Three patients who underwent augmented trabeculectomy with mitomycin C with early bleb leak between January 2009 and June 2010 were reviewed. Case 1 and Case 2 exhibited bleb leak on postoperative Day 1 and Case 3 showed leak on follow-up at postoperative Day 7. Case 1 was successfully sealed with CATG at postoperative Day 3, after failed pressure padding and bandage contact lens. Case 2 was successfully sealed with CATG at postoperative Day 3, after failed pressure padding and conjunctiva flap resuturing. In Case 3, the leaking conjunctival flap was managed with combined techniques of resuturing and applying CATG at postoperative Day 9, after failed pressure padding. During leakage, the intraocular pressure was low (6–8 mmHg) in all three cases, with shallow anterior chamber depth and absence of other complications such as choroidal detachment, hypotony maculopathy, or endophthalmitis. Foreign body sensation was the main complaint following the procedure. No clinical allergy reaction was documented. CATG may serve as a potential adjunctive and effective method in the management of posttrabeculectomy early bleb leak. Keywords: cyanoacrylate tissue glue, bleb leak, trabeculectomy, mitomycin

Night Audit at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya is actually a Front Desk Agent that works at night at 11:00 p.m. until 07.00 p.m. and the task is to make a summary report at Hotel 88 Surabaya Malang Embong namely expected arrival, expected departure, guest account balance, guest in house by room, guest in house by company, summary cashier report, turnover report, room revenue breakdown, double occupancy report, lodging, monthly forecast, competitor report. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that Night Audit at Hotel 88 Embong Malang Surabaya only applies to male Front Desk Agent staff because of working hours at night. Night Audit is responsible for summarizing all income and reports that are running on that day starting at 01.00 WIB until 24.00 WIB.

Agreement of macular oedema features between FFA And HRT II and evaluation of visual function, macular oedema index and quality of life post laser photocoagulation in diabetic macular oedema
No full textObjectives: To evaluate the agreement of macular edema features between FFA and HRT, and also to
evaluate the visual function, macular edema index and quality of life between pre and post laser photocoagulation in diabetic macular edema.
Methodology: Sixty-seven patients were subjected to HRT, FFA (served as the gold standard) and laser
photocoagulation. The visual function, macular edema index and quality of life measurements were done at
baseline and three months post laser photocoagulation.
Results: Topographic edema map of HRT has better sensitivity and specificity compare with other modules.
There is a good agreement between topographic edema map and macular edema index (MEI) thickness map.
There were improvement in visual function, macular edema index, and quality of life at 3 months post laser
photocogulation.
Conclusion: Topographic edema map of HRT has better sensitivity compared with other modules. Good
agreement exists between topographic edema map and MEI thickness map. The visual function, macular
edema index and quality of life were improved post laser photocoagulation
