Organizzazione dei rapporti commerciali tra imprese e “contratti relazionali”
Il contributo ripercorre brevemente il superamento della visione atomistica dello scambio istantaneo
e il progressivo riconoscimento delle specificità dei contratti di durata. In particolare, ci si sofferma
sulla variabile “tempo”, in quanto questi ultimi si differenziano dallo scambio a esecuzione istantanea
e dal contratto sottoposto a termine poiché lo svolgimento del rapporto per un periodo più o meno
lungo è funzionalmente connesso all’interesse delle parti alla continuità dell’esecuzione. Movendo
dalla teoria nordamericana dei relational contracts, gli Autori illustrano i mutamenti giurisprudenziali e
dottrinali intervenuti nel sistema italiano. In particolare, sempre con riferimento ai rapporti di durata, ci
si interroga sui rimedi contro l’“autorità” e il “potere” che una parte può acquisire, assumere ed
esercitare nei confronti dell’altra, soprattutto quando la loro relazione, proiettata verso il futuro, è
preceduta da investimenti specifici che potrebbero indurre uno dei contraenti a “subire” le scelte

Robotica educativa e inclusione. Scoprire le potenzialità della robotica educativa e progettarne l’introduzione in classe.
La robotica educativa è una tecnologia sempre più diffusa nei contesti di apprendimento. Tuttavia, la comunità educante è spesso incerta su come introdurla in modo concreto nelle aule, soprattutto in assenza di una solida formazione nell’area tecnologica. Quali strumenti scegliere? Come utilizzarli per coinvolgere l’intero gruppo classe, rendendo l’apprendimento più dinamico e inclusivo?
Questo volume offre una guida chiara e accessibile per coloro che sono interessati a integrare la robotica e il coding nei loro percorsi didattici, umanistici o scientifici. This book contributes to the reflection on the opportunity of making use of an international legal tool, that is binding and effective, which incorporates all the aspects of animal welfare. The author does not see any theoretical obstacles that could prevent the fulfilment of this project. In fact, from the comparative analysis of the current legislations, it emerges that there are two principles of universal relevance: (i) do not abuse and (ii) treat well, that could be translated into legal obligations through a global convention.Aunque hay varias leyes que protegen el bienestar de los animales en Europa y en muchos países del mundo, no existe un tratado internacional en este sentido. Used as warfare tools, they carried out their roles following their own behaviours. They often had a name and they sacrificed themselves to save their humans. Apart from these military animals, there were a large number of others affected by the war: domestic and farm animals abandoned by the fleeing civilians, animals that were butchered to feed the troops and wild animals. Even though some historians dealt with the issue of animals at war, their research concentrated above all on the humans who owned them. Compared to the existing literature, this book offers a different perspective. Hydrophobic Deep Eutectic Solvents (DESs): new green solvents for the removal of nonpolar coatings from Cultural Heritage artifacts
The role of Green Chemistry in improving sustainability in the Cultural Heritage Conservation field is increasingly growing. The general aim is to replace traditional hazardous methods and products that are still widely used in the field, especially for the removal of aged coatings from artistic surfaces, thus ensuring the safety of both the artworks and the operators. Even though a green effective approach to cleaning treatments is now recognized as an urgent need, novel environmentally friendly solutions and protocols are yet to be investigated. Deep Eutectic Solvents (DESs) are homogeneous solvents composed of eutectic mixtures of hydrogen-bond donors (HBD) and hydrogen-bond acceptors (HBA) that have a melting point much lower than those of the individual components [1]. They are considered promising alternatives to conventional organic solvents due to their excellent physical-chemical properties (i.e., low volatility, high dissolution power, biodegradability, and low toxicity), together with their easy synthesis, accessibility of their natural compounds, and low cost. Although few attempts have been made so far to use hydrophilic DESs in the Cultural Heritage field, hydrophobic DESs have not been yet investigated [2,3]. For this reason, we exploited the potential of hydrophobic DESs as new eco-friendly solvents for the removal of nonpolar coatings from artistic surfaces. Four different types of waxes were selected for the investigation, namely two natural waxes and two microcrystalline waxes, as historically used protective coatings for stone and metal sculptures [4]. Firstly, known amounts of the four waxes and the tested DESs were mixed in cuvettes for an initial assessment of the DESs’ dissolution power. Then, laboratory specimens were used for testing, applying the waxes – both pure and mixed with a fluorescent marker – on microscope glass slides. Cleaning tests were performed using well-established operational modes, such as swab cleaning, 1-minute and 3-minutes applications with an intermediate layer. Multispectral imaging was performed on the samples and the swabs both before and after cleaning tests, using visible (VIS) and ultraviolet (UV) light. The analysis, together with the presence of a fluorescent marker, allowed assessing the effectiveness of the tested DESs in solubilizing the four waxes. Fourier Transform Infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) in Attenuated Total Reflectance (ATR) mode was carried out both before and after cleaning tests as well, to evaluate both the presence of solvents residues on the samples’ surface and the presence of dissolved wax on the swabs. The experimental process provided the first valuable results, proving DESs’ potential of being used as sustainable solvents for cleaning treatments on Cultural Heritage materials and, therefore, giving reason to further research

