Relationship of Family Support to Medication Compliance in Pulmonary Tuberculosis Patients
Aims: Tuberculosis (TB) is a disease caused by infection with Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. According to World Health Organization (WHO) figures, there were 10.4 million instances of tuberculosis events in 2016 (8.8 million-12 million), which is comparable to 120 cases per 100,000 population. India, Indonesia, China, the Philippines, and Pakistan have the highest incidence of instances. Health Status According to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia, West Java province had the highest number of TB infections in Indonesia in 2016, with 52,328 cases.
Methods: This study\u27s design is descriptive analytic using a cross-sectional approach. In the TB DOTS poly space, 71 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were sampled. Purposive sampling procedures are used to obtain samples. Primary data collected directly from respondents / informants through a questionnaire are used in research data collection methodologies.Univariate and bivariate (Chi-square) analyses were utilized, with a significance limit of Alpa = 0.05.
Results: According to the findings of this study, there is a strong association between family support and medication adherence in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (P = 0.000).
Conclusion: In the DOTS Polyclinic Hospital, there is a relationship between family support and medication adherence among the three factors
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Knowledge Analysis of Pregnant Mothers About Newborn Treatment
Aims : Most of the newborn care experienced by the community is a lack of knowledge in newborn care, especially umbilical cord care. This study aimed to analysis of knowledge of pregnant women about newborn care at Panggang Island Health Center, North Seribu Islands in 2021.
Design : Analytical with cross sectional.
Methods : The data used primary data from the results of distributing questionnaires. The data collection instrument used a self-developed knowledge questionnaire. The analytical method used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square test. Results: Most of the respondents have sufficient knowledge, age 20-35 years, secondary education, non-media sources of information and their husbands are not supportive. There is a relationship between age, education, parity, sources of information and husband\u27s support and knowledge of pregnant women about newborn care.
Conclusions : There is a relationship between age, education, parity, sources of information and husband\u27s support and knowledge of pregnant women about newborn care. Further research can be done to increase the knowledge of pregnant mothers about newborn treatment so that newborn care can be optimized
Factors Affecting Perineal Wound Healing in Postpartum Women at Puskesmas X
Aims: There were 2.7 million cases of perineal lacerations or lesions among birthing mothers worldwide in 2019. This number is projected to reach 6,300,000 by 2050. In Indonesia, 75% of vaginally birthing women encounter perineal lacerations or wounds. 57% of mothers who had spontaneous vaginal births in the year 1951 obtained perineal sutures (28% due to episiotomy and 28% due to spontaneous tears).
Objectives: To determine the effect of knowledge, personal hygiene and early mobilization, family environment, and culture on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers at Puskesmas X in 2022.
Methods: The research design utilized a cross-sectional, analytic survey methodology. Cross-sectional methodology. There were as many as 28 postpartum women in this study who suffered perineal injuries. The data technique is incorporated into the SPSS program\u27s univariate statistical calculations..
Results: The results of this study indicate that there are influences of knowledge, personal hygiene, early mobilization, family environment and culture on the healing of perineal wounds in postpartum mothers. With a value of p = 0.005, p = 0.034, p = 0.014, p = 0.001, p = 0.004.
Conclusion : Knowledge, personal hygiene, early mobilization, family environment, and culture impact perineal wound healing in health centers in 2022, with a significant relationship

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
