X, v. 95)" reconstructs the hypothesis of a visual model for the legend of Trajan’s Justice, according to Warburg intuition about it; this contribution is connected of the paper by Filippo Perfetti’s "Dante, Botticelli, and Trajan. An Open Note" where the author investigates how Botticelli could have come to know that the bas-relief of the Arch of Constantine liberatori urbis was related to an episode in Trajan's life”. The focus of this issue is then extended to Warburg's cultural environment. Matilde Sergio’s "Aby Warburg, Walter Benjaming, and the Memory of Images" investigates the influence of Warburg's essay about Luther, on Benjamin's thought, while Dorothee Gelhard’s "Gertrud Bing’s Scientific Beginnings" reconstructs the intellectual history of Bing's doctoral thesis and its influences on Warburgian work. The theme of Warburg’s Denkraum is the focal point of Salvatore Settis’ "Anselm Kiefer's Logic of Inversion": a fundamental overview of Kiefer's Questi scritti, quando verranno bruciati, daranno finalmente un po’ di luce (Andrea Emo) on display at Sala dello Scrutinio in Palazzo Ducale, Venezia from March to October 2022. The third section of the issue is dedicated to new publications and exhibitions. Echoing Settis’ reflection on Denkraum, we present Clio Nicastro’s "La Dialettica del Denkraum in Aby Warburg", published this year for Palermo University Press; an introduction to "Cultural Memories": a series published by Peter Lang and edited by Katia Pizzi. Giacomo Calandra di Roccolino with "Mary Hertz Warburg: Free and Unconventional" reviews the exhibition of the artist Mary Hertz Warburg. The issue closes with the important "Choral Reading of "Il metodo di Aby Warburg" by Kurt W. Forster. L’antico dei gesti. The first essays are from the Hamburg period: Fritz Saxl in Das Nachleben der Antike Zur Einfühurung in die Bibliothek Warburg (1921), first italian translation, edited by Michela Maguolo, La sopravvivenza dell’antico. Introduzione alla Biblioteca Warburg, briefly summarises the salient aspects of the Warburg Library, highlighting a multidisciplinary approach to the study of Antiquity; Saxl’s Die Bibliothek Warburg und ihr Ziel (1923), first Italian translation, edited by Michela Maguolo, La biblioteca Warburg e il suo fine, explains the particular approach to the history of the survival of Antiquity; Die Kulturwissenschaftliche Bibliothek Warburg in Hamburg (1930), first Italian translation, edited by Michela Maguolo, La Kulturwissenschaftliche Bibliothek Warburg in Amburgo (1930) is a brief presentation of the Hamburg Institute. The History of Warburg’s Library, 1886-1944, Italian translation, edited by Michela Maguolo, La storia della Biblioteca di Aby Warburg, is Fritz Saxl’s major account on the Warburg Library, written in 1943-1944, and published for the first time by Ernst Gombrich as an Appendix to his Aby Warburg: An Intellectual Biography (1970). Few years later, Fritz Saxl publishes Das Warburg Institute (1946), first Italian translation, edited by Michela Maguolo, L’Instituto Warburg, with a really brief presentation of the Warburg Library. Two texts are extracted from 1993 book Porträt aus Bucher, edited by Michael Diers: in Porträt aus Büchern. Stichworte, Diers explains the history of the Warburg Institute after its founder’s death; in Die Bibliothek Warburg und ihr Forschungsprogramm Martin Warnke tells us about the Warburg Library and its research activity. Salvatore Settis in Dromenon: comportamento ritualizzato questions the meaning of one of the 'key words' of the Warburg Library: Dromenon as ritualised behaviour. The second part of this Engramma issue focuses on the present and the future of the Library. In Mind, Memory and Museum Bill Sherman, director in charge of the Warburg Institute responds to suggestions by Ada Naval and Giulia Zanon on the Institute with special attention towards the Warburg Library. Abstract
OBJECTIVE:
To determine the frequency and risk factors for long-term myocardial perfusion scintigraphy abnormalities in patients with Kawasaki disease (KD).
METHODS:
A cohort of patients with KD at least 3 years after disease onset and with persistent coronary artery aneurysms (CAA) (group 1) or without CAA (group 2) underwent stress-rest myocardial single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT). Clinical and laboratory parameters at disease onset were considered to assess their predictive value for the development of myocardial perfusion abnormalities.
RESULTS:
Forty patients, 20 in group 1 and 20 in group 2, entered the study. The two groups turned out to be comparable for demographic, clinical and laboratory characteristics. Five patients (12.5%), two in group 1 and three in group 2, had abnormal myocardial perfusion assessed by SPECT. Neither the presence of CAA nor the overall cardiac involvement at the disease onset significantly increased the risk for these abnormalities.
CONCLUSION:
Cardiac SPECT abnormalities are not unusual in KD and can be found in patients with or without CAA. If confirmed in a larger cohort of patients, these preliminary data indicate that careful long-term cardiac follow-up should be considered, regardless of the presence of CAA.

The epidemiology and pathogenesis of traumatic injuries in track and held athletics
No full textTraumatic and overuse injuries are common in every track and field specialty. By an epidemiological point of view, we divided the injuries in acute and chronic and we analyzed the most frequently involved musculo-skeletal districts considering the different variables as specialty, age and sex. Furthermore: we evaluated the different muscular, tendineous, articular and osseous injuries. Particularly, we noticed that between the traumatic muscular injuries, those of the flexors of the thigh may reach 60% of the total muscular injuries above all between the sprinters and that the ankle and the knee are the most involved articulations in traumatic injuries. Between overuse injuries, Achille's tendinopathies lumbar pain and stress fractures are highly represented in track and field traumatology. We individuated the pathogenetic moments of different musculo-skeletal injuries, evaluating the different phases of running, jumping and throwing to determine risk factors lending to injuries, Movements and actions. when taken to extremes, lead to injury; correct training and appropriate distribution of work loads during the season may prevent from overuse injuries. In conclusion, also extrinsic factors as materials and type of ground are important to improve sport performances and to prevent sport injuries
