In doing this thesis is based on the development of technology that makes everyone want a sophisticated application in solving a problem . One case was taken by the author in the field of manufacture of Digital Dictionary of Music . Where the design of these applications using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and other support software . The method used by the writer is literature study by collecting data of theoretical and internet browsing . Therefore, with the dictionary Digital Music can solve the problems on all people who want to know the terms in the field of music are no longer using the dictionary ( textbooks ) but has applied Dictionary Digital with a more attractive appearance so that the search can be more effective and efficient .Dalam mengerjakan tugas akhir ini didasari oleh perkembangan teknologi yang membuat semua orang menginginkan suatu aplikasi yang canggih dalam memecahkan suatu masalah. Satu kasus yang diambil oleh penulis adalah pembuatan Kamus Digital dalam bidang Musik. the benefit of society. One use of technology is to make the application signature
recognition is very useful to prevent fraudulent signatures. Forged the signatures often
occur to satisfy a personal desire by parties are not responsible. The author makes an
application identifier of this signature by using the dominant point method to measure
the signature curve point entry in the application. This application was also made by
using language pemrogramam Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft Access 2007 as
database. And his signature is used to input the Pen Mouse hardware. So it can be seen
the results of the signature stated similar similarity if the similarity values obtained

Implementasi Algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Rijndael untuk Proteksi File Audio
Dengan memanfaatkan kriptografi di masa modern ini, proteksi file audio bukanlah mustahil untuk dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjaga legalitas dari pemilik hak cipta file audio tersebut. Algoritma kriptografi Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Rijndael merupakan standar enkripsi dengan kunci simetris yang diadopsi oleh pemerintah Amerika Serikat, AES Rijndael telah dianalisis secara luas dan sekarang digunakan diseluruh dunia, seperti halnya dengan pendahulunya Data Encryption Standart (DES). Dalam penelitian ini penulis akan menerapkan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) untuk melakukan enkripsi pada tiap karakter yang terdapat pada file audio tersebut dan menyimpan Cipher-text dari hasil enkripsi ke dalam format file Audio yang sama, dan melakukan dekripsi pada file audio yang telah dienkripsi ke bentuk File aslinya. Aplikasi yang dirancang dalam penelitian ini telah mampu melakukan proses penyandian file Audio dengan Algoritma Advanced Encryption Standart Rijndael. Diharapkan aplikasi yang dihasilkan dapat berguna bagi pihak yang ingin menjaga kerahasiaan file audio miliknya.Using cryptography nowadays, audio file protection is possible to do in order to protect legality of the file who owns its copyright. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) Rijndael’s algorithm is the standard of encryption with symetric key adopted by US government. Rijndael’s AES has been analysed extensively and currently used worldwide just like the former standard, Data Encryption Standard (DES). In this study, the author will apply Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm to encrypt every character that lies in the audio file and save the Cipher-text from encryption process in the same format, wich is audio file. And decrypting the encrypted-audio file to its original form. The application that developed in this study has been able to encrypt an audio file using Rijndael’s Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm. Mendeteksi Ph Minuman Ringan Menggunakan Sensor Ph Air dan Arduino Berbasis Android
The wide variety of applications on smartphones makes life easier. In this research, the author will design a pH detector based on Android. The way it works is by placing pH Sensor into a solution then the information send to the Arduino Uno to be processed, after that the Arduino Uno send the processed information to the Android via bluetooth and show the result from the smartphone screen. The error percentage that can be gathered from this research is about 11%.Banyaknya macam aplikasi yang tersedia di Smartphone memudahkan kehidupan manusia. Pada penelitian ini, penulis akan merancang alat bantu pendeteksi pH yang berbasis Android untuk memudahkan pekerjaan. Cara kerjanya yaitu dengan meletakkan sensor pH ke suatu larutan lalu informasi yang diterima diproses oleh Arduino Uno kemudian informasi yang telah diproses dikirim menuju Android dengan Bluetooth lalu menampilkannya hasilnya di layar Android. Almost the entire community requires that the source of information internet, as well
as agencies, the internet is already one to exchange data. STMIK Neumann, where
the author conducted a study, requires internet as a medium of information exchange
especially for student a variety of needs. Given the limitation of available quota,
internet bandwith usage can sometimes become a problem, especially if most of the
users are sharing at the same time. A solution is needed to manage the internet usage
based on the need and priority of each user. TMQS algorithm should be able to
overcome the problem stated above. The algorithm will perform scheduling and
priority bandwidth to internet users. The algorithm proposed in this writing is a
scheduling algorithm for internet usage management using a Multilevel Queue.Hampir seluruh kalangan masyarakat membutuhkan informasi yang sumbernya dari
internet, begitu juga instansi-instansi, internet merupakan sudah menjadi salah satu
untuk melakukan pertukaran datanya. Di STMIK Neumann tempat penulis
melakukan penelitian, internet merupakan media informasi yang sangat dibutuhkan
terutama bagia mahasiswa/i yang bermacam kebutuhannya. Mengingat quota
bandwidth yang tersedia tidak sebanding dengan user yang ingin menggunakan
bandwidth internet, terlebih lagi user menggunakan internet secara bersamaan, besar
kemungkinan terjadi overload, dalam hal ini dirasa perlu solusi untuk
menanggulangi hal tersebut. Algoritma TMQS diharapkan mampu untuk
menanggulangi masalah keterbatasan bandwidth, algoritma ini akan melakukan
penjadwalan dan prioritas terhadap pengguna bandwidth internet, algoritma ini
