Kata kunci : Buah pare, kerupuk pare Buah pare merupakan sayuran buah, tanaman ini mempunyai daun yang berbentuk menjari dengan bunga yang berwarna kuning dan memiliki rasa yang pahit. Kerupuk adalah makanan ringan yang dibuat dari adonan tepung tapioka dicampur dengan bahan tambahan perasa yang banyak digemari mulai dari anak-anak sampai orang dewasa. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah belum diketahui kandungan atau nutrisi karbohidrat, protein, lemak , mineral, abu, dan total karothen pada buah pare. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui kandungan nutrisi setelah diolah menjadi kerupuk buah pare. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendapatkan formulasi kerupuk substitusi buah pare yang dapat diterima oleh panelis, mengukur kandungan nutrisi kerupuk buah pare. Metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah metode pengolahan blansir dan non blansir dengan proses pengeringan matahari. Uji yang dilakukan pada penelitian tahap I meliputi uji kimia (karbohidrat, protein, lemak, mineral, abu, dan total karothen) dan uji mutu hedonik (warna, rasa, tekstur, kerenyahan). Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dengan uji Duncan (UJD) atau DMRT yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan Spider Web untuk melihat kerupuk buah pare yang dapat diterima oleh konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan hasil analisa diagram spiderweb diketahui bahwa substitusi dengan metode non blansir menghasilkan warna, kerenyahan, tekstur, dan rasa kerupuk buah pare yang paling disukai. Kandungan gizi kerupuk buah pare dengan substitusi 10% yaitu karbohidrat sebesar 84,26%,air sebesar 13,06%, abu sebesar 1,60%, protein sebesar 1,08%, total karoten 0,0078mg/g, lemak sebesar 0%

In this research, there are several formulations of legal problems, namely as follows. First 1. What are the factors causing the crime of premeditated murder committed by stepfathers against stepchildren at the Pekanbaru Police? In this research, the writer uses empirical sociological research (Observational Research) that is by going into the field to get some data. The data and data sources that the author uses are secondary data, while the data collection techniques that the author uses are using observation, interview and documentation techniques. While the method of drawing conclusions that the author uses in this study is the deductive method, namely drawing conclusions from things that are general to specific. From the results of the research and discussion that the authors found, they are as follows: First, the factors causing the occurrence of the crime of premeditated murder committed by the stepfather against the stepchild at the Pekanbaru Police, namely internal factors such as emotions and mental disorders, as well as external factors, namely economic pressure and low education of actors. The second is the actions and efforts to overcome law enforcers in the case of premeditated murder committed by the stepfather against his stepdaughter at the Pekanbaru Police. namely by using penal and non-penal approaches.
