    Evaluasi Penempatan Tower Crane Pada Proyek Pembangunan Jember Icon; Bima Anggaruci Bhirawa Yudha, 111910301059; 2015; Jurusan Teknik Sipil; Fakultas Teknik; Universitas Jember. Pemakaian Tower Crane (TC) seringkali terkait oleh mahalnya biaya sewa dan biaya operasionalnya. Ada pun penempatan TC yang kurang tepat dan dapat berakibat kurang efisiennya pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Hal ini merupakan masalah yang dihadapi oleh kontraktor dan mempengaruhi efesiensi penggunaan TC terhadap jadwal proyek yang beresiko akan terjadinya pemborosan biaya pada penggunaan TC. Maka dari itu diperlukan suatu perhitungan keseimbangan beban kerja TC serta perbaikan penempatan TC itu sendiri dimana upaya tersebut dapat meminimalisasi durasi penggunaan pada setiap aktivitas proyeknya. Metode dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan dilakukan pada proyek konstruksi yang sedang dalam pembangunan pada proyek Jember Icon, yang berlokasi di Jalan Gajah Mada, Jember. Dari hasil observasi akan diketahui jadwal pemakaian TC dan aktivitas-aktivitas yang menggunakan TC. Tahapan analisis diawali dengan pembagian daerah tujuan material dan memastikan seluruh lokasi penempatan tower crane yang memungkinkan. Dengan menggunakan metode try and error, didapatkan output alternatif lokasi tower crane. Perbaikan penempatan TC akan dianalisis berdasarkan total waktu siklus dan keseimbangan beban kerja pengangkutan material dalam tahap pekerjaan yang ditinjau. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah total waktu pekerjaan dan keseimbangan beban kerja yang lebih kecil nilainya dari lokasi TC sebelumnya. Lokasi TC1 yang semula mempunyai koordinat di (64,778; 3,9119), TC2 di (103,38; 99,32), dan TC3 di (21,281; 91,886) lalu diperbaharui menjadi TC1 di (38,303; 41,934), TC2 di (87, 681; 40, 794), dan TC3 di (99,856; 99,586) dapat menekan nilai keseimbangan beban kerja viii (σ) menjadi lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 127,94 menit dari lokasi TC yang sebelumnya yaitu 156,2 menit. Total waktu kerja seluruh TC terminimalisir dari 10526 menit menjadi 9721.3 menit dengan rata-rata waktu setiap pekerjaan yang semula 3509 menit menjadi 3240,4 menit. Di samping itu, hanya pekerjaan beton saja yang dapat dihitung selisih waktunya terhadap pekerjaan per lantai karena titik supply beton berada di luar bangunan. Didapatkan rata-rata selisih waktu per lantai adalah 0,39238 menit. Selanjutnya dapat disimpulkan bahwa lokasi TC yang baru adalah optimum

    Dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan proyek jembatan Kereta Api BH-200 Km 46+274 Glenmore ini terlihat adanya ketidaksesuaian pemakaian cumber daya terutama penggunaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) rencana terhadap penggunaan SDM realisasi sehingga menyebabkan jadwal proyek lebih lama dari yang direncanakan. Analisa jadwal dengan metode network planning ini bertujuan untuk mempercepat jadwal penyelesaian proyek setelah diketahui pelaksanaan proyek mengalami keterlambatan sehingga penyelesaian proyek dapat terealisasi sesuai dengan rencana. Dengan analisa ini, jadwal proyek dipercepat yang dimulai dari kegiatan yang mengalami keterlambatan dengan cara menggeser pelaksanaaan kegiatan yang terletak di lintasan kritis atau dengan mengganti penggunaan SDM realisasi dengan SDM rencana untuk menyesuaikan jadwal proyek dan rencana biaya SDM. Dari analisa ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa jadwal realisasi proyek yang mengalami keterlambatan dapat dipercepat agar sesuai dengan jadwal rencana proyek dengan menggunakan SDM rencana pada kegiatan yang terdapat di lintasan kritis dan di luar lintasan kritis untuk menyesuaikan dengan rencana biaya pengeluaran proyek

    The development of information technology and the internet has changed traditional business processes to become more dynamic through digital platforms. E-commerce, as one of the innovations in online marketing, makes it easy for consumers to shop practically. Shopee is one of the most popular marketplaces in Indonesia with interactive features that support increased sales. Facetology sunscreen products, with modern marketing strategies such as Celebrity Endorser, Viral Marketing, and strong Brand Image, have succeeded in attracting consumers' attention. Indonesia's location on the equator with high sunlight intensity makes sunscreen a primary need for the community. This study uses an associative type with a quantitative approach, with data collection through distributing questionnaires to 155 active student respondents of UPN "Veteran" East Java who have purchased Facetology sunscreen products on the Shopee marketplace. Data analysis in this study includes testing validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, all of these analysis processes are carried out using the SPSS program. The results of the study show that the variables Celebrity Endorser, Viral Marketing, and Brand Image have a significant influence, both simultaneously and partially, on purchase decisions

