Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya guru dalam
menerapkan semua komponen keterampilan variasi pada pembelajaran
menyebabkan keterampilan sosial siswa belum sepenuhnya terampil.
Keterampilan sosial siswa harus dikembangkan karena pada dasarnya
setiap anak akan hidup menjadi manusia sosial, namun kenyataannya
masih banyak anak yang tidak dapat bersosialisasi dengan orang lain
maupun lingkungannya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui
pelaksanaan keterampilan variasi mengajar guru dalam menumbuhkan
keterampilan sosial siswa kelas V MIN 6 Bandar Lampung,
diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan untuk tindakan lebih lanjut
dalam proses pembelajaran agar pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan
keterampilan sosial siswa.
Penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah adalah penelitian
kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas V dan
siswa kelas V tahun ajaran 2023/2024 MIN 6 Bandar Lampung.
Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah observasi,
penyebaran angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan
reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan
guru dalam mengadakan variasi mengajar meliputi cara mengajar,
penggunaan alat atau media pembelajaran dan pola interaksi pada
pembelajaran sudah baik. Pengadaan variasi pada pembelajaran yang
dilakukan oleh guru pada proses pembelajaran IPS menarik perhatian
dan antusias siswa, kegiatan belajar menjadi menyenangkan, dan
siswa berpartisipasi aktif pada pembelajaran yang diikutinya sehingga
dapat menumbuhkan keterampilan sosial siswa. Kendala-kendala yang
dihadapi guru saat mengadakan variasi pembelajaran yaitu
keterbatasan media pembelajaran IPS dalam menunjang proses
pembelajaran, serta rasa malu siswa dan tidak percaya diri saat
diminta maju ke depan kelas. Keterampilan sosial siswa terlihat sudah
baik terlihat dari rata-rata presentase sebasar 70,37% yang termasuk
dalam kategori baik.

ABSTRACT
The background of this research is that the lack of
teachers in applying all components of variation skills in learning
causes students' social skills to not be fully skilled. Students' social
skills must be developed because basically every child will live as a
social human being, but in reality there are still many children who
cannot socialize with other people or their environment. The aim of
this research is to determine the implementation of teachers' varied
teaching skills in developing the social skills of class V MIN students.
6 Bandar Lampung, it is hoped that it can provide input for further
action in the learning process so that in the end it can improve
students' social skills.
The research conducted by the author was descriptive
qualitative research. The subjects of this research were class V
teachers and class V students for the 2023/2024 academic year MIN 6
Bandar Lampung. The techniques used to collect data are
observation, distribution of questionnaires, and documentation. Data
analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and
drawing conclusions.
Based on the research results, it shows that the
teacher's skills in carrying out teaching variations include teaching
methods, use of learning tools or media and interaction patterns in
learning are good. Providing variations in learning carried out by
teachers in the social studies learning process attracts students'
attention and enthusiasm, learning activities become fun, and students
participate actively in the learning they participate in so that they can
grow students' social skills. The obstacles faced by teachers when
carrying out variations in learning are the limitations of social studies
learning media in supporting the learning process, as well as students'
shyness and lack of confidence when asked to come to the front of the
class. Students' social skills appear to be good as seen from the
average percentage of 70.37% which is included in the good category.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
