ANALISA PENGARUH MOTIVASI KARYAWAN DAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN MUSEUM TERHADAP PENINGKATAN JUMLAH PENGUNJUNG DI MUSEUM PURNA BHAKTI PERTIWI JAKARTA
ABSTRACTThe goal of the research was analyzed the influence of motivation of employees, and marketing strategies to increase the amount of visitor of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi museum wheresamples were taken from 100 respondents from amount of population counted 20502 people,those were taken from amount of employees and visitors of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi Museum whowere selected randomly.This research used to descriptive analyze, the result of this research showed that (1) therewas little influence motivation of employee to increase the amount of visitors of Museum andbe accepted (2) there was strong and positive influence of marketing strategies toward toincrease of amount of visitors of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi of Museum. (3) There was the positiveand strong influence of motivation of employee, and marketing strategies toward to increasethe amount of Purna Bhakti Pertiwi of Museum.Key word : Motivation of employees, Marketing strategies, Visitor of Museum
Digital Mapping of Resilience and Academic Skills in the Perspective of Society 5.0 for Higher Education
The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the policy of higher education in Indonesia from conventional learning to online. This policy change encourages students to have psychological resilience and adaptability through digital resilience and academic skills. The research method is divided into two stages: qualitatively formulating a measurement construct using an open-ended questionnaire with a total of 137 respondents. Based on the qualitative data, a digital measuring instrument for resilience and academic skills was developed as a 5-choice Likert Scale. The second stage is carried out quantitatively, looking at the reliability and item-total correlation test to select items not aligned with the measuring function using the Statistical Program for Social Science.. The results showed that 64.9% of respondents had high resilience, 33.8% had moderate stability, and 1.2% had low strength. While analyzing the items measuring digital resilience and academic skills research, it was found that Cronbach's Alpha reliability value was 0.917. So the measuring instrument for digital resilience and academic skills is reliable and appropriate to be used to explain the condition of students during Covid-19.Keywords: covid- 19, digital, Society 5.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN BALAI BESAR CISADANE
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa mencari pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Balai Besar Cisadane. Metode penelitian kuantitatif  untuk pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian serta menggunakan  uji Instrumen penelitian (Uji Validitas & Uji Reliabilitas), Uji Normalitas dan Uji t. Sehingga  nilai konstanta sebesar 9,047 menunjukkan jika Motivasi nilainya    adalah 0, maka Produktivitas nilainya positif yaitu sebesar 0,912, nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,912 menunjukkan besarnya pengaruh Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan adalah positif, jika Motivasi mengalami perubahan satu kali, maka akan menaikkan Produktivitas sebesar 0,912
The Role of Fintech Encourages the Export of Small Medium Enterprises in Indonesia
At present the development of financial technology (fintech) in Indonesia is very fast, many nonbank companies practice as fintech executors who channel loans to the public or Small Medium Enterprise (SMEs), this has the potential to lead to illegal banking practices (shadow banking). The next problem is how the government makes rules that can synergize fintech with the business world, banking, SMEs and others. In the future, it is expected that Fintech will play an active role in encouraging the export of the SME sector which is Indonesia's flagship sector. In this study a qualitative descriptive approach was used, which emphasized the discussion by examining the role of fintech to encourage the export of small and medium industries in Indonesia. Data sources that can be used are data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia and various relevant data sources. Fintech is currently very helpful in helping the financial literacy of the Indonesian people including SMEs as a mainstay of increasing exports in Indonesia. Several obstacles to the spread of the role of fintech continue to be overcome through various means including infrastructure improvements, socialization and financial literacy to the public and SMEs and fintech regulatory policies. The government needs to make harmonious rules to grow and to avoid risks in the financial services industry. This is crucial because the development of fintech in Indonesia is very fast. Licensing for the establishment of fintech companies from other countries must be monitored
PENGARUH ADVERTISING DAN SATISFACTION TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY (Studi Kasus Pada Pengguna Smartphone Samsung di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Dirgantara Marsekal Suryadarma)
This research aims to determine: a) The effect of advertising on customer loyalty b) The effect of satisfaction on customer loyalty and c) Simultaneously the effect of advertising and satisfaction on customer loyalt for smartphone user (Case study of smartphone user of Samsung at Ekonomi Faculty Dirgantara Marshal This research uses a quantitative approach. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used amounted to 118 respondents namely students of Economy Faculty, Unsurya, Jakarta., Technique data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with using SPSS 22.00 software. The results of this research showed that advertising and satisfaction have a significant effect on the significant which is 40,3 % of customer loyalty while the remainder is explained by other variables not contained in this research.Keywords: advertising, satisfaction, customer loyalt

