A Primary Probe on the County Cultural Facility’s Suitability Indicator System in Eastern Northwest China — Case Analysis on Chengcheng County, Shaaxi Province
In relation to comprehensive living standard and public interests, urban cultural facility poses major influence on urban life. Compared with urban cultural facility, county cultural facility is the vinculum linking the cultural undertakings between urban and regional area, which requires rational guidance to break through the gap between urban and rural development. This thesis observed the current situation of cultural facility in Chengcheng County of Shaanxi Province, finding that the particularity of county cultural facility development and the inconsistency between supply and demand have exceeded the capacity of present development criterion. The in-depth analysis on Chengcheng County’s cultural facility is based on the influential observation of indicator system, standing on a wider perspective in consideration with resident’s demand, probing the suitable indicator system of cultural facility in Chengcheng County in consistency with the developing feature and trend combing with national standard and developing situation.</jats:p

A review of the spider genus Sinoalaria (Araneae, Theridiosomatidae), with the descriptions of four new species and two new combinations
The spider genus Sinoalaria Zhao & Li, 2014 is redefined and reviewed. A total of ten species are studied, including four new species: S. chi Yu & Lin, sp. nov. (♂♀), S. shenhei Yu & Lin, sp. nov. (♀), S. shuidi Yu & Lin, sp. nov. (♀), S. xiaotu Yu & Lin, sp. nov. (♂♀). Two new combinations are proposed: Sinoalaria nitida (Zhao & Li, 2012), comb. nov. and S. prolata (Zhao & Li, 2012), comb. nov., both transferred from Karstia Chen, 2010. The material of six known species were re-examined and photographed, including the type species, S. chengguanensis (Zhao & Li, 2012). A key is provided for all species of the genus, as well as diagnoses, illustrations, and a distribution map
Development of Image and Radar Fusion Technology Based on Machine Learning for Vechicles
This study develops a forward collision warming system based on sensor fusion with millimeter wave (MMW) radar and camera. Because camera can\ue2t provide distance information and velocity information, we use radar to compensate these problems. Radar is also filled with noise and it can only provide distance, angle and velocity information. This study combines both advantages of these sensors and proposes a solution while one of the sensor is missing. To protect the drivers from forward collision, we use the kinds of indices which are time to collision (TTC) and post-encroachment time (PET) to warn drivers.
The proposed system is based on parallel architecture. Radar information will be tracked after density based spatial clustering of applications with noise (DBSCAN) method. Then all radar data will be projected on the image by radial basis function neural network (RBFNN). The camera system detects four kinds of objects on the road include cars, motorcycles, bikes and pedestrians by using you only look once (YOLO) method. Those objects which are detected by YOLO will be tracked by Kalman Filter. Fusion strategy will combine both information and objects limit inside the lane boundary to avoid false alarm.
Eventually, to prove our proposed system is robust enough, we test our system in four kinds of weather including daytime, night, and raining days in the day and night. Radar can effectively compensate the camera failure caused by the insufficient light in the evening, and also raindrops in rainy day, etc
Multispectral visual detection method for conveyor belt longitudinal tear
As an important part of modern coal mine production, conveyor belts are widely used in the coal collection and transportation. In order to ensure the safe operation of the coal mine conveyor belt and solve the drawbacks of the existing conveyor belt longitudinal tear detection technology, a multispectral visual detection method for conveyor belt longitudinal tear is proposed in this paper. The experimental results show that the multispectral visual detection method not only can identify the conveyor belt longitudinal tear, but also accurately classifies and identify other states of the conveyor belt. The accuracy of multispectral visual detection method is over 90.06%, and the precision of longitudinal tearing recognition is over 92.04%. The proposed method is verified to meet the requirements of reliability and real-time in the industrial field.Accepted Author ManuscriptTransport Engineering and Logistic
