PENTINGNYA SELF REGULATED LEARNING BAGI PESERTA DIDIK DALAM PENGGUNAAN GADGET
Full text linkAbstrakSelf Regulated Learning (SRL), merupakan sebuah konsep tentang pengelolaan diri dalam belajar. Teori kognisi social dari Bandura (1997) menjelaskan bahwa pribadi (person),perilaku(behavior),danlingkungan (environment) merupakan sebuah komponen yang tak terpisahkan. Ketigaaspek determinaninisalingberhubungan sebab? akibat,dimanapersonberusaha untuk meregulasi dirisendiri(selfregulated), hasilnyaberupakinerjaatauperilaku, dan perilakuiniberdampak padaperubahan lingkungan, dandemikianseterusnya.Artikel ini membahas tentang pentingnya selfregulated learning bagi peserta didik dalam penggunaan gadgetsebagai media yang sering digunakan anak dalam kegiatan mencari informasi di dalam proses pembelajaran. Gadget sebagai alat yang canggih mestinya dapat memberikan banyak manfaat ketimbang akibat buruk yang muncul karena kesalahan pemakaiannya.Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kreativitas bagi pemilik gadget sehingga dampak buruk dapat dihindari dan hasil positif dapat diraih.Penelitian mengatakan bahwa yang mempengaruhi tumbuhnya Self Regulated Learning adalah self efficacy dan dukungan sosial, kedua hal ini berdampak pada positif terhadap individu karena apabila individu tersebut mampu mengelola secara efektif pengalaman belajarnya sendiri sehingga mencapai hasil belajar yang optimal. Disisi lain self regulated learningdapat juga digunakan oleh sebagian guru/dosen sebagai model/strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan proses pembelajaran di kelas.Kata kunci : Self Regulated Learning, Informasi, Dampak Gadge

No full textPenelitian ini berawal dari semakin meningkatnya jumlah usaha perdagangan besar, kecil, rumah makan dan hotel yang menciptakan banyaknya wirausaha. Dengan adanya pandangan bahwa kunci sukses seorang entrepreneur sangat tergantung dari sikap dan perilaku mereka, maka budaya merupakan salah satu faktor yang berperan dalam kewirausahaan dimana terdapat nilai-nilai budaya tertentu yang mendukung peningkatan potensi-potensi yang ada dalam diri seorang wirausaha. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai budaya bisnis pada masyarakat Minangkabau terhadap perilaku kewirausahaannya.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey explanatory dan unit analisis yang digunakan adalah pedagang perantau bersuku Minangkabau di Pasar Tanah Abang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 400 orang yang dipilih secara random. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS 16.0 for windows. Alat analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, reliabilitas dan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, budaya Uncertainty Avoidance, Masculinity-Femininity dan Long And Short Time Orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan. Sedangkan Power Distance berpengaruh berlawanan terhadap minat berwirausaha dan Indiviidualism-collectivism tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan. Dari hasil tersebut disimpulkan bahwa masih ada faktor lain yang berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kewirausahaan.
This study departs from the increasing number of large trade enterprises, small restaurants and hotels that create many entrepreneurs. With the view that the key to the success of an entrepreneur depends on the attitudes and behavior, then the culture is one factor that plays a role in entrepreneurship where there is a certain cultural values that support the improvement of the existing potentials in an entrepreneur. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of the Minangkabau business culture values toward entrepreneurial behaviour.
The method of this study is survey explanatory and the unit of analysis used is Minangkabau trader in Tanah Abang Market. Methods of data collection used a questionnaire with the respondents as many as 400 people chosen at random. Data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 16.0 for windows. Tools of analysis in this study is to test the validity, reliability and multiple linear regression.
The results showed that, Uncertainty Avoidance culture, Masculinity-Femininity, and Long And Short Time Orientation significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. While Power Distance effect opposite to the interest in entrepreneurship and Individualism-collectivism had no effect on entrepreneurial behavior. From the results it is concluded that there are still other factors that influence entrepreneurial behavior
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Full text linkThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
Full text link“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Full text linkWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Full text linkTujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan untuk masyarakat khususnya para anak-anak jalanan yang berada di bawah naungan yayasan ERBE, Kebon Kopi Jakarta Timur adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Menurunkan jumlah anak-anak di bawah umur yang diberdayakan oleh orang tua sebagai sumber penghasilan. 2) Memperluas Peluang usaha yang relatif terbatas. 3) Menumbuhkembangkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh masyarakat mengenai kewirausahaan khususnya sociopreneurship yang baik dan benar, dan 4) mengoptimalkan usaha ekonomi produktif dan memperluas akses pasar bagi masyarakat yang telah memiliki usaha. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini melibatkan 2 mitra (sasaran) masyarakat, yaitu Dinas Sosial Kota Jakarta Timur dan Yayasan ERBE, Kebon Kopi, Jakarta Timur. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada 20 -21 November 2018. Kegiatan ini pada hari pertama dimulai pada pukul 09.00 - 12.00 WIB di Yayasan Anak Jalanan ERBE Kebon Kopi – Jakarta Timur dan hari kedua di Yayasan Anak Jalanan ERBE Kebon Kopi – Jakarta Timur pada pukul 14.00 - 17.00 WIB. Jumlah total peserta yang ikut adalah 50 orang. Hasil Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa subtema kegiatan " The Innovative Product Of Kain Perca" dan pengembangan karakter wirausaha melalui sociopreneur concept dapat dinilai sukses atau telah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan persentase perencanaan, hasilnya 91,66%; 95%, dan 87,5% dalam kategori sangat baik
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
Full text linkWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
