Disiplin belajar merupakan perilaku yang mentaati dan mengikuti
peraturan tata tertib yang berlaku dalam proses belajar mengajar di suatu
sekolah. Hal ini menjadi suatu hal yang perlu dimiliki oleh setiap peserta
didik, namun fenomena saat ini masih banyak siswa yang tidak mentaati
peraturan sekolah. Sedangkan dengan ada nya peraturan sekolah maka bisa
membuat proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih optimal dan efisien, untuk
itu Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling berupaya dalam meningkatkan disiplin
belajar peserta didik di SMPN 14 Bandar Lampung. Adapun upaya yang
dilakukan oleh Guru BK seperti pemberian peringatan pada peserta didik,
pemberian bimbingan secara individu maupun kelompok, pemberian
hukuman pada peserta didik hingga pemanggilan orangtua. Upaya-upaya
tersebut dilakukan untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar peserta didik di
SMPN14 Bandar Lampung.
Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian lapangan, dimana jenis penelitian
ini
berusaha untuk mengumpulkan data dan informasi mengenai
permasalahan yang ada di lapangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
penelitian deskriptif kualitatif melalui pendekatan sosiologis. Metode
pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini ada tiga yaitu observasi, wawancara
dan dokumentasi. Data primer diperoleh dari responden selaku Guru BK di
SMPN 14 Bandar Lampung, sedangkan data sekundernya berupa buku,
jurnal, arsip dan data yang tersimpan di website mengenai data-data yang
diperlukan oleh peneliti. Data tersebut di olah dengan cara triangulasi data
dengan membandingkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara serta
dokumentasi.
Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa Penelitian di SMPN 14
Bandar Lampung mengidentifikasi beberapa bentuk ketidakdisiplinan siswa,
seperti keterlambatan hadir, tidak mengerjakan tugas tepat waktu, absensi
buruk, dan tidak memakai atribut sekolah. Hal ini menunjukkan adanya
kurangnya tanggung jawab, disiplin, dan kepatuhan terhadap aturan sekolah
di kalangan siswa. Guru BK di SMPN 14 Bandar Lampung telah melakukan
berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa, termasuk penyediaan
fasilitas BK, penerapan metode konseling individual dan kelompok, serta
tahapan penanganan disiplin yang terstruktur. Kolaborasi dengan pihak lain
di sekolah juga dilakukan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang
kondusif. Guru BK menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam upaya
meningkatkan disiplin siswa, seperti kurangnya kesadaran siswa akan
pentingnya disiplin, minimnya dukungan dari orang tua, dan keterbatasan
waktu untuk memberikan bimbingan intensif. Strategi untuk mengatasi
kendala ini melibatkan pendekatan personal, peningkatan komunikasi dengan
orang tua, dan kerja sama dengan seluruh pihak di sekolah.

ABSTRACT
Learning discipline is a behavior that obeys and follows the rules
and regulations that apply in the teaching and learning process at a school.
This is something that every student needs to have, but the current
phenomenon is that there are still many students who do not obey school
rules. Meanwhile, with the existence of school regulations, the teaching and
learning process can be more optimal and efficient, for that the Guidance
and Counseling Teacher strives to improve the learning discipline of students
at SMPN 14 Bandar Lampung. The efforts made by the Guidance and
Counseling Teacher include giving warnings to students, providing
individual and group guidance, giving punishments to students and calling
parents. These efforts are made to improve the learning discipline of students
at SMPN14 Bandar Lampung.
This research is a type of field research, where this type of research
seeks to collect data and information regarding problems in the field. This
research uses a qualitative descriptive research method through a
sociological approach. There are three data collection methods in this study,
namely observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data were
obtained from respondents as the Guidance and Counseling Teacher at
SMPN 14 Bandar Lampung, while secondary data were in the form of books,
journals, archives and data stored on the website regarding the data needed
by the researcher. The data was processed by triangulating data by
comparing data obtained from interviews and documentation.
The results of this study indicate that the study at SMPN 14 Bandar
Lampung identified several forms of student indiscipline, such as late
attendance, not completing assignments on time, poor attendance, and not
wearing school attributes. This indicates a lack of responsibility, discipline,
and compliance with school rules among students. the Guidance and
Counseling Teachers at SMPN 14 Bandar Lampung have made various
efforts to improve student discipline, including providing the Guidance and
Counseling Teacher facilities, implementing individual and group counseling
methods, and structured stages of disciplinary handling. Collaboration with
other parties at school is also carried out to create a conducive learning
environment. the Guidance and Counseling Teachers face several obstacles
in efforts to improve student discipline, such as lack of student awareness of
the importance of discipline, minimal support from parents, and limited time
to provide intensive guidance. Strategies to overcome these obstacles involve
a personal approach, increased communication with parents, and
cooperation with all parties in the school.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
Get PDFThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
