Nunung Nurjanah.M. kes.Keyword : Cassava , cookies Cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) is another type of tuber that have potency becomes an alternative source of food. Cassava also kind of tuber that can be a substitution of flour in process of making cookies, noodle, and bread, if it already change becomes flour . cookies is a kind of little tidbits that made from flour, whereas flour is imported products, that’s why for decrease consumption of flour and utilizing potential of cassava the research of making cookies from cassava needs to be done. This research is experiment of making cookies that are made from cassava flour with ratio 70%,60%,50% from 100% cassava flour. the purpose of this research is to knowing characteristic of organoleptic which includes the color of taste and texture through differentiated test and hedonic test. Data acquisition is from expert panelis, they are students of culinary college, period 2009-2010.Analyze system use a analyze of variant and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The result of this analyze shows that there is difference in taste, texture, color of cookies which cookies made from cassava flour and cookies made from wheat flour with composition 50%:50%, 60%:40% and 70%:30%. Hedonic test indicates that the sense of color and texture of the cookies with composition of raw cassava flour and wheat flour by 50% : 50% are favored among other compositions. The result of differentiated test with raw cassava flour as much as 50% created expected color, taste and texture. as for the hedonic test results showed the lower cookies cassava flour, cassava amount used in minimal limits , the panelists are favored for the color, taste and texture of cassava cookies. Cassava cookies with cassava flour as much as 50%, produces a taste sweet, the color is yellow and for texture is crunchy, that tends to favored panelist. Conclusion of this research is the color, taste and texture of cassava cookies is different, depending on treatment. The best composition for color, taste and texture of cassava cookies is composition between cassava flour and wheat flour as much as 50%:50%. Suggestions for further research is doing research on utilization of cassava flour for other products

Vinil asetat monomer merupakan bahan kimia produk anatara
(intermediate product) yang dipakai dalam pembuatan polyvinyl acetate, vinil
asetat copolymer, polyvinyl alcohol dan vinyl chloride. Vinil asetat dalam bentuk
polimer ini sangat luas kegunaannya antara lain dalam industri pembuatan cat,
yaitu sebagai adhesive, pelapis, lem, film, tinta, ekstil dan industri kertas.
Sedangkan bentuk dari kapolimernya misalnya dengan acrylonitrile dipakai untuk
industri acrylic fibers.
Kebutuhan vinil asetat naik rata-rata 15 % pertahun, pengguna terbesar
dalam industri vinil asetat adalah industri perekat, industri tekstil dan cat yang
banyak terdapat di Indonesia. Kebutuhan vinil asetat masih dipenuhi dari impor
karena pabrik vinil asetat belum ada di Indonesia. Impor bahan kimia yang berupa
vinil asetat ini berasal dari Amerika Serikat, Jepang, dan Taiwan.
Pabrik Vinil Asetat Monomer dengan bahan baku Etilen, Asam Asetat, dan
Oksigen akan didirikan di Krakatau Industrial Estate Cilegon (KIEC), Banten,
dengan kapasitas produksi 128.000 ton/tahun pada tahun 2024.

PERHITUNGAN HARGA POKOK PRODUKSI DENGAN METODE FULL COSTING DAN ACTIVITY BASED COSTING PADA UMKM WISNA FROZEN FOOD PONOROGO
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan harga pokok produksi yang ada di UMKM Wisna Fresh Ponorogo pada periode 2021 di bulan Februari sampai dengan April. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode full costing dan activity based costing yang dikembangkan dari seluruh data biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi produk yang ada di UMKM, khusunya produk yang dilakukan perhitungan oleh peneliti yaitu nugget ayam, tahu tuna, siomay ayam. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa diantara dua metode tersebut ternyata metode activity based costing adalah metode yang paling tepat untuk digunakan pada perhitungan harga pokok produksi dengan laba yang dihasilkan semakin tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan dibandingkan pada sebelumnya dalam penjualan produk frozen food tidak adanya perhitungan harga pokok produksi sebagai pertimbangan pendapatan dari penjualan produk yang ada.

Background: As we know, at this time the State of Indonesia is experiencing an energy crisis due to the increasing number of population which has a direct effect on fuel consumption. Hydrogen is very likely to be an alternative fuel for the future. Findings: The hydrogen production process can be carried out biologically or chemically. Chemical production of hydrogen is to use alkaline aluminum to be used as an alkaline aluminum fuel cell. An alkaline-air aluminum fuel cell is a series of aluminum anodes in an alkaline solution and oxygen gas in the cathode that will produce electrical energy. Methods: This research tries to utilize aluminum foil waste (Cigarette Wrapper) as a source of aluminum for hydrogen production. For this reason, research into the production of hydrogen gas from aluminum foil waste using a KOH catalyst. Hydrogenation is done by the process of Hydrognation with temperatures of 25 ° C, 30 ° C, and 40 ° C, with the activator used is Potassium Hydroxide with concentrations of 1M, 2M, 3M, and 4M. Conclusion: The results showed that at 25 ° C with a concentration of 1M there was a volume weight of 286.04 ml. The 2M concentration contained a volume weight of 165.31. 3M concentrations have a volume weight of 118.80 ml. The 4M concentration contained a volume weight of 112.90 ml. At a temperature of 30 ° C with a concentration of 1M there is a volume weight of 217.19 ml. The 2M concentration contained a volume weight of 271.22 ml. 3M concentration contained a volume weight of 273.48 ml. 4M concentration was 272.79 ml. At 40 ° C with a concentration of 1M there is a volume weight of 927 ml. The 2M concentration contained a volume weight of 640.9 ml. 3M concentration contained a volume weight of 453.6 ml. and the 4M concentration contained a volume weight of 299.7 ml. The best results are shown in KOH Activator temperature 40 ° C with a volume weight of 299.7 ml and a concentration of 4M

The Effect of Ultrasound Therapy and Muscle Energy Technique on a Case of a Young Adult with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
Case description. This case study evaluates an adult male, 24 years old, diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and referred to a physiotherapy clinic because of pain and stiffness in the forearm and an inability to lift a heavy object. A physiotherapy session was given twice a week for three weeks. In the first week, ultrasound and reciprocal inhibition were applied, in the second week ultrasound therapy and post-isometric relaxation were applied and in the last week, ultrasound therapy and a post-contraction stretch were applied. After five interventions, the combination of ultrasound therapy and muscle energy techniques improved the functional ability by about 86.97% (from 19.2 to 2.5) measured with the Disabilities of the Arm Shoulder and Hand questionnaire (DASH). This case study suggests that the combination of ultrasound therapy and muscle energy techniques used for thoracic outlet syndrome, including a home exercise plan with the continuous monitoring of posture correction, could allow the patient to return to work