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence Organizational Culture on Employee Performance PT Pasadena Engineering Indonesia . The method used is quantitative methods and techniques of data collection by questionnaire (questionnaire)PT Pasadena Engineering Indonesia (PEI) is a company engaged in the field of engineering consultancy services, procurement and construction. In PEI still found a discrepancy between the competence of human resources with the duties and responsibilities given the management to the employees , in addition to the culture of the organization placed on PEI are still considered less systematic , so that the mechanism in conducting the process of work is still based on the habits , the consequences arising strong dependence will be a stage of the process .The population is determined as the object of study in this research are all employees of PEI as many as 100 people , and the total sample of 80 respondents The results showed that , Â Tthere is a positive influence between organizational culture to performance, through the calculations have been done for the t value of 4.369 and 0.000 significance value of less than 0.05 thus Ha accepted and Ho rejected

The Aviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, based on the Government Agency Performance Accountability Report (GAPAR), obtained for 2021, there are 2 (two) targets with an average performanceachievement value ≤ 100%. Meanwhile, in 2022 there will be 1 (one) target with an average performance achievement value ≤ 100%. One of the reasons why this performance target has not been achieved is that competence, organizationalculture and motivation are not yet optimal. Study This aim for prove influence competence, culture organization, and motivation to performance employeeAviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation. Study This use approach quantitative, methods survey and analysis track. Population amount as many as 75 employees. In research This use saturated sampling technique, all member population used as the sample consisted of 75 employees. Data analyzed using SPSS version 25.0. results study showing that : competence influential direct positive and significant to motivation with big influence 0,415; culture organization influential direct positive and significant to motivation with biginfluence 0,330; competence influential direct positive and significant on performance with big influence 0,467; culture organization influential direct positive and significant to on performance with big influence 0,385; motivation influential direct positive and significant on performance with big influence 0,229. Implications, for increase performance employee of the Aviation Engineering Center of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation need done enhancement competence, carry out or apply culture good organization, and improve motivation for can get results more performance good.Â
PENGARUH PROMOSI INSTAGRAM DAN PERSEPSI HARGA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KONSUMEN PADA RESTORAN CEPAT SAJI BURGER KING DI JATIASIH
Kepuasan konsumen adalah sikap seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja atau hasil dari produk atau layanan yang telah diperoleh dengan yang diharapkannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Promosi Instagram dan Persepsi Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Restoran Cepat Saji Burger King di Jatiasih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Restoran Cepat Saji Burger King di Jatiasih, dan menggunakan sampel yang terdiri dari 100 responden. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis  regresi linier berganda dengan alat uji SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian didapat pengaruh Promosi Instagram dan Persepsi Harga baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen, yang ditunjukkan oleh persamaan :  dimana  = prediksi Kepuasan Konsumen,  = Promosi Instagram, dan  = Persepsi Harga. Adapun koefisien determinasi atau R2 = 0,844 yang berarti kontribusi pengaruh  Promosi Instagram dan Persepsi Harga terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 84,4% sisanya sebesar 15,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : promosi Instagram, persepsi harga, kepuasan konsume

Manajemen sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu bidang dari manajemen umum yang meliputi segi-segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian. Sumber daya manusia dianggap semakin penting peranannya dalam pencapaian tujuan, maka berbagai pengalaman dan hasil penelitian dalam bidang sumber daya manusia dikumpulkan secara sisitematis dalam apa yang disebut dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia, adalah proses kegiatan pemimpin yang bermaksud mempekerjakan pegawai yang memberi prestasi cukup dan tidak mempekerjakan pegawai yang tidak bermanfaat. Beberapa usaha dalam meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dalam pendidikan Islam: (a) Meningkatkan pembinaaan perguruan agama dengan perguruan umum dari tingkat dasar sampai perguruan tinggi, (b) Memantapkan pembinaan peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Tuhan YME, serta pendidikan agama berperan aktif bagi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dan (c) Pendidikan tinggi agama mengembangkan pikiran- pikiran ilmiah dalam rangka memahami dan menghayati serta mampu menterjemahkan ajaran-ajaran agama sesuai dan selaras dengan kehidupan masyarakat.
