    Spodbujanje večjezičnosti v vrtcu z vidika staršev

    Die Mehrsprachigkeit ist heute ein enorm wichtiger Bestandteil unserer Gesellschaft, doch nicht immer war es selbstverständlich, dass Mehrsprachigkeit und der frühe Fremdsprachenerwerb positiv in der Gesellschaft aufgenommen wurden. Die Mehrsprachigkeit stand in Verbindung mit einem schlechten Einfluss auf die Muttersprache, die Persönlichkeit, die menschliche Psyche und Sprachstörungen. Heute wissen wir, dass die Mehrsprachigkeit und besonders der frühe Fremdsprachenerwerb viele Vorteile wie auch mehr Erfolg mit sich bringen. – Vorteile beim (Er-)Lernen anderer Fremdsprachen sind daher: Kreativität, eine bessere kognitive Entwicklung und divergentes Denken, höheres Selbstwertgefühl, mehr Toleranz gegenüber anderen Kulturen sowie Förderung der eigenen Muttersprache. Die vorliegende Magisterarbeit will herausfinden, wie Eltern über die Mehrsprachigkeit bzw. den frühen Fremdsprachenerwerb ihrer Kinder im Kindergarten denken.Večjezičnost je v današnjem času pomemben sestavni del naše družbe, vendar slednje ni bilo vedno tako. V preteklosti so večjezičnost in zgodnje učenje tujega jezika velikokrat povezovali z negativnimi vplivi na posameznika in družbo. Večjezičnost so tako povezovali z negativnimi vplivi na materni jezik, posameznikovo osebnost, človeško psiho ter razvoj govorne motnje. Danes vemo, da prinaša večjezičnost – še prav posebej zgodnje učenje tujega jezika – veliko prednosti, kot so večji uspeh (tudi pri učenju drugih tujih jezikov), kreativnost, boljši kognitiven razvoj ter divergentno mišljenje, višja samozavest, večja strpnost do drugih kultur in spodbujanje maternega jezika. V pričujočem magistrskem delu želimo izvedeti, kakšen vidik imajo starši do večjezičnosti oz. do zgodnjega učenja tujega jezika njihovih otrok v vrtcu

    Raba novih germanizmov na internetu

    Die deutsche Sprache hatte und hat in der heutigen Zeit immer noch einen großen Einfluss auf dem slowenischen Gebiet. Dies beweisen etliche Germanismen, die in der Substandardsprache und Dialekten, aber auch in der Standardsprache vorhanden sind, doch die Slowenen sind sich dessen nicht bewusst, da sie durch die jahrhundertelange Verwendung diese Germanismen als Eigen übernommen haben. Ziel der Diplomarbeit Gebrauch neuer Germanismen im Internet, war es die Häufigkeit des Auftretens neuer Germanismen im Internet herauszufinden und welche Schreibweisen des jeweiligen Germanismus im Internet auftreten. Die Häufigkeit ist von jedem einzelnen abhängig, denn wir können nicht sagen, dass Germanismen aus dem Gebiet Auto häufiger auftreten, als die aus dem Gebiet Haushalt. Neben der deskriptiven und historischen Methode, mithilfe derer der Transfer, die Sprachkontakte zwischen Slowenisch und Deutsch und die Entwicklung der Medien beschrieben wurden, wurde auch die Methode der Klassifikation verwendet, mit der die Germanismen nach ihrer Semantik in verschiedene Gruppen aufgeteilt wurden. In die Studie wurden 15 neue Germanismen, Wörter die in der slowenischen Sprache in den letzten vierzig Jahren erschienen sind, einbezogen. Basierend auf der Studie wurde festgestellt, dass einige Germanismen häufiger auftreten, sich ihre schriftliche Tradition aber noch nicht entwickelt hat, trotzdem sind aber Differenzen zwischen den verschiedenen Schreibweisen zu erkennen. Einige Germanismen kommen im Internet aber viel seltener vor, was auch zu der Annahme führen kann, dass sie nur zufällig verwendet werden, da die Trefferzahlen sehr niedrig sind.Nemščina je imela in še ima v današnjem času na slovenskem območju velik vpliv. To dokazujejo številni germanizmi, ki jih opazimo v pogovornem jeziku ali narečjih, seveda pa so germanizmi prisotni tudi v knjižnem jeziku, vendar se Slovenci tega ne zavedamo, saj smo jih zaradi večstoletne uporabe že prevzeli kot svoje. Namen diplomskega dela z naslovom Raba novih germanizmov na internetu je bil ugotoviti pogostost pojavljanja novih germanizmov na internetu in kakšne oblike zapisa posameznega germanizma se na internetu pojavijo. Pogostost le-teh je tudi odvisna od vsake besede posebej, tako ne moremo reči, da se germanizmi s področja avtomobilizma pojavljajo pogosteje kot germanizmi s področja gospodinjstva. Poleg deskriptivne in zgodovinske metode, s pomočjo katerih so opisani transfer besed, jezikovni stiki med slovenščino in nemščino ter nastanek medijev, je bila uporabljena tudi metoda klasifikacije, s katero so bili germanizmi razvrščeni v različne semantične skupine. V raziskavo je bilo vključenih 15 novih germanizmov, besed, ki so se v slovenskem jeziku pojavile v zadnjih štiridesetih letih. Na podlagi te raziskave je bilo ugotovljeno, da se nekateri germanizmi pojavljajo večkrat, vendar se njihova pisna tradicija ni popolnoma razvila, kljub temu pa so opazne razlike v pojavljanju med različnimi oblikami zapisa. Nekatere germanizme pa opazimo na internetu veliko redkeje, kjer je tudi možno, da se pojavijo zgolj naključno, saj so zadetki zelo nizki

