    Efek gas rumah kaca ditanggapi banyak pihak untuk menggalakkan penggunaan moda transportasi ramah lingkungan, salah satunya adalah sepeda. Pengembangan wisata sepeda di Kota Bandung masih memerlukan pengemasan produk serta sarana dan prasarana penunjang pariwisata yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan wisatawan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kota Bandung memiliki potensi besar bagi pengembangan wisata sepeda. Karakteristik wisatawan yang beragam, mengharuskan Pemerintah Kota Bandung dapat memberikan jenis wisata sepeda yang beragam. Berdasarkan persepsi dan preferensi wisatawan, bersepeda santai keliling kota menjadi prioritas utama pengembangan wisata sepeda, dengan jenis wisata alam, wisata kuliner, dan wisata heritage, sebagai daya tarik wisata paling menarik untuk berwisata sepeda. Penyediaan fasilitas penunjang wisata sepeda terpenting adalah jalur khusus sepeda, tempat parkir sepeda, dan peta/informasi rute bersepeda. Dengan atmosfir bersepeda yang aman dan nyaman, diharapkan dapat menarik minat banyak wisatawan untuk berwisata sepeda di Kota Bandung

    EVALUASI PENYEDIAAN SARANA DAN PRASARANA DI PERUMAHAN PURI DINAR MAS SEMARANG

    Community needs for settlement area, especially in the city of Semarang increase rapidly, so the government in 2005 make a program called 100,000 RSS (Simple Healthy House) to meet those needs. RSS is a settlement with facilities and infrastructure that are inadequate. The construction of facilities and infrastructure of the settlement should refer to the SNI 03-1733-2004 on Procedures for Environmental Planning in Urban Housing. The research objective is to evaluate the facilities and infrastructure based on ISO and user perception in Puri Dinar Mas Semarang. The method which used to analyze are the quantitative descriptive and comparative methods. The descriptive quantitative method is used to identify the availability and existing condition with the user's perception of the infrastructure Puri Dinar Mas, while the comparative descriptive method is used to compare the existing condition with SNI and comparing the user's perception of the condition of housing infrastructure based on the observation. There is a 61% infrastructure is available based on SNI and 70% in good condition. Based on the results of the comparison with SNI only 32% meet the standard. The results of the perception of users 80% are stated that the condition of facilities and infrastructure that exist in this housing is good, meanwhile the comparison of existing condition with the perception of users found that 84% is good, 8% is bad, and the remaining 8% is moderate

    Minapolitan region is an economic region consisting of production centers, marine and fishery commodities, services, housing and other related activities. Tambak Lorok  is one of fishing villages which is  that located on the coastline of Java Sea in Tanjung Mas, North Semarang. The main function of Tambak Lorok is as residential areas, ponds and trades especially seafood. The main issues in Tambak Lorok  are: the rob, low  economy, and  less infrastructure. The concept of minapolitan is used  to improve the local economy of coastal communities through agribusiness subsystems and its supporting subsystems. This study employed descriptive qualitative method.

    Community Health Center is a health service facility that organizes public health efforts and the efforts of individual health at the first level, with more prioritizes promotive and preventive efforts, to achieve the highest public health status in its working area. Utilization of Community Health Center service is influenced by several factors like the public perception of health, public perception of the quality of service, family income and level of education. This study aimed to determine the relationship of the public perception of health, public perception of the quality of service, family income and education level with Health Service Utilization in the working area of Community Health Center Tambarana North Coastal of Poso sub-district, Poso district. This type of research was analytical survey research with cross sectional approach. The total of the sample were 69 respondents which was drawn by using Standley Lameshow formula which the population was known. Data was analyzed descriptively which was known as univariate and bivariate analysis, on the credibility degree of 95% (p <0.05). Chi Square test results showed that the public perception of health related to health service utilization (ρ = 0.000), public perception of the quality of service was not related to health service utilization (ρ = 0.213), family income relatedto health service utilization (ρ = 0.004), and there was a relationship between the education level with health service utilization (ρ = 0.000). The relation absence of public perception of service quality with health service utilizationmay be affected by physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy

    Sebagai wilayah pinggiran, Kecamatan Mranggen mengalami perkembangan penggunaan lahan yang intensif sejak tahun 90-an, hal ini disebabkan adanya ekspansi pembangunan perkotaan ke wilayah pinggiran, seperti pembangunan Perumnas Pucang Gading dan peningkatan kawasan pemukiman akibat tingginya urbanisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pola dan faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan pemanfaatan lahan terbangun di Kecamatan Mranggen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data baik primer maupun sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan dalam beberapa analisis, yaitu analisis spasial overlay melalui analisis perbandingan citra 1994 dan 2015 menggunakan GIS, analisis deskriptif, dan analisis crosstabs menggunakan SPSS. Hasilnya pola pemanfaatan lahan di Kecamatan Mranggen sejak tahun 1994-2015 membentuk pola yang menyebar dengan mengalami perkembangan wilayah yang berbeda-beda (cepat, sedang, dan lambat) dan faktor yang mempengaruhi pamanfaatan lahan terbangun di Kecamatan Mranggen adalah faktor lokasi, harga, lingkungan, aksesibilitas, dan fasilitas

