Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur (1 )pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap kinerja, (2) pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Kinerja, (3) pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja Karyawan pada Koperasi Manunggal Jaya Kecamatan Muara Tembesi, Kabupaten Batang Hari. Variabel yang
digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kompensasi (X1), Motivasi (X2) dan Kinerja (Y).
Data yang digur.akan adalah kompeLsasi, tingkat kehadiran dan pencapaian target Tahun 2009 - 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan populasi dan sampel karyawan dengan teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan metode sensus.
Metode analisis yang digunakan berupa analisis kuantitatif (statistik induktit) dan analisis kualitatif (statistic deskriptit). Analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi
linier berganda dengan menggunakan paket statistic SPSS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkau Kinerja Karyawan Koperasi Manunggal Jaya dipengaruhi oleh variabel independent kompensasi dan motivasi lebih kecil dibanding dipengaruh oleh variabel Iain selain kompensasi dan motivasi. Secara
parsial kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja sedangkan motivasi secara parsial tidak berpengarcll terhadap kinerja dikarenakan motivasi secara sendiri tidak dapat bekerja mempengaruhi kinerja tetapi dapat menjadi aspek penguatan
bila dipadukan dengan kompensasi. Secara simultan kompensasi dan motivasi berpengaruh terahdap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Manunggal Jaya Kecamatan Muara Tembesi, dimana kompensasi memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Koperasi Manunggal Jaya Kecamatan Muara Tembesi.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, oaka yang direkomendasikan kepada pimpinan Koperasi Manunggal Jaya Kecamatan Muara Tembesi harus tetap memperhatikan perbaikan kompensasi sehubungan dengan harapan karyawan untuk jaminan hidup yang lebih baik. Sehingga untuk mencapai kinerja yang optimal dari karyawannya, Koperasi Manunggal Jaya Kecamatan Muara Tembesi perlu menyusun sistem kompensasi yang mendukung dan mendorong motivasi karyawan hingga dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang unggul

Get PDFPurpose of this final report is to determine the effect of service quality to satisfaction of the students at the Institute of Education Giovani English Course Betung. I would like to know the extent of service quality the most dominant influence students satisfaction and influence whether or not that levels of students satisfaction. Data used is student satisfaction, which is the dependent variable (Y) and the perception of students based on five levels of service quality which is the independent variable (X), which is a tangible (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4), and empathy (X5). Analysis of data using the F-test and T-test. The Results of demonstrating the value of R Square influencing students satisfaction to using service of Giovani English Course Betung for 80.3%. For 80.3% of student satisfaction on Giovani English Course Betung are influenced by five levels of quality of service and the remaining 19.7% influences include other factors beyond this study. Level of the service quality the most dominant influence students satisfaction is the level of the reliability (X2). Based on the results of the study, the authors suggested that more attention to the five levels of the student’s service quality, especially the level of service quality that does not affect the student satisfaction
Pengaruh Pemberian Ekstrak Belut (Monopterus albus) pada Penyembuhan Luka Bakar Tikus Putih Jantan Sprague-Dawley
No full textThe aim of this investigation was a clinical evaluation of the accelerating effect of Monopterus albus extract on the burn wound healing in male Sprague-Dawley rats weighted 200-300. The sample then extracted using wet rendering method using aqua-dest as extractor. This was experimental research with posttest only control group design. The subjects were ten male Sprague-Dawley rats devided into two group (control group 1 and experimental group 2). Every group consist of five rats. Heated metal plat (2cm x 2cm) used to get full thickness burn wound on dorsal rat part. Then, Monopterus albus extract was given to group 2 for 20 days. The results showed that Monopterus albus extract have significant effect (p < 0,05) to wound healing of rat models. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat percepatan penyembuhan luka bakar pada tikus putih jantan Sprague-Dawley (200-300 gram) dengan penggunaan ekstrak belut (Monopterus albus). Sampel diekstrak dengan air menggunakan metoda rendering basah. Penelitian menggunakan 10 hewan uji yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok ( grup satu sebagai kontrol dan grup dua perlakuan). Tiap grup terdiri dari lima ekor hewan. Plat logam panas (2cm x 2cm) digunakan untuk membuat luka bakar pada punggung tikus. Kemudian ekstrak Monopterus albus dioleskan pada luka bakar grup 2 selama 20 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekstrak Monopterus albus mempunyai efek mempercepat penyembuhan luka bakar pada tikus percobaan secara signifikan
