Pengembangan Modul E-Learning Berbasis LMS Sebagai Media Interaktif Pada Pelajaran Simulasi Dan Komukasi Digital
Penggunaan media yang tepat dapat menjadi salah satu solusi dalam melengkapi strategi pembelajaran yang tepat, salah satu media yang cocok dalam era digitalisasi saat ini adalah modul e-learning, modul E-learning yang merupakan sumber belajar yang kekinian sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan modul e-learning berbasis LMS sebagai media interaktif pada mata pelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah pengembangan model 4-D (Four D Models), yang terdiri dari define, design, development dan disseminate. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 3 orang validator desain dan 3 orang validator materi. Sedangkan uji praktikalitas yaitu 3 orang guru dan 30 orang siswa SMKN 1 Lubuksikaping pada mata diklat Simulasi dan Komunikasi Digital Kelas X DPIB dan Untuk uji validitas dan praktikalitas menggunakan angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa uji modul e-learning terbukti valid dan praktis untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran simulasi dan komunikasi digital, sehingga dapat. The Development of Horizontal Anchor Items Test Tool by Rasch Model for Physics National Examination using Macromedia Flash
This study aims to develop a Macromedia Flash-based test device using Horizontal Anchor Items for the National Examination in High School Physics lessons. The research method used in this study is research and development. This research and development uses a qualitative and quantitative approach and uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model of the Dick and Carey model. The results of the validation test of the National Examination test instrument by material experts showed that the National Examination test instrument that had been developed had very good quality (91.25%) when viewed in terms of material. Besides, the results of the validation test of the National Examination test instrument by media experts showed that the National Examination test instruments that had been developed had very good quality (87.5%) when viewed in terms of media. In the first stage of the empirical test, the first reliability test device was quite good, while the second test device showed sufficient reliability. Besides that, the two test kits showed that all items were declared valid. The results of the Person fit for the test respondent of the first test device, and the second test device showed that there were no respondents who were inconsistent, careless, lucky, or cheating. Bentuk dan Strategi Tuturan Direktif Guru Dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Di Kelas 9 SMP YLPI Marpoyan Pekanbaru
The directive speech act is the speech act referred to by the speaker so that the speech partner or interlocutor acts. This speech act states what the speaker wants. This speech act includes commands, reservations, requests, and giving advice. In this study the author examines the form and strategies of teacher directive speech in the teaching and learning process at SMP YLPI Marpoyan Pekanbaru. The problem that the author is careful about namely: The form of directive speech and directive speech strategies. Where the directive speech forms are divided into 4 forms of speech, namely: the form of orders, the form of orders, the form of requests, and the form of giving advice. The directive speech strategy consists of direct speech and indirect speech. The theory used by the author in analyzing research is a theory put forward by Yule in the book Andi Offespt (2006). While the sample of this research is all the teacher's utterances in the learning process of class IX students which contain the meaning of the directive utterances. The method used is descriptive method. Data collection techniques used were observation, record, and note taking techniques. The conclusion that the writer can take is: from 115 teacher's speeches to students it can be concluded that the least directive utterance was found in the form of requests which amounted to 6 utterances, while the most directive utterances found were found in the form of orders totaling 73 utterances. Based on the directive utterance strategy found in the most commonly found teacher's utterances, namely 66 direct utterances. Whereas the least is that in indirect speech there are 11 utterances

This study aimed to examine a descriptive review of technopreneurship and IT-preneurship viewed from an aspect of vocational education perspective. Descriptively, this research will provide an overview of the technopreneurship and IT-preneurship that must be possessed by vocational tertiary institutions. Technopreneurship and IT-preneurship is one part of entrepreneurship based on technology. The world of vocational education is obliged to produce generations who not only have an entrepreneurial spirit, but also have a spirit of technopreneurship and IT-preneurship. Communicating important technology in developing entrepreneurial spirit is a challenge for the world of vocational education. Kedudukan Hukum Sertipikat Hak Milik Karena Cacat Yuridis Sebagai Bukti Kepemilikan Hak (Studi Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Batusangkar Nomor 67/Pid.B/2021/PN Bsk)
One of the plots of land where land registration is carried out by issuing a certificate is Certificate of Ownership Number 00164/Nagari Padang Magek. The certificate is the object of a dispute which has been decided by the Batusangkar District Court Decision Number 67/Pid.B/2021/PN Bsk, which has obtained permanent legal force (inkracht van gewijsde). Based on the Decision of the Batusangkar District Court Number 67/Pid.B/2021/PN Bsk, the issuance of Certificate of Ownership Number 00164/Nagari Padang Magek, namely a Statement of Physical Control of the Field and a Certificate of Land Ownership Number 074/SK/PMT/2000, is a fake document. So the Certificate of Ownership Number 00164/Nagari Padang Magek has a legal defect. The formulation of the problem examined in this research is: 1) what is the legal position of a certificate of ownership due to juridical defects as proof of ownership of rights?; 2) what are the legal consequences of ownership of land rights following the Batusangkar District Court Decision Number 67/Pid.B/2021/PN Bsk? The research method that the author uses is normative juridical, with a case approach. The type of data used is secondary data, which consists of primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. The data collection technique used is document study. The results of the author\u27s findings are the position of Ownership Certificate Number 00164/Nagari Padang Magek, which has changed the data on the certificate above to become Ownership Certificate Number 1892/Nagari Padang Magek, Land Plot Identification Number 03.10.03.02.01654, with Measurement Letter Number: 2616/2021 dated 27 April 2021, area 940, in the names of Tisra Juwita and Hasni Wirda, still valid and valid. The next finding is that in the Batusangkar District Court Decision Number 67/Pid.B/2021/PN Bsk, the basis for issuing the certificate used was a fake letter related to the ages of the parties, namely Tisra Juwita and Hasni Wirda, not a fake regarding the subject of their rights. So the plot of land registered in Certificate of Ownership Number 00164 is still legally valid in the names of Tisra Juwita and Hasni Wirda. Tinjauan Kemitraan Antara Notaris/PPAT Dengan Bank Riau Kepri Cabang Panam Dalam Menerbitkan Akad Kredit Pemilikan Rumah Tahun 2013-2018
