COVID-19 pandemic has greatly influenced how countries deal with it and simultaneously, it has impacted organizations in various ways too. If previously, various responsibilities have been done in the traditional ways, now they have to be conducted in more modern and technologically advanced manners. When dealing with personnel, many considerations have to be done to ensure all parties are prepared to face the changes. The change in the business arena is drastic and rapid. Should an organization do not accept the change and move side by side with change, the organization will be left behind (McShane & Von Glinow, 2018). In order to stay competitive, organization need to keep pace with ongoing changes in the external environment such as the demand of customers, community expectation, global competition as well as technology advancement. Hence, succesful organization will act fast and plan strategically as to ensure that the organization is at par with other competitors as well. Nevertheless, all the changes and what strategy to implement will only be successful if the leader is receptive to change. Should the leader be a person who is complacent and not a risk taker, adapting and accepting changes would be a challenge. According to The Difference Between Change Management (n.d), change leadership’s style is a proactive approach towards change management. Change leaders view change as a stepping stone for growth and improvement. In leading, these leaders use people centric method whereby employees work process, tools and wellbeing are their top priority. Furthermore, according to Hole (2020), 70 percent of change programs were not successful and failed to achieve its goals due to reluctance from the employees to change and there was minimal management support

In this new era of globalization, almost all businesses that are either online or offline use various types of marketing strategies in order to boost their business especially after the downturn faced by many during the pandemic Covid-19 attack that happened all around the world in 2020. Since the first COVID-19 case happened in Malaysia, Malaysia's Prime Minister announced a movement control order (MCO) started on 18 March (Tang, 2020). For that matter, all sectors needed to shut down their business. To survive, business owners, especially those who run an offline business previously were obligated to switch to online business. Even if the offline business owner did not know different types of ways to market their products through online marketing, they had to learn how to do it anyway for survival. Research showed that many business owners shared their online business started with their friends on Whatsapp (Holovach, 2022). They also started to create social media like Facebook and Instagram and learned how to use social media platforms in order to boost their sales. On the other hand, for online businesses who already started with online marketing before the pandemic, it was not a big deal for them because it was already their cup of tea. They only needed to step up their marketing techniques due to the increase of the number of new entrants at that time

The information of buyers and the approaches they employ to choose, use, and discard goods and services, as well as the emotional, mental, and behavioral reactions of consumers, is known as consumer purchase behavior (Radu, 2019). Consumer purchase behavior is also known as the study of how people make decisions about what to buy in order to fulfil their needs, wants, or desires, as well as how those decisions are influenced by their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors (StudyCorgi, 2021). Understanding consumer purchase behavior is important as it assist businesses understand what influences the consumers’ purchase decision and how to present the ideas and products to the consumers. There are various factors that affect this decision and some of those factors are discussed in the next sections

Micromanagement is a management style where the leader makes all the decisions or gives the final say (MasterClass, 2022). A manager who leads and practices this management style is a leader or manager who provides excessive supervision to employees. A micromanager would tell and instruct employees on the task that needs to be accomplished and how and when the task needs to be completed (Kashyap, 2020). All instructions are given in detail and are very structured. Employees are to follow and abide by the instructions closely. Micromanagers would also monitor and check the progress of the work constantly. In certain situations, the management style may benefit the organization. Nevertheless, the style has always been associated with negative feedback among employees
The predictors of entrepreneurial intention among undergraduate students / Rosliza Md Zani, Sarah Sabir Ahmad and Azfahanee Zakaria
Entrepreneurial education has become a concern in Malaysia. Knowing the importance of entrepreneurship and the urgency from the government, the universities in Malaysia have taken proactive actions to realise this education. This study aims to identify the predictors of entrepreneurial intentions among undergraduate students, considering curiosity, risk taking and creativity as the variables. The results found that risk taking and creativity have positive relationship with entrepreneurial intention. From the three variables tested, creativity is found to be the most dominant predictor of entrepreneurial intention. This study helps the management of higher institutions to educate the students on risk taking as well as creativity in order to make them successful entrepreneurs

Many new marketing strategies have evolved in the recent years due to the movements from traditional purchase behavior to online of customers. At first, customers were forced to adapt to online purchase, but as they get used to it, it became very handy and now online business becomes preferable business over the traditional. As COVID-19 attacked the world, the healthcare business became among the few industries which attracted many new entrants that became competitors to the existing ones. These new entrants came along with their new marketing strategies which overtook the traditional marketing methods. It soon became a threat to the existing businesses. This article discusses the methods the new entrants did to become successful in a short period and the solutions the existing businesses should adapt to if they want to remain significant and preferred in the industry
