Penyusunan skripsi ini bertujuan untuk memenuhi tugas akhir kuliah Program Studi Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, dalam skripsi ini penulis membahas Putusan Pengadilan Agama Nomor 0176/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Kdr dimana Majelis Hakim memeriksa, mengadili dan memutus sengketa ekonomi syariah. Dalam perjalanan selama masa persidangan Majelis Hakim menemukan beberapa fakta hukum yang akan mempengaruhi putusan Majelis Hakim, karena kompleksnya sengketa yang terjadi Majelis Hakim memutuskan untuk menolak semua gugatan para penggugat dengan dalil sengketa ini bukan merupakan kewenangan Pengadilan Agama.
Karena ini adalah penelitian normatif, maka data-data yang digunakan oleh penulis bersumber dari kepustakaan (library research) yaitu dari Putusan Pengadilan Agama Nomor 0176/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Kdr serta Peraturan Perundangundangan dan teori-teori hukum. Untuk melakukan pendekatan penulis melakukan pendekatan konseptual dengan menganalisis putusan menggunakan teori-teori hukum yang ada.
Skripsi ini menunjukkan bahwa Majelis Hakim tidak dapat menerima seluruh gugatan para penggugat, dikarenakan hal tersebut bukan merupakan kewenangan absolut Pengadilan Agama. Selanjutnya para pihak dapat melakukan Langkah hukum selanjutnya sesuai denga apa yang dikehendaki dari masingmasing pihak. Para tergugat yang masih memiliki hak atas objek sengketa tersebut sebagai pelunasan hutang maka dapat mengajukan gugatan perdata kepada Pengadilan Negeri. Tergugat I yang telah dicederai/wanprestasi dalam akad oleh tergugat II bisa menggugat kepada Pengadilan Agama karena dalam akad tersebut menggunakan akad syariah. Sedangkan tergugat II dapat mengajukan rescedulling terhadap akta pembiayaan KPR syariah agar SHM No. 1262 miliknya tidak dilelang dan juga tergugat II masih sanggup melanjutkan kreditnya.

The aim of preparing this thesis is to fulfill the final assignment of the Sharia Economic Law Study Program. In this thesis the author discusses the Religious Court Decision Number 0176/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Kdr where the Panel of Judges examines, adjudicates and decides on sharia economic disputes. During the trial period, the Panel of Judges discovered several legal facts that would influence the Panel of Judges' decision, because of the complexity of the dispute that occurred, the Panel of Judges decided to reject all of the plaintiffs' claims on the grounds that this dispute was not within the authority of the Religious Court.
Because This is normative research, so the data used by the author comes from literature (library research), namely from the Religious Court Decision Number 0176/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Kdr as well as Legislation and legal theories. To carry out this approach, the author takes a conceptual approach by analyzing decisions using existing legal theories.
This thesis shows that the Panel of Judges cannot accept all of the plaintiffs' claims, because this is not within the absolute authority of the Religious Court. Next, the parties can take further legal steps according to what each party wishes. Defendants who still have rights to the object of the dispute as debt repayment can file a civil lawsuit with the District Court. Defendant I, who has been injured/defaulted in the contract by Defendant II, can sue the Religious Court because the contract uses a sharia contract. Meanwhile, Defendant II can apply for resceduling of the sharia KPR financing deed so that SHM No. 1262 was not auctioned and Defendant II was still able to continue his credit.

الهدف من إعداد هذه الأطروحة هو استكمال المهمة النهائية لبرنامج دراسة القانون الاقتصادي الشرعي، حيث يناقش المؤلف في هذه الأطروحة قرار المحكمة الشرعية رقم 0176/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Kdr حيث تقوم هيئة القضاة بفحص وفصل ويبت في المنازعات الاقتصادية الشرعية. خلال فترة المحاكمة، اكتشفت هيئة القضاة العديد من الحقائق القانونية التي من شأنها التأثير على قرار هيئة القضاة، وبسبب تعقيد النزاع الذي حدث، قررت هيئة القضاة رفض جميع مطالبات المدعين على أساس أن ولم يكن هذا الخلاف من اختصاص المحكمة الشرعية.
لأنهذا بحث معياري، وبالتالي فإن البيانات التي يستخدمها المؤلف تأتي من الأدبيات (بحث المكتبة)، أي من قرار المحكمة الدينية رقم 0176/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Kdr وكذلك التشريعات والنظريات القانونية. ولتنفيذ هذا النهج، يتخذ المؤلف نهجا مفاهيميا من خلال تحليل القرارات باستخدام النظريات القانونية القائمة.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