The appointment of a notary is essentially a mutual agreement between the debtor and creditor. However, in practice, it is difficult for consumers to be able to appoint a notary other than those stipulated by the bank. It is possible that the notary who has been appointed by the bank tends to side with the bank more than the consumer, while the cost for the KPR contract is borne by the consumer. The realization of KPR credit and notaries that made PPAT at Bank Riau Kepri Panam Branch in 2013-2018 there were 263 units of KPR credit contracts handled by only 8 people. among others, Circular Number 023 / SE / 2018 concerning Guidelines and Cooperation Mechanisms with Notaries / PPAT, Public Appraisal Service Offices and Public Accounting Firms, which are a follow-up to the Financial Services Authority (OJK) regulation of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 13 /POJK.03/2017 concerning Use of Public Accountant Services and Public Accounting Firms in Financial Services Activities. In this study, there are the main problems. First: How is the partnership between the Notary / PPAT and Bank Riau Kepri Panam Branch in issuing housing ownership credit agreements? Second, what are the obstacles encountered in implementing the partnership. This type of research is observational research by means of a survey in which the authors conduct research directly to the research location. While the nature of this research is descriptive, because the author intends to provide a clear and detailed description of the problems that are the subject of research. The collected legal materials are analyzed by steps including descriptions, while systematization steps are used to describe the content and structure or hierarchical relationships between legal rules. In this systematization activity, a correlation analysis is carried out between the related legal rules so that they can be understood properly. ANALISIS BIBLIOMETRIK DALAM TREND PENELITIAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN PEDESAAN (Bibliometric Analysis in Rural Entrepreneurship Research Trends)
Villages are one of the strategic goals in national development. Changes in the era of globalization and socio-economics have created a variety of problems faced by villages. Villages provide potential as a source of food, a major center for energy and the environment as well as producing productive human resources and driving cities. So in this context, rural entrepreneurship emerges as the main driver for reviving and developing local economic potential, as well as ensuring social and economic inclusion for rural communities based on rural potential and wisdom. This research aim on presenting and analyzing research trends in rural entrepreneurship using a bibliometric approach. Data analysis used the Scopus database with 128 articles analyzed using bibliometrics. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there was main information available from the document, source interaction, title and author, three fields plot diagram, relevant article sources, countries producing the most articles, dominating keywords, conceptual structure, thematic map, and thematic evolution. Through the use of this method, the authors hope to provide in-depth insight into recent developments in rural entrepreneurship research, as well as provide valuable insights for researchers, practitioners, and policy makers to shape future research directions and interventions.Keywords: Bibliometrics, R-studio, visualizatio
Studi Literatur: Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Make a Match Terhadap Kompetensi Belajar Peserta Didik: (Literature Study: Effect of Applying Make a Match Type of Cooperative Learning on Students Learning Competencies)
This study aims to examine the effect of the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model on the learning competence of students. This study uses a systematic review method by reviewing several scientific articles that are relevant to the author's research. The data used in this study were obtained from scientific articles that are relevant to the problems discussed by the author. This data is taken from databases such as SINTA, Google Schoolar, and other relevant journal sites. The variables used in this study were the cooperative learning model of the make a match type (independent variable) and the learning competence of students (dependent variable). The results of this study indicate that the learning competencies (knowledge, attitudes, and skills) of students have increased after the application of the make a match type of cooperative learning model at all school levels starting from elementary, junior high, and high school. Thus, the research results are expected to strengthen and summarize the results of research related to the make a match learning model. The implications of the results of this study can be a consideration for teachers to raise the spirit of learning in students by applying the make a match learning model so that their learning competence will also increase.
Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tentang pengaruh dari penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match terhadap kompetensi belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review dengan mereview beberapa artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan penelitian penulis. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari artikel ilmiah yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang dibahas oleh penulis. Data ini diambil dari database seperti SINTA, Google Schoolar, dan situs jurnal lainnya yang relevan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match (variabel bebas) dan kompetensi belajar peserta didik (variabel terikat). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi belajar (pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan) peserta didik mengalami peningkatan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match di semua tingkatan sekolah mulai dari SD, SMP, dan SMA. Jadi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe make a match ini memberikan pengaruh yang positif terhadap kompetensi belajar peserta didik. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran make a match ini bisa menjadi pertimbangan oleh guru untuk membangkitkan kembali semangat belajar peserta didik sehingga kompetensi belajarnya juga akan meningkat
