    Předmětem mé bakalářské práce ?Rešerše datových zdrojů satelitních dat s důrazem na aplikace v dopravě? je popsat a zjednodušit přístup k satelitním datům všem možným uživatelům, která jsou na ČVUT nově dostupné prostřednictvím systému EUMETCast. Dále má tato práce za cíl osvětlit čtenářům, jak se dané zdroje satelitních dat již využívají ve světě a také jakým způsobem lze dané produkty satelitního systému využít v dopravě. Záměrem této práce je také poukázat na přínos a užitečnost tohoto zdroje dat pro Fakultu dopravní ČVUT.The subject of bachelor thesis "Review of satellite data sources with emphasis on transportation domain" is to describe and to simplify the access to satellite data, which are on ČVUT newly available through system EUMETCast, to all users. Furthermore to describe how are the data sources used in all over the world and how to use them in traffic. Its purpose is also to refer the benefits and usefulness of this system on ČVUT Faculty of traffic

In addition to the OH stretch overtones (nν1)(n\nu_{1}), the major components of the spectra are the overtones of the CH stretch (up to 5νCH5\nu_{CH}) as well as combinations of the OH stretch with the CO stretch (nν1+ν8)(n\nu_{1}+\nu_{8}), the COH bend (nν1+ν6)(n\nu_{1}+\nu_{6}), and both (nν1+ν6+ν8)(n\nu_{1}+\nu_{6}+\nu_{8}). These data, together with photoacoustic data [1] up to 18,250cm118,250 cm^{-1} and previously reported IRLAPS data [2] up to 22,166cm122,166 cm^{-1} have been fit to an anharmonic Hamiltonian. In this Hamiltonian, the CH stretch vibrations are treated as a pair of local modes, vav_{a} and v6v_{6} for vCH=3v_{CH} = 3 and higher. The other modes are treated as the usual normal vibrations

    TORSIONAL ANALYSIS OF METHANOL IN THE OH VIBRATIONAL MANIFOLD UP TO vOH=6v_{OH} = 6

The rotationally resolved spectra at each level were obtained in Lausanne by double resonance excitation and IRLAPS (infrared laser-assisted photodissociation spectroscopy) detection. The data reveal approximately regular torsional energy patterns with a monotonically decreasing K=0K = 0 torsional tunnelling splitting from 9.1cm19.1 cm^{-1} on the ground state to 1.6cm11.6 cm^{-1} at vOH=6v_{OH} = 6. The torsional tunnelling splittings, together with two different models for the vibrational dependence of the torsional moment of inertia, are used to estimate the torsional barrier heights. The data are consistent with an approximately linear increase in the torsional barrier height from 373cm1373 cm^{-1} in the ground state of 612 or 644cm1644 cm^{-1} at vOH=6v_{OH} = 6

    Cryogenically cooled octupole ion trap for spectroscopy of biomolecular ions

    We present here the design of a linear octupole ion trap, suitable for collisional cryogenic cooling and spectroscopy of large ions. The performance of this trap has been assessed using ultraviolet (UV) photofragmentation spectroscopy of protonated dipeptides. At the trap temperature of 6.1 K, the vibrational temperature of the ions reaches 9.1 K, although their estimated translational temperature is similar to 150 K. This observation suggests that, despite the significant translational heating by radio-frequency electrical field, vibrational cooling of heavy ions in the octupole is at least as efficient as in the 22-pole ion traps previously used in our laboratory. In contrast to the 22-pole traps, excellent radial confinement of ions in the octupole makes it convenient for laser spectroscopy and boosts the dissociation yield of the stored ions to 30%. Overlap of the entire ion cloud by the laser beam in the octupole also allows for efficient UV depletion spectroscopy of ion-He clusters. The measured electronic spectra of the dipeptides and the clusters differ drastically, complicating a use of UV tagging spectroscopy for structural determination of large species.
