Recent Advances in General Inequalities on Pure & Applied Mathematics and Related Areas - An Issue Dedicated to G. V. Milovanović
This Special Issue originates from The 1st Mediterranean International Conference of Pure & Applied Mathematics and Related Areas (MICOPAM2018) held on 26-29 October 2018 in Antalya, Turkey, and was organized by organized by Prof. Yilmaz Simsek and Prof. Mustafa Alkan from the Department of Mathematics at Akdeniz University, Antalya, Turkey. The conference was dedicated to Prof. Gradimir V. Milovanović on the occasion of his 70th birthday, as is this special issue. In addition to selected contributions presented at the conference, this series includes high-quality papers that outline recent progress in the theory of Inequalities and their applications. Twisted p-adic (h,q)-L-functions
AbstractBy using the q-Volkenborn integral on Zp, in Simsek (2006) [33] and Simsek (2007) [34], generating functions for the (h,q)-Bernoulli polynomials and numbers were defined. By using these functions, we define a new twisted (h,q)-partial zeta function which interpolates the twisted (h,q)-Bernoulli polynomials and generalized twisted (h,q)-Bernoulli numbers at negative integers. We give a relation between twisted (h,q)-partial zeta functions and the twisted (h,q)-two-variable L-function. We find the value of this function at s=0. We also find the residue of this function at s=1. We construct a p-adic twisted (h,q)-L-function which interpolates the twisted (h,q)-Bernoulli polynomials: Lξ,p,q(h)(1−n,t,χ)=−Bn,χn,ξ(h)(p∗t,q)−χn(p)pn−1Bn,χn,1(h)(p−1p∗t,qp)n. Furthermore, we construct an integral representation of the twisted (h,q)-two-variable L-function. We give some applications related to the p-adic twisted (h,q)-L-function and the twisted (h,q)-Bernoulli polynomials

The 5th symposium on generating functions of special numbers and polynomials and their applications
Topology of soft cone metric spaces
International Conference on Functional Analysis in Interdisciplinary Applications (FAIA) -- OCT 02-05, 2017 -- Astana, KAZAKHSTANIn Simsek's paper it was introduced a concept of soft cone metric space via soft elements and some fixed point theorems in soft cone metric space were provided. In this work, we examine topological structures such as open ball, soft neighbourhood and soft open set in soft metric spaces and their some properties, and prove that every soft cone metric space under some condition is a soft topological space according to elementary operations on soft sets.Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University [KTMUBAP-2016.FBE.12]This work is supported by Kyrgyz Turkish Manas University in the framework of Scientific Research Projects (KTMUBAP-2016.FBE.12)
Identities related to special polynomials and combinatorial numbers
The aim of this paper is to give some new identities and relations related to
the some families of special numbers such as the Bernoulli numbers, the
Euler numbers, the Stirling numbers of the first and second kinds, the
central factorial numbers and also the numbers y1(n,k,?) and y2(n,k,?)
which are given Simsek [31]. Our method is related to the functional
equations of the generating functions and the fermionic and bosonic p-adic
Volkenborn integral on Zp. Finally, we give remarks and comments on our
results.</jats:p