    KAPASITAS KELEMBAGAAN DALAM PENGEMBANGAN DESA WISATA (STUDI KASUS: DESA WISATA KETENGER, BANYUMAS)

    Desa Wisata Ketenger is one of the oldest tourism village in Banyumas and has a lot of potential to be developed. According to Head of Youth, Sports, Culture and Touris Department in Banyumas, only two of six tourism villages in Banyumas is worth visit by tourists ie Desa Wisata Ketenger and Desa Wisata Dawuhan. It is influenced by the ability or capacity Pokdarwis as management of a tourism village in enhancing the knowledge and skills of the community through programs. The objective of this study is to determine the institutional capacity in development of Desa Wisata Ketenger. Capacity that will be researched include individual capacity and organizational capacity. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive. Data were obtained through interviews and field observations. Results from this study indicate that in level of organization, organization has shown a good capacity in the aspect of external partnerships, aspects of tourism potential development, as well as aspects of tourism village promotion.Unfortunately, POKDARWIS "Ketenger Adventure" are less of ability to show a good capacity in leadership and coordination aspect, While at the individual level, there are good capacity in pioneering the development of tourism potential. Individuals have enough capacity in the management of tourist attractions, souvenir management, as well as service to the tourists. However, individuals have less capacity both in the understanding and application of the concept of integrated tourism village. To improve the ability at the level of individuals and organizations, Desa Wisata Ketenger have gained capacity building programs that held both of the Department of Tourism and besides offices.

    Based on the reality on the ground with a variety of reasons and is, in a relatively short period has undergone a physical change by the wishes and needs of its owners. During its development, the house is not only seen from the quantitative aspect but also growing in terms of quality. In terms of its range tailored to the needs of, social, economic, institutional, as well as the development of the family concerned. Improved physical quality is usually directly proportional to the level of quality of life of its owner. In the framework of realization of self-actualization trigger, physical changes in the residential houses diverse forms/form and its range depends on the abilities, desires and needs of each family. The many activities uncontrolled housing physical development, particularly in the RS and related to the development and physical changes in the home that have an impact on environmental damage, so that its existence should receive special attention. This research takes object on the Housing  Perumnas Sendangmulyo. The research conduct on 83 households in the sample of 497 households inhabit the object of research. The research methodology used the quantitative methodology and to obtain necessary data and information of the variables, this studies using questionnaire, interviews, and observations. Analysis techniques in the proof of linkages between variables using the method of cross tabulation and chi-square analysis, double regression and contingency coefficient correlation. The final results of this study is the identification of the level of quality of housing transformation that occur in the housing in the Perumnas housing and can be concluded that there are a link and influences between quality of life by physical changes in existing homes. The quality of housing, it means is related economic and social. Level of housing transformations that house is basically influenced by the level of income, education, family size and motivation of the owners of the house, while the types of jobs tend to have no effect on the physical changes in housing

    Perumahan Bumi Wanamukti merupakan perumahan yang terdapat di Kecamatan Tembalang. Perumahan ini merupakan perumahan yang dibangun oleh Real Estate, mulai huni sekitar tahun 1986 yang terdiri dari empat tipe yaitu tipe 36, 48, 57 dan 70. Perubahan dilakukan tidak hanya pada rumahnya tetapi juga perubahan pada sarana, prasarana dan utilitas umum. Perubahan tersebut menimbulkan dampak ketidaknyamanan terhadap kondisi perumahannya selain itu perubahan tersebut banyak melanggar peraturan yang telah ditetapkan untuk perumahan di Kota Semarang. Berdasarkan pada permasalahan di atas, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi perubahan perumahan dari karakteristik penghuni, perubahan rumah, sarana, prasarana dan utilitas umum. Pertanyaan penelitian yang dapat dirumuskan adalah “Bagaimana perubahan perumahan di Perumahan Bumi Wanamukti?”. Penelitian untuk mengetahui perubahan perumahan di Perumahan Bumi Wanamukti ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis faktor. Dilihat dari perubahan rumah yang dilakukan penghuni Perumahan Bumi Wanamukti pada rumah tipe 36, 48, 57 dan 70 sebagian besar adalah perombakan. IMB sebagai salah satu instrumen pengendalian pemanfaatan ruang dirasa kurang berhasil jika dilihat dari hasil analisis, untuk faktor-faktor yang terbentuk pada kempat tipe rumah memiliki kesamaan untuk faktor pertama yang terbentuk adalah dari variabel peningkatan penghasilan. Sedangkan dilihat dari perubahan sarana sebagian besar perubahan lebih kepada kuantitas dimana sarana olahraga yang tersedia menjadi berkurang karena adanya perubahan fungsi, untuk prasarana perubahan terjadi lebih kepada kualitas yang menurun, dan untuk perubahan utilitas umum perubahan terlihat pada kebutuhan penghuni yang meningkat. Sedangkan untuk faktor perubahan sarana, prasarana dan utilitas umum memiliki kesamaan untuk faktor yang terbentuk adalah faktor kondisi pembuangan limbah. Dapat disimpulakan bahwa perubahan rumah memberikan dampak besar terhadap perubahan perumahan, jika dilihat dari bentuk dan faktor perubahan rumah tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada setiap tipe rumah