Lavorare nei Centri Psico-Sociali: una ricerca qualitativa sul vissuto degli psicologi lombardi = Working in Psycho-social Centres: a qualitative research on the experiences of Lombard psychologists
Scopo. In letteratura sta crescendo l’interesse verso il benessere dei professionisti che operano nei contesti di cura del paziente psichiatrico. Obiettivo del presente studio è stato esplorare il ruolo percepito e il vissuto lavorativo degli psicologi psicoterapeuti che lavorano nei Centri di Salute Mentale, in Lombardia denominati Centri Psico-Sociali (CPS). Metodi. È stata condotta una ricerca qualitativa con psicologi psicoterapeuti della Lombardia che avessero un’esperienza di lavoro in CPS di almeno 3 mesi. Il reclutamento è avvenuto attraverso un campionamento di convenienza tramite email dell’Ordine degli Psicologi. Da novembre 2022 a marzo 2023 sono stati condotti e audio-registrati 3 focus group online; in ognuno veniva mostrato un video stimolo costruito appositamente a cui seguivano domande sul tema del ruolo percepito e del vissuto lavorativo. I trascritti dei focus group sono stati analizzati da tre psicologhe psicoterapeute seguendo i principi dell’analisi tematica del contenuto. Risultati. Hanno partecipato 21 psicologi (3 maschi), con un’età media di 44.71 anni (DS=9,09) e con una media di 8,49 (DS=8,81) anni di lavoro in CPS. Dai risultati sono emerse 4 tematiche: epistemologia di cura, organizzazione dei servizi, ruolo dello psicologo e vissuto dello psicologo. Inoltre, è emerso come l’epistemologia di cura abbracciata nei CPS, anche implicitamente, contribuirebbe a influenzare l’organizzazione dei servizi, il ruolo percepito dello psicologo e il suo vissuto. Nei CPS a impronta bio-psicosociale, il ruolo dello psicologo verrebbe riconosciuto e valorizzato all’interno delle équipe con conseguenti vissuti di valorizzazione e apprezzamento. Discussione e conclusioni. I risultati suggeriscono la rilevanza dell’epistemologia di cura nell’influenzare pratiche organizzative, ruolo e vissuto degli psicologi nei CPS. Tuttavia, è altresì possibile ipotizzare una relazione maggiormente circolare tra i diversi livelli, per cui anche le pratiche organizzative potrebbero influire sull’epistemologia e sulle dimensioni del ruolo e del vissuto dello psicologo. La varietà delle esperienze, seppure nella stessa Regione, testimonia una possibile autonomia culturale e organizzativa. È necessaria una riflessione sulle epistemologie di cura e sulle pratiche organizzative per promuovere il benessere lavorativo degli psicologi.Aims: Interest in the well-being of professionals working in psychiatric patient care contexts is growing in the literature. The aim of this study was to explore the perceived role and work experience of psychologist psychotherapists working in Mental Health Centers (MHC). Methods: A qualitative research was conducted involving psychologists with a training in psychotherapy working in Lombardy who had at least 3 months of working experience in a MHC. A convenience sample was recruited by email through the Order of Psychologists. From November 2022 to March 2023, 3 focus groups were conducted online and were audio-recorded. In each focus group, a video stimulus was shown, followed by questions on the perceived role and work experience of the participants. Three psychologists analyzed the focus groups' transcripts according to thematic content analysis. Results: We enrolled 21 psychologists (3 males, with an average age of 44.71 years (SD=9.09) and with an average of 8.49 (SD=8.81) years of work in MHC). Four themes emerged: epistemology of care, services' organization, role of the psychologist and work experience of the psychologist. Results suggest that the epistemology of care embraced, even implicitly, in the MHC contributes to influence the organization of services, the role of the psychologists and their work experience. In MHCs with a biopsychosocial epistemology, the psychologists felt their role was acknowledged and valued by the care team. This leads to experiences of valorization and appreciation. Discussion and conclusions: Results highlight the importance of the epistemology of care in influencing organization of services and the perceived role and work experience of the psychologists. However, it is also possible that a more circular relationship between the different levels exists, whereby organizational practices could also influence the epistemology of care and the perceived role and work experience of the psychologist. The variety of experiences, within the same Region, suggest that there is a possible cultural and organizational autonomy in MHCs. A reflection on the epistemology of care and organizational practices adopted in MHCs is needed to promote psychologists' well-being at work
