THE ANALYSIS OF ORGANIZATION CULTURE USING THE ORGANIZATION CULTURE ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENT (OCAI) BASED ON THE COMPETING VALUES FRAMEWORK (CVF), Case of Pamella Supermarket 3 Yogyakarta
Based on previous researches, corporate culture becomes one of the primary factors in assessing a company\u27s performance in achieving its goals. Author assumes that organization culture is a set of value that can affect habitual behavior as well as the performance of the people within it. To prove this, author conducted a case study on what kind of organization culture is currentially dominant and preferred culture in next years in Pamella Supermarket 3 Yogyakarta using the Six- Dimensional Organization Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) Competing Values System. Objective of this study is to provide cultural recommendations according to expectations of all organization actors. The research methodology used is quantitative by distributing questionnaires to all employees (55) people and (45) completed questionnaire. In each dimension, the questionnaire contains eight statements, which are divided into four current cultural statements and four expected cultural statements. Organization culture dominated by the Pamella Supermarket 3 Yogyakarta is Hierarchy (26,5) points, based on the study \u27s results, Market (23,5) points is the lowest. Pamella Supermarket 3 Yogyakarta dominated by Hierarchy which is characterized by a highly structured place and by the company\u27s formal policies. This organization expects a culture over the next years that is inclined to be dominated by Clan culture with a number of 27,9 points, by growing the Market culture by the sum of 23,7 that is currently embedded in the business. They want a family culture, healthy, responsive, trustworthy, have great mutual confidence. People still want their organization have achievement and result orientation with highly competitive little bit below than the main culture.Pamella Supermarket 3 Yogyakarta will perform training such as understanding, personal development coaching training, team building-learning, bottom-up approach, and apply the new organization climate in order to get expected culture. Keywords: organization culture, OCAI, CVE, hierarchy, market, cla

An Action Research to Map and Describe the Business Ecosystem of Muslim Fashion Industry in Bandung in Form of a Short Movie
Abstract. Bandung has the vision to be the Muslim fashion Capital in 2020 since it has the strengths and opportunities for it. However, this vision needs to be supported by the proper programs and strategy from collaborated elements in Quadro Helix which are the government, academicians, business players, and communities. Therefore, the business ecosystem needs to be described first in order to get the clear understanding of the current condition of Muslim fashion Industry in Bandung. Through a qualitative action research method, the author conducted the research to map and describe the business ecosystem of Muslim fashion industry in Bandung in form of a short movie. The short movie is purposed as an attractive learning tool that can inform and inspire those who want to start or already in Muslim fashion business. The decision to use short movie was based on some researches that show the use of film in education and it is based on the decision of CIEL SBM ITB as the problem owner.  Due to the limitation on research budget and time, this action research is only focused to create a project proposal of a short movie that includes story idea, screenplay and director’s treatment, without truly producing it. By using focus group discussion and semi-structured interviews, data is collected and analyzed by using narrative analysis method. As the result, the movie should fulfill the criteria: inspirational and educative, attractive to watch, and also beneficial to the sponsors. So, the author must develop the story idea become somewhat an appropriate screenplay and director’s treatment to match with those criteria. The content of the movie also must summarize the findings about the current condition of Muslim fashion industry in Bandung, and the role of each element in Quadro Helix model for the Muslim fashion industry. Last, the short movie must insert suggestion and the keys success for those who want to enter or already in the business as well.  Keywords: Business Ecosystem, Muslim Fashion Industry, Bandung, Action Research
Konseptualisasi Learning Agility Mahasiswa di Era COVID-19
COVID–19 caused schools and universities to change their regular program to online learning. Online learning requires the student to be agile and engaged in the learning process. This paper investigated the impact of goal orientation, openness to experience, and psychological safety toward learning agility on university students. This research used PLS–SEM to analyze the relationships among learning agility constructs. The author conducted quantitative research by developing an online survey using questionnaires from the previously widely used and well–validated instrument. The participants of this study are 206 industrial engineering students of Telkom University, Indonesia. The instrument was fulfilled to what extent the participant agreed with the statement using a six–point Likert scale. A significant relationship was found between learning agility factors: goal orientation, openness to experience, and psychological safety toward learning agility. It was found that goal orientation has a large effect size on learning agility. Thus, it played a central role in the model. Future studies should be conducted with a larger sample with several individual attributes. It may determine whether individual attributes predict difference variation of learning agility. The differences could be examined by making group–specific comparisons
Non Parametric Maximum Likelihood Estimation of Features in Spatial Point Processes Using Voronoï Tesselation
We address the problem of estimating the support domain of a bounded spatial point process in the presence of background noise. This happens for example when detecting a minefield from aerial observations. The image returned by the electronic device contains putative mine locations and is corrupted by clutter. The problem is to find the boundaries of the minefield and to estimate the number of mines inside the minefield. The maximum likelihood solution is worked out in the case of a mixture of uniform random variables by use of a natural tesselation of the plane defined by the data themselves: the Voronoi tesselation. The method is then tested for 1 and 2 dimensional simulated processes; it is shown that this estimator is robust when applied to more regular point processes.
