An internal information system containing a database of East Java suppliers and distributors can support the guarantee of completeness and ease of access to supplier and distributor data at UKOT PT X in Surabaya, East Java. An interview with the Responsible Pharmacist (APJ) and documentation on PT X's documents were used to collect data. Following this, the final output of the data from the selected documentation is fed into the database that has been built as part of PT X's internal information system. The study was conducted on the internal database of PT X, and it focused on the database's completeness, accuracy, and accessibility. Users of UKOT PT X's internal database were asked to participate in the evaluation as respondents. The responses to the questionnaire indicated that PT X's database system was very complete in information about distributors of finished products and suppliers of raw materials (including herbal raw materials, excipients, and packaging). This conclusion was reached by eighty percent of the data completeness assessment intervals. All respondents correctly answered questions about data on suppliers and distributors of finished products, which are presented in PT X's internal information system database. In terms of data presentation, language, and search feature functions, 93.33% of respondents agree that the database in PT X's information system is very easy to access

    Lithofacies and depositional environment spanning the Cretaceous-Paleogene boundary on the New Jersey coastal plain

    The sedimentary record spanning the Cretaceous-Paleogene (K/Pg) boundary was examined in outcrop and in seven cores recovered from a 50 km long transect along the outcrop belt on the New Jersey coastal plain. The objectives were to: (1) conduct a high-resolution study of the K/Pg lithofacies, (2) document spatial and temporal changes in composition and texture of the sediments, and (3) interpret any changes in the depositional environment across this important geological boundary when a mass extinctions occurred. Analyses include core description, textural, petrographic, microprobe, and XRD analyses. Five lithofacies were interpreted in the Upper Cretaceous sediments and three lithofacies were recognized from the lowermost Paleogene deposits. Microprobe studies show the chemistry of Upper Cretaceous and lowermost Paleogene glauconite are identical (~7-8% K2O), but their color difference may suggest different redox condition. XRD analyses show the Upper Cretaceous clay contains more land-derived detritus than the lowermost Paleogene clay. The following sequence of events is interpreted from the sediment record spanning the K/Pg boundary: (1) deposition in near-shore setting and slow sedimentation in middle shelf when sea level was falling, albeit still shelfal depth; (2) deposition of K/Pg lithofacies when sea level was falling possibly creating a diastem but not a sequence boundary, per se; (3) a transgression above the K/Pg boundary; and (4) deposition in middle shelf possibly with decreased ocean productivity and a more reducing environment. There is no sedimentological evidence above the K/Pg boundary, suggesting tsunami-related deposition associated with a bolide impact. Either a tsunamite was eliminated by bioturbation, or NJCP was too far from the impact site to be affected. A transgressive lag, instead, was formed by normal sedimentation during the subsequent transgression in the early Paleocene.M.S.Includes bibliographical referencesby Hendra Wahyud

Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pertanian Agrobisnis Perkebunan (STIPAP) Medan tentang iklan layanan masyarakat bahaya merokok. Jenis penelitian deskriptif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Tempat penelitian di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Pertanian Agrobisnis Perkebunan (STIPAP) Medan Jalan Wiliam Iskandar (Jalan Pancing) Medan dengan waktu penelitian dimulai tanggal 20 Juli 2020 sampai dengan 25 Agustus 2020. Sedangkan untuk metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner, studi pustaka, dan observasi. Dan analisis data dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 responden dengan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada mahasiswa STIPAP sebanyak 20 pertanyaan. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa STIPAP Medan masih tidak puas dengan iklan layanan masyarakat bahaya merokok yang beredar di masyarakat. This study was titled the Student Perception about Public Service Advertising on the dangers of Smoking at the College of Agricultural Sciences Agro-Business Plantation (STIPAP) Medan.The objectives of this research were to investigate the perception of students that the College of Agricultural Sciences Agrobusiness Plantation (STIPAP) Medan about the public service advertising on the dangers of smoking. The used of this research by applying descriptive method. The research place at the College of Agricultural Sciences Agrobusiness Plantation (STIPAP) Medan Jalan Wiliam Iskandar (Jalan Pancing) Medan with the research time starting from July 20, 2020 to August 25, 2020. Meanwhile, As for data collection methods using questionnaires or questionnaires, literature studies, and observations. And analyzed data with a sample of 94 respondents with questionnaires distributed to STIPAP students as many as 20 questions. So, it was concluded that the STIPAP Medan students were still dissatisfied with public service advertisements about the dangers of smoking circulating in the society

    Analysis of Hendra Virus Fusion Protein N-Terminal Transmembrane Residues

    Hendra virus (HeV) is a zoonotic enveloped member of the family Paramyoxviridae. To successfully infect a host cell, HeV utilizes two surface glycoproteins: the attachment (G) protein to bind, and the trimeric fusion (F) protein to merge the viral envelope with the membrane of the host cell. The transmembrane (TM) region of HeV F has been shown to have roles in F protein stability and the overall trimeric association of F. Previously, alanine scanning mutagenesis has been performed on the C-terminal end of the protein, revealing the importance of β-branched residues in this region. Additionally, residues S490 and Y498 have been demonstrated to be important for F protein endocytosis, needed for the proteolytic processing of F required for fusion. To complete the analysis of the HeV F TM, we performed alanine scanning mutagenesis to explore the residues in the N-terminus of this region (residues 487–506). In addition to confirming the critical roles for S490 and Y498, we demonstrate that mutations at residues M491 and L492 alter F protein function, suggesting a role for these residues in the fusion process

In the example of garment and carpet companies, where both are companies engaged in the production of textile products, they still have their own distinct characteristics. Instead of having to develop their own production information system that is only suitable to be implemented in one company but not suitable to be implemented in other companies, a production information system is developed as a configurable system according to the needs of each user company. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze what is the difference between companies so that the system can accommodate all their needs. The system that has been designed is then tested on each company that has different characteristics by first configuring the system so that the system is in accordance with their needs. It is known that although the system implemented is the same system, the system is still able to accommodate the needs of each company. In its development, the developers of this system should be able to create a database design that is able to support the system that was developed to be implemented into a wide variety of courses and training institutes are there. To be able to generate a database design that is more general, the initial analysis is done by looking at the business processes of various types of institutions courses. From there it can be determined what data requirements contained in any business activity, then subsequently made the design of its database. The database design is made such that the design is divided into eight modules of tables design, and they are Employee tables, Event tables, Course tables, New Student Registration tables, Placement Test tables, Class Opening and Enrollment tables, Final Exam Implementation tables and Certification Exam tables. The design of the resulting database is able to accommodate all kinds of needs. Thus, this study will contribute to the developers of the system in determining the design of the database

    Situs web banyak dimanfaatkan orang untuk mencari informasi. Namun situs web yang hanya dibangun dengan menggunakan HTML akan menjadikan situs web tersebut bersifat statis dan kaku. Agar dapat menghasilkan suatu situs web yang dinamis dan interaktif, maka ke dalam HTML dapat ditambahkan suatu bahasa pemrograman skrip (scnptlng language). Namw1 sebelwn membuatnya, si perancang web haruslah mengerti terlebih dulu akan bahasa skrip yang hendak ia pakai. Dan uutuk dapat mengerti, maka ia harus terlebih dulu mempelajarinya dalam jangka waktu yang tidak singkat. Agar seorang perancang web dapat membuat sebuah situs web yang dinamis tanpa harus mengerti terlebih dulu akan bahasa skrip yang digunakan, maka diperlukan sebuah perangkat lunak yang dapat membuat situs web tersebut. Saat seseorang merancang sebuah situs web yang dinrunis. ada beberapa jenis halaman yang digunakan di dalrunnya, misalnya halaman login, logout, pencarian data, tambah data, ubah data, hapus data dan lain-lain. Sebuah basis data juga akan digunakan ke dalam situs web yang akan dibuat tersebut. Dan untuk memperindah tampilan, sebuah file .css akan digunakan sebagai theme. Pada tugas akhir ini dibuat suatu aplikasi, yaitu aplikasi website generator, yang akan menghasilkan tiga buah template atau contoh projek alas situs web yang dinamis. Ketiga template tersebut adalal1 template Registration, template GuestBook dan template Shopping Chart. Pemilihan atas ketiga template tersebut karena ketiga template ini dapat mewakili atas penggunaan beberapa jenis halaman sering digunakan. Bahasa sk.rip yang dapat di-generate oleh aplikasi website generator ini adalah ASP. Aplikasi website generator telah berhasil diimplemantasikan dan diuji coba. Uji coba dilakukan dengan menjalankan semua fasilitas yang ada pada tiap fasilitas. Dari basil uji coba, waktu yru1g dibutuhkan m1tuk dapat menghasilkan sebuah situs web yang dinrunis yang berasal dari template adalah singkat yaitu hanya sekitar satu menit. Saran untuk pengembangan aplikasi ini lebih lanjut adalah adanya fasilitas uutuk rnenambahkan theme dan template selain ketiga template di atas, adanya fasilitas untuk menduklmg koneksi dengan berbagai macam jenis basis data, dan adanya fasilitas agar user dapat menentukan bahasa skrip apa yang ingin dia hasilkan selain bahasa ASP

Sebagai perusahaan yang kegiatannya adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan akan produk makanan dengan bahan baku ikan, maka perusahaan PT. XYZ harus benar-benar memperhatikan manajemen rantai pasok yang ada untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Sebab manajemen rantai pasok itu sendiri sudah sejak lama disadari sebagai faktor penting untuk meraih keunggulan kompetitif. Dengan berperan sebagai perusahaan yang mengolah bahan baku menjadi barang jadi pada sektor industri pangan dalam sebuah jaringan rantai pasok, PT. XYZ harus memperhatikan bagaimana sebaiknya rantai pasok yang ada dikelola. Pengelolaan rantai pasok di dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada proses produksi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan model rantai pasok dari industri perikanan dengan menggunakan metode sistem dinamik. Dengan menggunakan sistem dinamik, maka akan dapat dipahami struktur dan dinamika dari suatu sistem yang kompleks. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja sistem dari manajemen rantai pasok di industri perikanan dapat diawali dengan melakukan evaluasi sistem yang memperhatikan faktor kualitas, keamanan, dan ketahanan pangan, serta efisiensi. Penelitian ini memberikan skenario yang mengusulkan pengadaan program pelatihan tenaga kerja, perhitungan akan kebutuhan pasokan bahan baku ikan, pemberian insentif pada tenaga kerja, penerapan kontrol kualitas, penerapan sistem FIFO untuk penyimpanan bahan baku, integrasi informasi dengan para 3PL, serta penambahan pasar baru untuk meningkatkan utilitas produksi. ============================================================================================================================= Demand for food products by humans continues to increase along with the continued increase in the number of human population in the world.     Berbagai macam algoritma dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi pergerakan harga pada perdagangan forex. Salah satu algoritma yang dapat digunakan adalah Fibonacci Retracement. Meski demikian, keputusan untuk melakukan transaksi tetap berada di tangan pemain itu sendiri. Kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh pemain dapat dihindari apabila transaksi dilakukan secara otomatis dengan bantuan sebuah Expert Advisor pada sebuah platform MetaTrader. Expert Advisor ini dapat berjalan secara otomatis untuk menentukan apakah akan melakukan penempatan transaksi jual atau beli dengan mempertimbangkan masukan dari pengguna serta melakukan perhitungan pada data histori menggunakan pola Fibonacci Retracement. Expert Advisor akan menunggu terjadinya koreksi harga pada level-level tertentu menurut pola Fibonacci Retracement sebelum benar-benar melakukan penempatan transaksi jual atau beli.
