Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Lampung Selatan Nomor 3 Tahun 2020 tentang Ketenteraman, Ketertiban Umum, dan Perlindungan Masyarakat
The type of research used by the author is a normative-empirical type of research. This article was published to find out and analyze the implementation of the South Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning Peace, Order, and Community Protection. Research shows that the inhibiting factors for the implementation of the South Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning Public Order and Community Protection include human resources, facilities and infrastructure issues, as well as budget issues. Second, the factor of obedience and public awareness in complying with local regulations. In addition, the South Lampung Regency Regional Regulation Number 3 of 2020 concerning Public Order and Community Protection has been implemented, but not optimally—especially regarding the guidance, control, and supervision carried out by the Regional Regulation Enforcement Agency or the State Civil Apparatus or ASN

The influence of nonylphenol on life-history of the earthworm Dendrobaena octaedra Savigny: linking effects from the individual- to the population-level
We conducted a study to look at the effects of nonylphenol (NP) on the life-history of the parthenogenetic earthworm, Dendrobaena octaedra. During a 196-day study, we observed that the growth rate of juveniles and the percentage of worms producing cocoons were the only traits significantly affected by NP, while the total number of cocoons produced was marginally affected. Despite some fairly large changes in the average values of individual life-history traits caused by NP, the effects were difficult to detect statistically due to large interindividual variability. A declining trend was observed for population growth rate (λ) with increasing NP concentration, but the decline was not statistically significant. The percent reduction in λ was less than the percent reduction in the most sensitive life-history trait (fecundity). An elasticity analysis showed that λ was more sensitive to changes in survival than to changes in reproductive traits. However, neither juvenile nor adult survival were affected by NP, and decomposition analysis showed that the minor changes in λ were mainly caused by effects of NP on time to first reproduction, time between reproduction events and fecundity. The present study suggests that extrapolation from laboratory studies to population effects in the field may be greatly enhanced by combining ecotoxicological and demographic methods. JALAN ANALISIS PENGARUH BEBAN LALU LINTAS TERHADAP UMUR RENCANA
Godean Road is one of the roads whose traffic volume is quite dense, causing a decrease in the planned life of this road. Some of the factors that make this road experience a decrease in the planned life are high traffic volume, vehicle axle loads, and also vehicle loads. Based on this, the author conducted research on the road using the Bina Marga Method and the 1993 ASSHTO Method. The Bina Marga method (Pavement Design Manual 2017) is used to calculate average daily traffic and calculate vehicle equivalent numbers. Based on the results of data analysis using the Bina Marga Method (Pavement Design Manual 2017), it was found that the average daily traffic on the Godean road of Sleman DIY district was 78887 vehicles / day / direction, and the equivalent number of each vehicle was obtained, light vehicles 0.0024, pick ups 0.0206, small buses 0.31545, large buses 0.38424, 2-axis light trucks 3.048, 2-axis medium trucks 6.422, 3-axis trucks 5.2418, trailer trucks 6.708, and semi trailer trucks 5.182. The ASSHTO 1993 method is used to calculate the remaining life of the road plan. Based on the results of data analysis, it is obtained that the percentage of road reduction rates on the Godean road is 40%, a reduction of 60%.Jalan Godean merupakan salah satu jalan yang volume lalu lintasnya cukup padat menyebabkan penurunan umur rencana pada jalan ini.
Seismic Performance of Instant Steel Frame House for Post Earthquake Reconstruction
Earthquakes in Indonesia revealed that the majority of the destroyed buildings were community dwellings. For instance, the 2006 Yogyakarta earthquake itself caused 390,077 houses collapsed. The recent earthquakes in 2018 that happened in Lombok and Palu again caused 83,392, and 68,451 houses collapsed, respectively. Those collapsed houses were dominated by brick masonry wall type houses, which caused thousands of casualties in each major earthquake. This is due to the fact that the dwellings were not built properly, and this type of system is considered brittle. The casualties were caused mainly by the falling debris of the brick masonry walls. Recently new types of houses are introduced for the reconstruction after the earthquakes to satisfy the slogan Built Back Better. One of the newly introduced types of houses is called Instant Steel Frame House with the Indonesian acronym RISBA that can be built only within several days. The main steel frames of RISBA are made of double canal CNP 95 × 33 × 10 × 1.8 profile. This paper discusses the seismic performance of RISBA by using pushover analysis with SAP 2000 software. To take into account the material non-linearity, flexural plastic hinges were inserted in the frames. Pushover analysis results show that RISBA will respond almost elastically even in the very high seismic region like Palu City in Indonesia. In 2018 experience a big earthquake because especially the RISBA is very light. It is noted that adequate anchorages must be provided in the tie beams to prevent the locking mechanism. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd
