    Transformational Leadership Sebagai Prediktor Job Satisfaction Karyawan di PT XYZ Kabupaten Boyolali

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kepemimpinan transformasional sebagai prediktor kepuasan kerja pada karyawan di PT. XYZ Kabupaten Boyolali. Dalam penelitian ini, penelitian kuantitatif digunakan sebagai metode penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 200 orang dari populasi 500 orang. Probability sampling digunakan dalam metode pengambilan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengadaptasi skala The Multifactor Leadership Questionaire (MLQ 5X) yang disusun oleh Bass & Avolio, (1995) untuk mengukur variabel kepemimpinan transformasional sedangkan variabel kepuasan kerja di ukur dengan skala dari Job Satisfaction Survey yang disusun oleh (Spector, 1997). Pada pengujian hipotesis didapatkan hasil R2 = 0.504 (p<0,05). Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di PT. XYZ Kabupaten Boyolali This research aims to determine transformational leadership as a predictor of job satisfaction among employees at PT. XYZ Boyolali Regency. In this research, quantitative research is used as a research method. This research used a sample of 200 people from a population of 500 people. Probability sampling is used in the sampling method. In this research the author adapted the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ 5X) scale compiled by Bass & Avolio, (1995) to measure the transformational leadership variable while the job satisfaction variable was measured using the scale from the Job Satisfaction Survey compiled by (Spector, 1997).     Fingerprint is the skin on the palms of the hands and feet that are covered with small ridge lines. Fingerprint pattern belonging to every human is being unique. There are fingerprint on the ridge pattern will not change during human life. Ridge pattern is characteristic of the fingrprint that can be used for biometric identification. Based on fingerprint ridge pattern into four, namely whorl, ulnar loop, radial loop, and arch. Minutiae Extraction (Crossing Number), Core and Delta, Center Point Location can be used for fingerprint pattern recognition. Some of the methods used in the fingerprint pattern recognition is Minutiae Extraction, and Thinning Zhang-Suen and Stentiford. Croosing Number is used for process Minutiae Extraction, example termination and bifurcation. The classification method used Linear Discriminant Analysis. The result fingerprint pattern recognition is system can recognize fingerprint patter as much as 20 images and system can not recognize fingerprint pattern as much as 10 images. Accuracy of fingerprint pattern recognition is 66%. </strong

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Dukungan Sosial dan Manajemen Diri dalam Society 5.0 pada karyawan X Hotel & Residences. Penelitian ini yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 75 orang yang diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Penelitian ini yang menggunakan skala dalam pengumpulan data. Skala variabel Manajemen Diri yang merupakan skala yang dibuat sendiri oleh penulis dengan mengacu pada aspek dari Maxwell (2014). Skala variabel Dukungan Sosial yang merupakan skala hasil modifikasi dari Sarafino & Smith (2011). Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan bantuan software SPSS for windows release 20. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa Nilai R2 = 0,227; F = 88,184; p <0,05 yang berarti ada hubungan Manajemen Diri yang diberikan Dukungan Sosial sebanyak 0,88 % terhadap Manajemen Diri dan sisanya yaitu 0,84 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak ada dalam penelitian ini. Dengan begitu, dapat diketahui bahwa Dukungan Sosial yang mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan dalam mempengaruhi Manajemen Diri pada karyawan X Hotel & Residences. This research aims to determine the relationship between Social Support and Self-Management in Society 5.0 in X Hotel & Residences employees. This research uses quantitative methods which are carried out by jumping directly into the field. The samples used amounted to 75 people taken by the technique saturated sampling. This study used scale in data collection. The scale of the Self-Management variable which is a scale created by the author himself with reference to aspects of Maxwell (2014). Social Support variable scale which is a modified scale from Sarafino & Smith (2011). Data analysis is done with the help of SPSS 20 for windows release software. The results showed that the Value of R2 = 0,227; F= 88,184; p <0,05 which means that there is a relationship of Self-Management that Social Support is provided as much as 0,88 % to Self-Management and the rest that is 0,84 % is influenced by other variables that were not present in this study. That way, it can be known that Social Support has a positive and significant relationship in influencing Self-Management in X Hotel & Residences employees

    AbstractAt Soka riverbanks, there are some archeological remain artifacts of the Jatinom village founding figure and an Islamic preacher. In the present, the area of Jatinom has been developed into a religious Tourism village although most pilgrims only come to the place at the tradition ceremony only. The study aims to develop the tourism of Jatinom by maximizing the potential of riverbanks condition. It employed a descriptive-qualitative approach.. The results show that the tourism development could be realized by combining a religious tourism with nature-based tourism, connecting the tourism objects through easy access, and improving the quality of landscape

    KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSAKSIONAL DAN DISIPLIN KERJA PT. MG SEMARANG

    This study aims to analyze the relationship between transactional leadership and work discipline at PT. MG Semarang. The subjects used in this study are employees who are still actively working at PT. MG Semarang. The population in the company is 100 employees and the sample to be used is 50 employees at PT. MG Semarang who had previously been willing to be a participant in this study. This subject was found from employees at PT. MG Semarang by taking data random sampling technique which is done by making a lottery with each name of the employee who came out who will get and fill out the questionnaire that has been provided in this study. The data scale collection method used by the author is by using the scale of transactional leadership by Robbins (2007) and work discipline by Rivai (2005). The data obtained were then performed statistical tests with correlation analysis with Spearman's rho between transactional leadership variables with work discipline. The results of the data obtained after statistical tests in this study are that there is no significant relationship between the variables of transactional leadership with work discipline, with an r value of 0.210; p&gt; 0.05. The absence of a relationship between transactional leadership and work discipline can be interpreted, transactional leadership in PT. MG Semarang does not give a role in work discipline to its employees. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu karyawan yang masih aktif bekerja. Populasi yang ada dalam perusahaan tersebut 100 karyawan dan sampel yang akan digunakan yaitu 50 karyawan yang sebelumnya telah bersedia menjadi partisipan dalam penelitian ini. Pengambilan data yang digunakan dengan cara teknik random sampling dengan melakukan undian dengan setiap nama karyawan yang keluar yang akan mendapat dan mengisi kuisioner yang telah disediakan dalam penelitian. Metode skala pengambilan data yang digunakan penulis dengan menggunakan skala kepemimpinan transaksional oleh Robbins (2007) dan disiplin kerja oleh Rivai (2005). Data yang diperoleh dilakukan uji statistik dengan analisis korelasi spearman’s rho antara variabel kepemimpinan transaksional dengan disiplin kerja. Hasil data yang diperoleh setelah dilakukan uji statistik didapati nilai r sebesar 0,210; p&gt;0,05. Maka dapat disimpulkan tidak adanya hubungan antara kepemimpinan transaksional dengan disiplin kerja yang dapat diartikan, kepemimpinan transaksional dalam PT. MG Semarang tidak memberi peran terhadap disiplin kerja pada karyawannya. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transaksional; disiplin kerj