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, dan Action) terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online pada pembeli produk di aplikasi Shopee di Kota Surabaya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuisioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Surabaya yang pernah membeli produk di aplikasi Shopee. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Kriteria pemilihan responden adalah konsumen pembeli Shopee yang tinggal di Surabaya, berusia minimal 17 tahun, dan telah melakukan pembelian minimal 2 kali. Analisis data dilakuan dengan menggunakan software Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) versi 25. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, dan Action) berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online pada pembelian produk Shopee di Kota Surabaya. Adapun secara parsial, variabel Attention dan Desire tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online. Sedangan variabel Interest dan Action berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online Attention tidak berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online. Interest berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online. Desire tidak berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online. Action berpengaruh terhadap Efektivitas Iklan Online

    Employee Performance Analysis Based on Compensation, Motivation and Work Environment at PT Support Logistic Indonesia

    This study analyzes the impact of compensation, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at PT Support Logistic Indonesia. A quantitative approach is applied using a survey method, with data collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that compensation, motivation, and work environment collectively have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, compensation and work environment significantly influence performance, while motivation has no impact. These findings suggest that enhancing employee welfare through fair compensation policies and fostering a conducive work environment can optimize employee performance

    A System Dynamics Approach to Optimizing Building Design for Constructability and Maintainability

    Many projects in Indonesia experience delays and budget overruns due to designs that do not align with field implementation and project cycles. This study introduces a System Dynamics (SD) approach as a breakthrough for modeling the complex, dynamic relationships among Design, Constructability, and Maintainability factors in building projects. The research's novelty lies in applying holistic, predictive dynamic simulation modeling to quantify the interplay among variables that have previously been analyzed only partially. Simulation results reveal that social, economic, and environmental aspects significantly influence design. A maintainability-focused strategy increases the Maintainability Index to 1.00, but reduces Constructability to 0.50. Conversely, prioritizing Constructability raises the Constructability Index to 1.00, while decreasing Maintainability by 30% (0.70). A hybrid scenario yields moderate improvements (Constructability 0.80, Maintainability 0.70), confirming that partial optimization results in suboptimal system performance. The implementation prospects are robust for the Indonesian construction industry. This model provides a quantitative basis for encouraging best practices such as early contractor and supplier involvement and more strategic integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM). Scenario simulations demonstrate that a balanced optimization strategy is significantly superior to a partial approach. Stakeholders can adopt these findings as a decision-making tool to allocate resources more effectively, improve construction efficiency, and ensure the long-term sustainability of building performance, thereby accelerating sustainable infrastructure development.     AbstractSettling of Tower Crane (TC) will influence efficiency of task served, it will effect to leasing cost and operational cost of TC. This problem is gotten by contractors while they arrange construction schedule. TC’s placement isn’t exact that due to extend scheduling and cost wasteful. Therefore, TC’s settling needs a calculation of TC workload balance in order to minimize duration time. To field observation will be taken an ongoing construction project which is Jember Icon’s Project on Gajah Mada street in Jember.     Analysis of Project Performance and Completion Time Using Evm and Cpm-Pert Methods (Case Study of Road Reconstruction Project)

    The implementation of physical work requires good project control because various conditions can affect the construction implementation process. The calculation of performance analysis is carried out with Earned Value Management (EVM) and the determination of project completion time is carried out by the CPM-PERT method. In this research, it was found that in the 26th week, the schedule performance index value was 0.75758 with an estimated project completion time using the EVM method of 242 days. The critical path shown by the CPM method is M - G - H - N - F - D - E - P - O - K - B – A with a total project completion time of 274 days. Based on the PERT method, the probability of completion time for the project is 71.90%. Acceleration is carried out using the CPM critical path with an optimistic duration of PERT. This acceleration can be done by optimizing the project completion time to 256 days

    Evaluation of Building Vulnerability to Earthquake Using Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) Method

    Indonesia is one of the countries prone to earthquakes. One of the earthquake disasters that occurred several years ago hit Palu and Donggala on September 28, 2018. It caused severe damage to infrastructure. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate buildings vulnerable to earthquakes as a form of prevention. One of the buildings in Jember, the dr. Soebandi hospital, experienced cracks in the walls during an earthquake measuring 6.0 on the Richter scale in Nusa Dua Bali on July 16, 2019. This study carried out the risk assessment of the vulnerability of buildings to earthquakes using the Rapid Visual Screening (RVS) method from FEMA P-154. RVS is a method to identify a building that is potentially vulnerable to earthquake hazards based on visual observations from the exterior and interior of the building. The results of the evaluation using the RVS method showed that the dr. Soebandi hospital is categorized as safe and not prone to earthquakes, with a potential vulnerability percentage of 0.0126%. Based on these results, the building does not require special treatment to anticipate earthquakes; however, maintaining the occupants' safety and extending the building's life requires routine maintenance
