For my research project I will use one example of a pair of best friends and interview and analyze how becoming friends has changed them. Relating it back to their upbringing. This study aimed to evaluate how Reaction, Learning, Behavior, and Result on the Career Guidance program at SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Guguak Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. The kind of this research is an evaluation study with the program evaluation of Kirkpatrick model that is a Reaction component, Learning, Behavior, and Result. The method used is a mixed method. Quantitative data were collected through questionnaire, while the qualitative data collected through interview, observation, and documentation. It can be concluded that career guidance services at SMK Negeri 1 Kecamatan Guguak Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota is good enough category, Reaction and Learning component still needs to be improved and more attention

Penyuluhan dan Bimbingan Karir bagi Siswa/i Dayah Terpadu MAS Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon
Get PDFBimbingan karir sejak memegang peranan penting untuk keberhasilan karir apa yang akan diambil dan dijalani oleh seseorang nantinya. Terlebih lagi di lingkungan sekolah yang bisa dikatakan terisolasi dari kehidupan lingkungan luar seperti yang ada di beberapa Dayah atau Pesantren Terpadu yang mulai dari bangun tidur hingga tidur kembali sudah memiliki jadwal yang pasti. Oleh sebab itu untuk persiapan setelah mereka selesai menempuh Pendidikan di jenjang Dayah perlu dilakukan bimbingan karir terhadap remaja ini. Dengan demikian tim penelitian dan pengabdian yang terdiri dari beberapa disiplin ilmu dari Universitas Malikussalaeh diantaranya Teknik Elektro, Teknik Sipil, Teknik Arsitektur mengadakan kegiatan bimbingan karir bagi siswa dan siswi Dayah Terpadu MAS Al-Muslimun Lhoksukon Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Metode yang digunakan berupa ceramah, diskusi per kelompok, tanya jawab, hingga permainan yang menarik bagi siswa/i di Dayah. Penyuluhan dilakukan dengan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif. Hasil dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan bimbingan karir ini siswa/i di Dayah Terpadu MAS Al-Muslimun sudah mengenali potensi yang ada di diri mereka masing-masing guna mendukung cita-cita yang akan dicapai sebagai karir mereka nantinya