    Introduction of children to kindergarten

    The master's thesis explores the view of counselors, parents and educators on the process of introducing children to kindergarten and at the same time covers part of their practical experience with the introduction. In the theoretical part, I touched on the subject of attachment and the transition from home to kindergarten, and in the empirical part, I tried to gain a multi-perspective view of this transition. The empirical part contains nine semi-structured interviews - three were conducted with counselors in kindergartens, three with parents of children who have introduced their children to kindergarten in the last six months, and three with educators who have in the last six months worked in a group where a newcomer was introduced. The interviews were then qualitatively analyzed with the help of coding. I used the qualitative method of content analysis. I expect that the findings obtained in the research contribute to an easier understanding of the process of introducing children to kindergarten and to the establishment of guidelines on how to act so that the process is as easy as possible for all parties involved. The results show that entering kindergarten represents a major turning point in the lives of both children and parents, for many children it means the first separation from the people they are attached to. In order for the introduction to go as smoothly as possible, internal preparation is necessary in the kindergarten, where the role of organization, administration, counseling and link between educators and parents is taken over by counselors. They do not interfere with the independence of the educators and the pedagogical process itself, except in the case of explicit wishes. Counselors and educators offer support to parents during children's introduction to kindergarten. The first contact of the parents with the kindergarten is taken over by the counselors, who provide them with administrative assistance and information, and later the communication with parents is largely taken over by the educators. The results of the research show that counselors, educators and parents emphasize the importance of information. For the successful introduction of children, the following good practices were introduced and highlighted in the kindergarten: communication, phase-in period, calm atmosphere, parental support, adaptation to extraordinary circumstances and trust. However, there are still opportunities for improvement. When investigating the possibilities of improvement, the answers were different depending on the profile of the interviewees. In general, mothers would not change anything in the introduction process, but counselors and educators indicated more education and additional information, a smaller number of children or more professional workers in the department. The findings also shed light on the child's need for a person who is present and sensitive to his needs, and in kindergarten, in the absence of parents, this is primarily represented by the educators. The research also sheds light on the fact that if the child is not securely attached at home, inclusion in kindergarten is extremely important so that he can experience other forms of attachment as soon as possible. It was also established that the parents' distress is connected with the children's distress, the transfer of negative emotions to the children is present, so the positive attitude of the parents towards the kindergarten is important

