JURIDICAL ANALYSIS OF GENERAL ELECTION COMMISSION JUDGMENT ABOUT VERIFICATION OF POLITICAL PARTIES IN GENERAL ELECTION STAGE YEAR 2019
Full text linkThis study aimed to find out the mechanism of political parties verification done by KPU (General
Election Commission) in general election stage of 2019, and also to find out the factors cause the
political parties did not pass that verification.
In this study, the author used library research method. It is chosen because considered relevant to
the author’s study that is a study of normative law by using normative study case in the form of
law product, law attitude, for example to study positive norm or verdict. In analyzing the general
election commission judgment about political parties’ verification in general election stage of
2019. So that this positive law study focused on inventory positive of law, principles, doctrine of
law, philosophy of law, discovery of law in case of inconcreto, systematics of law, the level of
synchronization and harmonization, comparison and history of law.
The result of this study was about the mechanism of political parties’ verification done by KPU
(General Election Commission) in general election of 2019, based on the ruling of the
constitutional court (MK) Number 53/PUU-XV/2017 about political parties’ verification. Factors
causing the failure of political parties from verification, the provision of the article number 173
subsection 2 Law Number 2 Year 2017 about General Election, such as having a party’s
administrator about 75% in the number of districts/city in the province concerned, having a party’s
administrator about 50% in the number of sub-districts in districts/city of the province concerned,
and include the fewest of 30% women representativeness on political parties’ administrator of the
main office
Enkripsi data digital berupa file text menggunakan metode gost (Gosudarstvennyi standard) dan aplikasinya menggunakan bahasa pemrograman delphi
Full text linkUntuk mengamankan data/informasi dan pihak pengganggu diperlukan metode pengamanan data dan salah satunya dengan metode enkripsi. Tugas akhir ini membahas pengarnanan data digital berupa file teks yaitu dengan menggunakan metode enkripsi GOST (Gosudarstvennyi Standard). Proses enkripsinya menggunakan operasi logika xor, yang dikombinasikan dengan proses substitusi, dan transposisi menurut fungsi Lr-j xor AR,i,Kr) dimana Mr-hKr) (T(S(Rr_i xor KO)). Sandi diperoleh dari pesan plainteks yang dibagi dua menjadi Lo dan Ro selanjutnya diproses sesuai algoritma enkripsi GOST dengan kontrol pemasukan kunci. Proses enkripsi ini menghasilkan data yang terenkripsi yang diharapkan aman dan pengganggu. Dan sebaliknya pesan plainteks diperoleh dengan mendekripsi sandi menggunakan algoritma dan kunci yang sama.
The efforts to keep the data being leaked to the adversary, it is need such methods that can keep it secure, and one of them is the encryption's method. This final project explain about digital data security precisely on the text file with GOST (Gosudarstvennyi Standard) method. The encryption's process is using logical operation xor, combinated with substitution, and transposition process agree with function Lr_1 xor Mr-i,Kr) that AR,/,Kr) (TART.] xor KO)). The ciphertext is result from plantext divided by two L© and Ro then process agree with GOST encryption algorithm by control the entering key. This encryption process result the encrypted data that is hoped secure from adversary.And the otherwise, plantext order is resulted by decrypte ciphertext using the same algorithm and key.

Register Used in Motogp Official Instagram
Full text linkThis research is conducted to describe the types of register and the types of meanings used in MotoGP race. In this research, information about register in MotoGP is always updated. There are new words in the MotoGP race that not everyone knows what it means. The data contained words and sentences used on the official MotoGP page. Data source comes from social media Instagram. This type of research was descriptive qualitative. The object of research was from the MotoGP official Instagram. The author collected posts on the official MotoGP account page, the author read carefully, and wrote words and sentences from the list and provides data codes. In analyzing data, the author classified data into categories as registers, analyzes data by identifying linguistic forms of registers, analyzing types of registers based on Rinaaghna’s theory (2012). Based on the analysis conducted, the researcher found that there were 6 data formal register types and 9 data included in the consultative register. The researcher also analyzed types of meaning by using Geoffrey Leech's theory (1981) and the researcher found two types of meanings namely 5 data types of formal meanings and 10 data included in the affective meanin
Register Used In Online Shop Of Instagram “A Sociolinguistics Perspective”
Full text linkThis research was made to study the type of register and the type of meaning used in online shopping on Instagram. This page deals with maintenance which is constantly updated about online shopping news. There are new words in online shopping that not everyone knows what they mean. Data contains words and sentences used on instagram media pages. The data source is on Instagram social media. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The object of research is in several official online shopping Instagram accounts. The researcher collects posts on the page on the online shopping account page, the author reads the post carefully, and translates words and phrases from the list, and provides the data code. In analyzing data, the researcher classifies data into categories as registers, analyzes data by understanding the linguistic form of registers, analyzes the types of registers based on Finch and Joos theory. Based on the analysis, researchers found that in this types of register there were 17 consultative register words (80%), and 3 casual register words (20%). And researchers also found that there are 18 affective meanings (85%), and 2 reflected meanings (15%)
