Sport safety improvement using security camera without audience privacy violation
AbstractCrime in the sport stadium is an unacceptable situation. It is necessary to watch and inform to the related person. The existed system to date is not replied such a requirement. In this paper, we propose the use of today information technology for crime in watching and investigation in the sport stadium. The system known as wireless-touch screen that uses for sport stadium surveillance, detection, and prevention criminality. It is cheap and movable instrument which is suitable for portable application. The additional system for privacy protection using the camera with angle sensor and spectator's information is also proposed
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Novel tunable and storage light source generated by a soliton pulse in a micro-ring resonator system for new soliton communication bands
We propose a novel system of broadband source generation using a common soliton pulse (i.e., with center wavelength at 1.55 µm) propagating within a nonlinear micro-ring resonator system. The system consists of a micro-ring resonator system incorporating an add/drop filter, whereby the large-bandwidth signals can be generated, stored, and regenerated within the system. By using the appropriate parameters relating to the practical device such as micro-ring radii, coupling coefficients, and linear and nonlinear refractive index, we found that the obtained multisoliton pulses have shown the potential of application for dense wavelength-division multiplexing (DWDM), whereby the different center wavelengths of the soliton bands can be obtained via the add/ drop filter, which can be used to increase the communication channel capacity in the communication network. The best free spectra range (FSR) and FWHM of the results obtained are 14 nm and 100 pm, respectively, which allows an increase in channel capacity of at least 10 times in only one center wavelength
Effective hydrogen generator testing for on-site small engine
AbstractWe propose a new concept of hydrogen generator testing for on-site small engine. In general, there is a trade-off between simpler vehicle design and infrastructure issues, for instance, liquid fuels such as gasoline and methanol for small engine use. In this article we compare the hydrogen gases combination the gasoline between normal systems (gasoline only) for small engine. The advantage of the hydrogen combines gasoline for small engine saving the gasoline 25%. Furthermore, the new concept of hydrogen combination for diesel engine, bio-diesel engine, liquid petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas vehicle (NGV), which is discussed in details
Novel CCTV security camera system using DWDM wavelength enhancement
AbstractWe propose a new design of a security camera system that uses the dense wavelength division multiplexing wavelength enhancement, whereas increasing in channel capacity and security can be provided. The increasing in number of channel can be obtained by the increasing in wavelength density, while the security is introduced by the specific wavelength filter, which is operated by the central operator. The optical communication wavelength enhancement is reviewed. The advantage is that the proposed system can be implemented and used incorporating with the existed communication link in either wire/wireless system, where the human privacy can be provided, which is discussed in details
Enhancement of FSR and finesse using add/drop filter and panda ring resonator systems
We present effect of the input central wavelength on microring resonator (MRR) performance using proposed systems. The first proposed system consists of series of microring resonator incorporated with an add/drop filter system, while the second system uses a PANDA ring resonator connected to an add/drop filter system. These two systems can be used to enhance the free spectrum range (FSR) and finesse (F) of the optical soliton pulses. The FSR and Finesse can be improved by raising the central wavelengths of the input pulse from 0.6 μm to 1.5 μm. This is obtained via the add/drop filter, which is used to increase the channel capacity of the communication networks as well. Simulation results for the first proposed system show that FSR and FWHM of 1530 pm and 50 pm can be obtained when the central wavelength of the input pulse is 1.5 μm. FSR and FWHM of 370 pm and 5 pm are simulated, when the PANDA ring resonator system is used. Therefore Finesse of the systems can be improved to 30.6 and 74 for the first and second proposed system, respectively
A novel storage and tunable light source generated by a soliton pulse in a micro ring resonator system for super dense wavelength division multiplexing use
We propose a novel system of a dense wavelength division operation using the nonlinear microring resonators system that can be used to generate the broad output light spectra, whereas the significant increase in channel capacity is obtained. A system consists of two micro and a nanoring resonators incorporating an add/drop filter that can be integrated into a single system. The large bandwidth signal is generated by using a soliton pulse propagating within a Kerr type nonlinear medium. The obtained results have shown the potential of using such system for broad band light source generation, amplification, storage, and regeneration, whereas the amplified signals can be stored within a nanowaveguide, which is allowed to form the regeneration of the broad light spectra after amplification. The advantage is that the specific wavelength of the broadband source, for instance, 1.50 ?m can provide the super dense wavelength division multiplexing channels, whereas the increase in channel capacity of 1000 times is achieve