    Diplomski projekt obsega analizo rasti podjetja na primeru slovenskega podjetja Tehnoles d.o.o. Gre za podjetje, ki se ukvarja z suhomontažno gradnjo ter prodajo barv ter gradbenega materiala. Svoje proizvodne in storitve ponujajo tako domačim kot tudi tujim uporabnikom. V teoretičnem delu diplomskega projekta smo opredelili pojem kaj je rast podjetja, zakaj naj bi podjetje rastlo, kakšni so vzroki za rast podjetja. Osredotočili smo se tudi podbrobneje na oblike rasti podjetja in značilnosti teh oblik rasti. V aplikativnem delu diplomskega projekta sem izvedla analizo rasti podjetja od leta 2014- 2016 za 5 kazalnikov: sredstva, število zaposlenih za 3 leta, dodana vrednost na zaposlenega, čisti poslovni izzid za 3 leta ter čiste prihodke od prodaje. Na podlagi teh kazalnikov sem ugotovila, da je podjetje rastlo po številu zaposlenih, kar je vidno tudi po indeksu povprečne rasti podjetja, ki je najvišji od vseh. Pri ostalih kazalnikih pa se je pokazalo sorazmerno nihanje.In the thesis the author presents an analysis of a company\u27s growth on the example of the Slovenian company Tehnoles d.o.o. Tehnoles is a company that deals with dry construction and sale of paints and construction material. They offer their products and services to both, domestic and foreign customers. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author defined what there is to understand about the term company growth and what it embraces, why a company should grow, what the reasons for the growth of a company are. The author also focused on the forms of company growth and the characteristics of these forms. In the applicable part of the thesis, the author carried out an analysis of the company\u27s growth from 2014 to 2016 based on five indicators: assets, number of employees for 3 years, added value per employee, net profit for 3 years and net sales revenue. On the basis of these indicators, the author came to the conclusion that the company grew according to the number of employees and also to the average growth index of the company, which was the highest of all indicators. However, the other indicators showed a proportionate fluctuation

V prvem delu so na kratko predstavljeni življenje in delo avtorja ter njegova trilogija, ki je osrednji predmet obravnave, drugi del naloge pa je posvečen predstavam pekla, nebes, vic, limba, duše in posmrtnega življenja tako v trilogiji kot v omenjenih treh verstvih.The bachelor\u27s thesis discusses soul, death and the afterworld in The Old Kingdom trilogy by the Australian author Garth Nix in comparison to old Greek, Jewish and Christian views on the topics.     Osrednja ideja pričujoče diplomske naloge je raziskovanje vpliva mačk na določene književnike na področju svetovne književnosti. V prvem delu na splošno in kratko predstavim vključenost mačk v človeško kulturo, izpostavim dela, v katerih je mačke možno zaslediti ali pa navedem avtorje, ki so bili znani ljubitelji mačk. V nadaljevanju sledi oris štirih izbranih del različnih piscev, ki prihajajo iz različnih časovnih obdobij. Izbrani avtorji si sledijo po časovnem sosledju, začenši z najstarejšim, ki prihaja iz obdobja romantike - E. T. A. Hoffmannom, nato sledi avtorica iz preloma 19. v 20. stoletje - gre namreč za Colette in nazadnje sodobnika Charles Bukowski ter Doris Lessing. Vsak segment je sestavljen iz kratke predstavitve avtorja samega, po potrebi pospremljen s predstavitvijo obdobja, v katerem je ustvarjal. Nato sledi predstavitev izbranega dela in podrobnejša analiza, pri kateri sem se zanesla tako na lastno interpretacijo kot tudi na že objavljene raziskave. Zaključek strni ugotovitve in poskuša najti skupne točke predstavljenim delom.This thesis\u27 main idea is to discover the influence of cats on certain writers of world literature. The first part briefly and generally presents the inclusion of cats in human cultureeither the literary works where this can be observed or the authors which shared an affection towards cats. The following part centres around four works by different writers who are all representatives of different literary periodsstarting with E. T. A. Hoffmann from Romanticism, continuing with a female author from the 19th and the 20th centuries - Collette and finishing with two modern writers Charles Bukowski and Doris Lessing. Each part consists of a brief presentation of the author and, if needed, also of a presentation of the period he or she belongs to. Then follows a presentation of the chosen work and a more detailed analysis based on additional literature or personal interpretation. The conclusion sums up the findings of the thesis and tries to find a common ground of the presented literary works

