что количество людей, использующих креольские языки, исчисляется миллионами. Из статьи делается вывод о том, что пиджин оказывает сильное влияние на мировой языковой ландшафт пользователей, потому что соприкасаются не только языки, но и их культура. Analyzing their works, especially Attar’s “Mantiq-ut-Tayr” and Mevlana’s “Divan-e-Kebir,” the research author identifies common motifs and symbolism associated with the salik's path to God through understanding divine love. The role of pain and suffering as inherent aspects of this journey is examined, and critical moments where divine love transforms Salik's soul are highlighted. The study emphasizes the significance of these themes in the context of Sufi philosophy, offering a profound insight into how these poets embody the concept of divine love as a driving force of spiritual development in their creative works.The research stands out for its novelty and practical significance in several aspects. Firstly, it provides a deep analysis of Sufi literature, focusing on the works of Attar and Mevlana. A detailed examination of symbols, metaphors, and allegories in the context of Sufi philosophy contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the spiritual ideas expressed in the works of these two great poets. Attributes and Functions of Financial and Legal Liability

Відзначено, що зміни у фінансово-правовій системі регулювання України та інтенсивний розвиток фінансового права сприяли формуванню важливого комплексу підстав відповідальності, санкцій за порушення фінансово-правових норм та процедур їх застосування. Встановлено, що механізми фінансово-правової відповідальності можуть сприяти забезпеченню фінансової безпеки шляхом захисту фінансових відносин, регулювання дотримання учасниками правових норм у сфері фінансової діяльності та покарання осіб, які їх порушують. З’ясовано, що функції фінансово-правової відповідальності – це основний напрямок правового впливу на фінансово-правові відносини, за допомогою якого розкриваються суспільні цілі та досягаються цілі фінансово-правової відповідальності. Виявлено, що до ознак фінансово-правової відповідальності, які встановлюються залежно від специфіки суб’єкта фінансового регулювання, належать характер публічної власності, спрямованість на захист фінансових правовідносин, а також ознаки нормативних, фактичних та процесуальних підстав їх застосування, тяжкість шкоди за порушення, характер активів, сукупність санкцій, поєднання власних галузевих санкцій із санкціями з інших галузей права тощо. Визначено, що у чинному законодавстві України питання фінансово-правової відповідальності врегульовані фрагментарно, що пояснюється диференціацією фінансового права та відсутністю єдиного кодифікованого закону в цій сфері. Встановлено, що функції фінансово-правової відповідальності за порушення законодавства у сфері виконання бюджету за доходами можна поділити на дві групи: перша група включає загальні функції, зокрема штрафну, правовідновлювальну, попереджувальну і виховну функції, а друга група – специфічні функції, зокрема сигналізаційну, регулятивну та контрольну. Висвітлено ознаки фінансово-правової відповідальності за порушення податкового, бюджетного, грошово-кредитного та митного законодавства. Запропоновано у перспективі наступних досліджень доцільно розглянути особливості покарань за фінансово-правові правопорушення.The article reveals the features and functions of financial and legal liability. It is noted that changes in Ukraine's financial and legal regulatory system and the intensive development of financial law have contributed to forming an essential set of grounds for liability sanctions for violating financial and legal norms and procedures for their application. The author establishes that the mechanisms of financial and legal liability can contribute to ensuring financial security by protecting financial relations, regulating compliance with legal norms in the field of financial activities by participants and punishing those who violate them. It is found that the functions of financial and legal liability are the central area of legal influence on financial and legal relations, with the help of which social goals are revealed, and the objectives of financial and legal liability are achieved. It is found that the features of economic and legal liability, which are established depending on the specifics of the subject of financial regulation, include the nature of the public property, focus on the protection of financial, and legal relations, as well as the features of regulatory, factual and procedural grounds for their application, the severity of damage for violations, the nature of assets, the totality of sanctions, the combination of own sectoral sanctions with sanctions from other branches of law, etc. It is determined that Ukraine's current legislation regulates the issues of financial and legal liability in a fragmented manner, which is explained by the differentiation of financial law and the absence of a single codified law in this area. The author establishes that the functions of financial and legal liability for violation of legislation in the field of budget execution by revenues can be divided into two groups: the first group includes general functions, in particular, penalty, remedial, preventive and educational functions, and the second group includes specific functions, in particular, signalling, regulatory and control functions. The author highlights the signs of financial and legal liability for violating tax, budget, monetary and customs legislation. The author suggests that it is advisable to consider the specific features of penalties for financial and legal offences in the future

Get PDFGlobally, most states have adopted new technologies that have seen many process improvements and cost optimisations and enabled them to provide value-added services to their citizens, thereby improving quality of life and achieving rapid growth and development in various sectors of the nation. Kenya is one of the developing countries that has benefited from adopting modern ICT in recent years. Despite government efforts to ensure the successful integration of ICT into various state departments and the private sector to protect and manage data, cases of document loss from individuals and institutions have been on the rise.This paper examined measures by organisations that could be adopted to counter challenges in using information technology to protect personal and business data in Nairobi County. The study’s target population comprised employees from Kenya Revenue Authority and Kenya Data Networks in Nairobi headquarter offices, police officers deployed at NPS offices headquarters and members of the public. The findings established that implementing electronic data management systems in organisations was more appropriate for controlling data loss. In addition, training employees on using the data management system is critical in preventing data loss in an organisation. Creating awareness of electronic data management systems was an effective measure to protect against data loss among organisations. Based on the findings, the paper concludes that strategies that help solve information challenges must be implemented to prevent data loss at personal and organisational levels
The Knowledge, Attitude, and Practice of Core Values in a Learning Institution in the Philippines: A Basis for a Plan of Action
Get PDFThis study aimed to assess the respondents' knowledge, attitude, and practice regarding the core values of stewardship, empowerment, empathy, discipleship, and solidarity. It provides a concrete discussion as to how the learning institution in Nueva Ecija, Philippines, was able to affect their students and how they internalized these core values. A descriptive research design was used in this study. The respondents comprised 61% male and 39% female students from the junior high, senior high, and college departments. Statistical data analysis technique was used. Results significantly revealed that the student's knowledge, attitude, and practice in the core values under investigation are highly evident. This means that the learning institution was effective and efficient in conducting activities that integrated these core values so that the students could internalize and practice them through their thoughts, feelings, and actions. The findings suggest that programs and activities must be crafted in the future to ensure that the core values are still effectively integrated for their continuous realization
Prediction of the Phytochemical Properties of Luffa Cylindrica Seed Oil Using Artificial Neural Network
Get PDFThe research used an artificial neural network (ANN) to examine optimum extraction conditions and phytochemical contents of Luffa cylindrica seed oil. The oil yield was predicted using an artificial neural network. The performance of the ANN and response surface methodology models was compared. The optimum extraction yielded 7.567% oil yield, 185.676 mg/l phenol, and 45.087 mg/l terpineol at 75.57 °C extraction temperature, 5.77 h extraction time, and 10.68 g/mol n-hexane concentration, respectively. These data show that the oil output is poor but has a significant phenol and terpenoid content that may be employed in pharmaceutical sectors. The FT-IR analysis of Luffa cylindrica seed oil revealed a high level of unsaturated hydrocarbons and esters, making the oil appropriate for using in the paint industry and creating cosmetics
