Get PDFUsaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting bagi suatu negara. Keberadaan UMKM memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap peningkatan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan ekonomi suatu negara. Jumlah UMKM di Indonesia terus mengalami peningkatan termasuk provinsi Sumatera Barat dan khususnya di Kelurahan Tabing Banda Gadang Nanggalo Padang. Kelurahan Kelurahan Tabing Banda Gadang Nanggalo Padang memiliki banyak UMKM untuk bisa berkembang salah satunya adalah UMKM Dapur Sheza Snack. Usaha yang dikelola oleh UMKM Dapur Sheza Snaack antara lain : usaha kerupuk bawang dan aneka kerupuk lainnya, usaha kue basah , usaha kue kotak , usaha kue risoles dsb. Namun demikian UMKM tersebut belum mampu berkembang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi meliputi : akses permodalan dan pemasaran yang masih terbatas, manajemen usaha, pengelolaan keuangan dan SDM yang belum begitu baik serta kurangnya pengetahuan tentang aspek legal. Tidak jarang usaha hanya dijalankan dengan mengandalkan insting dan pengalaman saja. Oleh sebab itu perlu diberikan pelatihan kepada para pelaku usaha. Tujuan diadakan pelatihan adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola usaha sehingga mampu bertahan dan berkembang. Metode pelaksanaan adalah pelatihan/penyuluhan dan pembinaan. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah UMKM Dapur Sheza Snack dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, meningkatkan market share dan meningkatkan penjualannya. UMKM Dapur Sheza Membutuhkan pembinaan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola usaha, untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, branding, packaging memperluas pemasaran produk, dan pengetahuan dalam pengurusan paten produknya, sehingga nantinya UMKM Dapur Sheza Snack mampu berkembang dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
 
Aplikasi Pengolah Data Pada LPK (Lembaga Pelatihan Kursus) Sheza Komputer Pontianak
Get PDFLembaga pelatihan kursus membutuhkan suatu sistem berbasis teknologi informasi untuk membantu melancarkan proses kerja yang ada berupa aplikasi. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan merancang aplikasi pengolah data pada LPK Sheza Komputer Pontianak, agar dapat memudahkan, mempercepat dan melancarkan kegiatan yang ada, dalam hal ini berkaitan dengan kursus komputer yang dilakukan oleh peserta kursus. Objek dalam penelitian ini di LPK Sheza Komputer yang beralamat di jalan Sulawesi, Gang Haji Sarah No. 29C Pontianak Kalimantan Barat. Metode yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, obervasi dan studi pustaka. Dalam analisis sistem akan dibahas adalah dalam bentuk analisis terstruktur, yang terdiri dari bagan alir dokumen (flowmap), diagram konteks, dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi kursus komputer pada LPK Sheza Komputer yakni Flow of Document (FOD), diagram konteks, Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), Normalisasi dan Relasi Tabel. Karena masih menggunakan sistem manual, maka pencatatan, pengumpulan dan penyimpanan data menjadi tidak efisien serta keamanan data kurang terjamin. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini diharapkan proses registrasi dan penjadwalan kursus akan memakan waktu yang singkat dibandingkan dengan menggunakan sistem manual. Aplikasi pengolah data Lembaga Kursus Komputer diharapkan akan terhindar dari kesalahan kerangkapan data dan juga kehilangan data. Terhindar dari tumpukan catatan, karena dengan menggunakan sistem terkomputerisasi maka data akan tersimpan otomatis.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