    Position of agencies as regulators

    V magistrskem diplomskem delu z naslovom Položaj agencij kot regulatorjev je prikazana zgodovina agencij ter proces agencifikacije kot prenos pristojnosti iz države na neodvisne regulatorje. Sam razvoj agencij je povezan tudi s pojavom regulativne države, ki je nadomestila intervencijsko državo. V Sloveniji področje javnih agencij ureja Zakon o javnih agencijah, ki le-te uvršča med osebe javnega prava za opravljanje regulatornih, razvojnih ali strokovnih nalog v javnem interesu. Javne agencije so pri opravljanju svojih nalog samostojne in neodvisne od trenutne politike, ponujajo pa visoko stopnjo strokovnosti, legitimnosti pri sprejemanju odločitev in usmerjenosti k uporabnikom na posameznem področju. Avtorica se v nadaljevanju magistrskega diplomskega dela osredotoči predvsem na regulatorno nalogo javnih agencij v Sloveniji, na podlagi katere agencija s podeljenim javnim pooblastilom izdaja splošne akte za izvrševanje javnih pooblastil in upravne akte, izvajanje omenjene naloge pa preizkusi še na primerih regulatornih javnih agencij v Sloveniji.The master\u27s thesis titled Position of agencies as regulators presents the history of agencies and the process of agencification as a transmission of competence from state to independent regulators. The developement of agencies is connected with the concept of regulatory state which substituted the state interventionism. In Slovenia the field of agencies is regulated by the Public Agencies Act, which defines it as an entity of public law to perform regulatory, development and expert tasks that are in the public interest. Public agencies are autonomous and independent from politics, but still offer a high degree of professiononalism, legitimacy at decision making and user orientation on specific fields. Later in the master\u27s thesis the author primarily focuses on regulatory tasks of public agencies in Slovenia. On the basis of regulatory tasks the agency with public power issues general acts for enforcing public power and administrative acts. Lastly the author tests the implementation of previously mentioned tasks on actual regulatory public agencies in Slovenia

    Contemporary Street Photography on a Photographic Film

    Namen magistrskega dela je opisati in raziskati sodobno ulično fotografijo, kakšne so smernice v njej, vprašanja, ki jih zastavlja, kako jo dojemamo danes in kako se ta izraža na fotografskem filmu. Avtorica se v teoretičnem delu najprej dotakne značilnosti klasične ulične fotografije. Nadaljuje z novostmi v sodobni ulični fotografiji, ki se izražajo skozi kompozicijo, sporočilo, motiv in izbiro fotografske opreme. Novitete podpre z deli najuspešnejših fotografov, ki delujejo v tej umetnosti. To so člani največjega fotografskega združenja Magnum Photos (Martin Parr, Richard Kalvar in Bruce Gilden), Gus Powell in Maciej Dakowicz (člana združenja In-Public) ter Michael Wolf kot samostojni umetnik. Nadaljuje z raziskovanjem analogne fotografije ter opisuje kako deluje fotografski film. Našteva novosti na področju analogne fotografije in razloži, zakaj je ta ponovno zaživela med mladimi. V eksperimentalnem delu opisuje testiranje treh različnih barvnih negativnih 35 milimetrskih fotografskih filmov. Na podlagi testov se odloči za film, ki je najbolj ustrezen za fotografiranje sodobne ulične fotografije. Tretji del magistrskega dela vsebuje 15 avtorskih fotografij posnetih na izbrani fotografski film v dveh različnih evropskih mestih. Avtorica se vživi v vlogo sodobnega uličnega fotografa in skuša ujeti najbolj zanimive trenutke urbanega vsakdana. Fotografije so podrobneje opisane z vsemi tehničnimi podatki, likovno analizirane in podprte s kompozicijskimi shemami. Magistrsko delo zaključi z dognanimi ugotovitvami in zaključki.The purpose of the thesis is to describe and explore contemporary street photography: what are its guidelines, which questions does it address, how we perceive it today and how it is expressed in a photographic film. In the theoretical part the author discusses the characteristics of the classical street photography. She continues with novelties in the contemporary street photography, expressed through composition, message, motif and choice of the photographic equipment. The author supports these novelties with the works of the most successful photographers. They are members of the largest photography association Magnum Photo (Martin Parr, Richard Kalvar and Bruce Gilden), Gus Powell and Maciej Dakowicz (members of In-Public) as well as Michael Wolf as an independent artist. In the following chapter she researches analogue photography and describes how a photographic film works. She lists the novelties of analogue photography and explains why it has once again fascinated the young generation. The analysis describes the examination of three different colour negatives of 35mm photographic films. Based on the results, the author then decides which film is best suited for the use in the contemporary street photography. The third part of the master\u27s thesis contains 15 copyrighted photographs taken in two different European cities with the selected photographic film. The author embraced the role of a street photographer and tried to capture the most exciting moments of the urban everyday life. In addition, these photos are precisely described with the technical dataanalysed in an artistic manner and supported with some illustrative sketches of the photos. Her findings and conclusions are summarized in the final chapter

