Pengecekankeabsahan data dilakukanmelaluitriangulasisumberdantriangulasiteknik. Dalampenelitianiniterdapatempattahap, yaitutahapawal, tahap inti, tahapanalisis data dantahappenulisanlaporan. Hasilpenelitianinisebagaiberikut. Pertama, pelayananpublikbantuanpangannontunaimelalui E-Warong Al Awalu Al Barokah di KelurahanBendo Kota Blitardilaksanakanmelaluibeberapatahapanyakni; (a) adanya e-warongdanpengelola e-warong, (b) rapatseluruhpendamping e-warongbersamakoordinator PKH Kota Blitar, (c) pengemasanulangkomoditi BPNT, (d) pembuatanundanganpengambilan BPNT untuk KPM, (e) pembuatan form kontrol, (f) penyaluran BPNT, (g) rekon form kontrol, (h) melunasikekurangankomoditidan (i) membuatlaporan. Keywords: public services, BPNT, PKH, E-Warong, social assistance, social fields Non-cash food assistance through E-Warong KUBE PKH is a public service in the distribution of social assistance that replaces Rastra(Beras Sejahtera)or prosperous rice program. This study uses qualitative approach that produces descriptive. In this study, the researcher acts as the research instruments. The researcher chose the location of the study in the Al Awalu Al BarokahE-Warong unit in the Bendo Village of Blitar City. The data sources in this study are divided into two which are primary data sources and secondary data sources. The procedure of data collection is carried out with three techniques; there are interviews, participatory observation and documentation. The researcher then uses three data analysis; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion or verification. The validity checking of the data is done through source triangulation and technical triangulation. There are four stages in this study, which are initial stage, core stage, data analysis stage and report writing stage. The results of this study are as follows. First, public service for non-cash food assistance through E-Warong Al Awalu Al Barokah in Bendo Sub-District, Blitar City is carried out through several stages; (a) the existence of e-warong and e-warong manager, (b) meeting of all e-warong assistants along with the Blitar PKH coordinator, (c) repackaging BPNT commodities, (d) making invitations to take BPNT for KPM, (e) making control form, (f) BPNT distribution, (g) control form record, (h) pay off commodity shortages and (i) make a report. Second, the constraints in public services for non-cash food assistance through E-Warong Al Awalu Al Barokah, Bendo Sub-District, Blitar City, namely; (a) constraints from HR, namely the lack of e-warong managers (b) the constraints of partnerships with BPNT commodity suppliers, namely the quality of bad commodities (c) the constraints of partnerships with BNI, namely EDC machines are often error, (d) KPM loses the KKS / forgets the pin number, (e) KPM that does not sign in the control form, (f) KPM that is not present at the time of BPNT distribution. Third, resolving attempts to overcome the obstacles in the public service of Non-Cash Food Assistance through E-Warong Al Awalu Al Barokah in Bendo Sub-District, Blitar City namely (a) resolving attempts to overcome the HR constraints, namely when the BPNT is assisted by PSM, (b) resolving attempts to overcome constraints on partnerships with commodity suppliers, namely the return to suppliers of bad commodities, (c) resolving attempts to overcome the constraints of partnerships with BNI, namely an erroneous reset of EDC machines, (d) resolving attempts to overcome KPM losing KKS / forgetting the pin number, namely giving KKS container envelopes who was given a pin number statement, (e) an attempt to overcome KPM which is not a signature in the control form is to check the proof of transaction that is kept by the e-warong manager, (f) resolving attempts to overcome KPM that were not present at the BPNT distribution were to visit home KPM to find out the cause and provide a solution. Suggestions given by researchers are: (a) for the Social Service Office of the City of Blitar to better review the conditions in the field, (b) the facilitators and managers of E-Warong Al Awalu Al Barokah better understand the function and purpose of e-warong so that they can carry out all e-functions warong, (c) for partners of E-Warong Al Awalu Al Barokah partnerships to further enhance cooperation in their respective fields, (d) for KPM in Al Awalu Al Barokah's E-Warong unit to further increase its participation in the process of implementing e-functions warong.
CILANAS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN EKSISTENSI LAGU NASIONAL
No full textRINGKASAN Pada artikel ilmiah ini disajikan informasi mengenai solusi semakin menurunnya tingkat eksistensi lagu nasional dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Solusi tersebut adalah cilanas yaitu penciptaan lagu nasional. Cilanas merupakan sebuah ajang pencarian bakat dalam menyanyi dan menciptakan sendiri lagu bertemakan nasional. Hasil dari pencarian bakat cilanas akan memunculkan seniman-seniman baru khususnya penyanyi sekaligus pencipta lagu nasional yang diharapkan mampu mempopulerkan lgu nasional kembali.
Mapping research trends in mathematical creativity in mathematical instructional practices: A bibliometric analysis
Get PDFMathematical creativity is among the most intriguing research fields in the world. This is plausible because research on mathematical creativity, particularly in the field of education, has a positive impact on many dimensions of life. Even though numerous studies have been conducted on this topic, there are still many aspects that have not been examined. Using bibliometric analysis, the authors of this study evaluated scientific articles on mathematical creativity from 2002 to 2022 that were indexed in Scopus using Biblioshiny and VOSviewer. The authors analyzed 162 publications in terms of document distribution patterns and growth trends, contributions and impacts from countries, institutions, authors, and journals, patterns of development and evolution of the theme of mathematical creativity, and future research opportunities. Despite a decrease in the average number of citations per document, the results suggest a significant increase in the number of publications between 2002 and 2022. The United States and the University of Haifa are the nations and institutions with the highest publication output, ZDM-Mathematics Education has the highest impact, and Bicer is a core author who is extremely productive and influential. "Creativity" has been the most popular keyword over the past two decades, but it is not the only one. This study encourages future research on mathematical creativity in mathematics education to not only focus on the theme of discipline-specific instructional practices, but also on the theme of general instructional practices involving more person, process, product, and press/environment creativity
