Solusi tersebut adalah seminar atau ngobrol pintar untuk mengatasi degradasi moral pelajar. Seminar ini merupakan sebuah forum yang menghadirkan narasumber dan peserta dalam pemberian ilmu pengetahuan di permasalahan saat ini, permasalahan di Negara menjadi tanggung jawab warga negaranya, pelajar sebagai penggerak pembangunan Indonesia sangat dibutuhkan yang mampu bersaing di kancah dunia, aspek Negara yang penting salah satunya dengan pendidikan dan kebudayaan, dengan ini seminar adalah salah satu alternatif pendidikan untuk kalangan pelajar. Ergonomic Gymnastics Education in an Effort to Improve the Functional Abilities of the Elderly

Health is often neglected by the elderly. Lack of physical activity causes a decline in health quality of elderly. The same thing is also experienced by the elderly at Posyandu Lansia Desa Gentan. Another problem is the low of health awareness and education about the importance of Ergonomic Gymnastics for elderly. So, the PkM team initiate to provide Ergonomic Gymnastic education for the elderly at Posyandu Lansia Desa Gentan. This exercise applies ergonomic movements to correct the posture, nerve flexibility, blood circulation and improve the functional abilities of the elderly. The purpose of this program is to improve the functional abilities of the elderly, do light physical activities and improve the life quality of the elderly. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method. The subjects used were 30 elderly at Posyandu Lansia Desa Gentan. The method of implementing the activity is socialization and education, demonstration of ergonomic gymnastic movements, ergonomic gymnastic practice with the elderly, and discussion-question answer sessions. The activities flow are preparation, implementation and monitoring evaluation. This PkM program was succeeded in reducing the health complaints of elderly, before doing this exercise an average decrease of 72%. It means that Ergonomic Gymnastic has a good impact on the health of elderly, especially if they do routinely and consistently.

Get PDFFactoring Company is one of the financial institutions in Indonesia. Factoring Company is a company that serves to take over the receivables that occur in buying and selling transactions so as not to cause serious problems in the company's cash flow. Risk can be avoided very minimally and the company can greatly help avoid a problem related to its uncollectible trade through financial institutions with factoring concept (Aprianto, 2017). Based on the concept of factoring, actually the existence of the company factoring is very profitable for companies especially trading companies, but if looking at the data in Indonesia is still very little of the company's sustainability factoring, the evidence can be seen on the Indonesian stock exchange, with less than 100 companies factoring listed on the stock exchanges. It shows that in Indonesia the company factoring is very less developed. With these conditions, the author is interested to see the cause of the company factoring is not developed well from the analysis of risk profile, good governance, earning and Capitalnya, although RGEC is prevalent in banking industry but because Consideration of the activities of the company to be receivables some have the same characteristics as banking then the authors tried to analyze with RGEC analysis by the detailed risk profile not only based on the ratio of LDR and NPL Were. The object in this study was the factoring company listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange in 2017 and examined by a qualitative method of descriptive.