    Fostering the development of character strengths and mindfulness to promote student well-being

    Experts in the field of education are increasingly emphasizing the importance of children's well-being. The results of numerous studies show that well-being has a significant impact on students' academic and personal development. Well-being is also one of the fundamental areas of study in positive psychology. Researchers in the field of positive psychology mention, among other things, that the development of, and knowledge about, character strengths and mindfulness are two factors that would greatly contribute to the promotion of well-being. This was also the focus of this master's thesis. We focused mainly on the connection between character strengths and mindfulness, as we reviewed the professional literature and found that this correlation has not yet been sufficiently researched, especially not in the field of education. In the theoretical part of this master's thesis, we first presented positive psychology and related theoretical models of well-being. We presented the concepts of mindfulness and character strength, which were placed in the context of school. We defined positive education, that incorporates knowledge from the field of positive psychology into traditional education. In the empirical part of the thesis, we designed and implemented a program to encourage the development of character strengths and mindfulness in primary school students. Using The Stirling Children’s Well-being Scale and a questionnaire about character strengths (The Character Strengths Inventory for Children), we explored how character strengths and mindfulness are related to the well-being of students in the primary school. We also researched how the activities were experienced, which were designed to promote the development of character strengths and mindfulness, by students and the author of this program. The latter was determined by using ongoing evaluation questionnaires for students and written self-reflections of the author of this program. The research was based on a quasi-experiment with elements of action research. We used a causal-experimental method of pedagogical research with several measurements. Students from fifth grade from two different primary schools in Ljubljana in the 2020/21 school year were included in the research. One school was a private school while the other was a public school. The results showed that before the program, students’ had higher results on character strengths of gratitude, love, curiosity and forgiveness than after the program. After the program, however, students had statistically significantly higher result on the character strength of hope. Students’ well-being was higher after the program. Boys and girls did not significantly differ in recognizing the importance of selected character strengths and in well-being. We found that students attending a public and a private school did not statistically differ character strengths and well-being. Students perceived the workshops as interesting and mostly enjoyable. After every workshop, the students were mostly feeling good. The students reported that the workshops were not demanding. After being asked, if they learned a lot of new things, most of them answered “medium”. In her reflections, the author of the program wrote that she experienced the workshops more positively at the public school than at the private school, as the students at the public school participated more during the workshops and showed more enthusiasm; also, boys had greater difficulty calming down during mindfulness exercises compared to girls. The research was carried out during the COVID-19 epidemic, which caused students face several challenging circumstances: schools were closed for a longer period, lessons took place online, classes were quarantined; all this greatly impacted the results of the research

    A legal and economic analysis of personal bankruptcy

    Zakon o finančnem poslovanju, postopkih zaradi insolventnosti in prisilnem prenehanju je 1. oktobra 2008 v slovensko pravo uvedel nov stečajni postopek – postopek osebnega stečaja. Ta je namenjen fizičnim osebam, ki so morale pred njegovo uveljavitvijo tudi v primeru trajnejše nelikvidnosti in dolgoročne plačilne nesposobnosti poplačati vse svoje obveznosti in niso imele možnosti novega finančnega začetka. Postopek osebnega stečaja je poseben insolvenčni postopek, ki se izvede z namenom sorazmernega in istočasnega poplačila navadnih terjatev upnikov. Terjatve, ki med postopkom osebnega stečaja niso poplačane, po koncu postopka še vedno bremenijo dolžnika kot fizično osebo, ki za razliko od pravne osebe, zaradi stečaja ne preneha obstajati. Fakultativno, na predlog stečajnega dolžnika, se znotraj postopka osebnega stečaja izvede tudi postopek odpusta obveznosti, ki vestnemu in poštenemu dolžniku omogoči, da po poteku preizkusnega obdobja prenehajo njegove obveznosti, ki so nastale do začetka postopka osebnega stečaja. Vse od uveljavitve postopka osebnega stečaja v slovenski pravni red se v javnosti pojavljajo vprašanja o njegovi smiselnosti, saj postopek predstavlja veliko finančno breme za proračune sodišč, ki dopuščajo izvedbo osebnega stečaja, kljub temu, da v večini primerov ni izpolnjen niti primarni namen postopka osebnega stečaja, hkrati pa so še vedno možne zlorabe. Predvsem z namenom preprečitve zlorab je bil postopek osebnega stečaja do danes s številnimi zakonskimi novelami večkrat spremenjen, na temo sprememb so bila napisana mnoga strokovna dela, javnosti pa so postali dostopni tudi statistični podatki o dejanskih učinkih postopka osebnega stečaja. Na podlagi vseh teh podatkov je avtorica s poglobljeno pravno in ekonomsko analizo postopka osebnega stečaja predstavila učinkovitost ureditve tega insolvenčnega instituta pri nas. Avtorica meni, da je tudi pri insolventnih fizičnih osebah potrebno gledati na stečaj kot na zadnje sredstvo ter tako pri zakonskem urejanju postopka osebnega stečaja kot tudi pri njegovem izvrševanju v praksi vselej iskati ravnovesje med nasprotujočimi si interesi dolžnikov in pravicami upnikov.On the 1st of October 2008, Act of Financial Operations, Insolvency Proceedings and Compulsory Dissolution introduced a new bankruptcy process into Slovenian legal system – a personal bankruptcy. Before this Act entered into force, natural persons always had to pay off all their debts. Even in the event of their insolvency, they did not have the possibility of a fresh financial start. Personal bankruptcy is a special insolvency proceeding, carried out with the purpose of proportional and simultaneous payment of ordinary claims of all creditors. Unlike legal person, natural person does not cease to exist at the end of the process, so debts that are not paid during the personal bankruptcy, still have to be payed to the creditors after the end of the process. Only optionally, these debts can be discharged during personal bankruptcy. The purpose of the process of discharge of debts is to enable conscientious and honest debtor to terminate his obligations after the expiry of the probationary period and ensure him right to a fresh start. Since the personal bankruptcy has become an important institute in the Slovenian legal system, questions of its necessity constantly arise in public. This process presents a great financial burden for courts’ budgets and can be abused by resourceful debtors. In order to prevent such abuses, personal bankruptcy has been amended several times with numerous legislative innovations. A number of professional articles have been drafted on the subject of these changes and statistical data on the actual effects of personal bankruptcy has become publicly available. On the basis of all these data, the author of this thesis has presented a detailed legal and economic analysis of Slovenian personal bankruptcy process and its effectiveness. According to the author, the insolvent natural persons should look at bankruptcy as a last resort. The personal bankruptcy process should always strive to find a balance between the conflicting interests of the debtor to obtain relief from debts on one side and the rights of the creditors to be repaid on the other
